Ever since Munchausen Season (seasons 6), production and cast have been working to edge LVP out. They've brought on people of a different demographic (Erika, Dorit, Teddi). They've had Rinna age-shame her with 'It's time to get rid of the old' -- this fool forgets that she and Eileen are LVP's age group! Kyle has been trying to push LVP off the show for centuries. Ironically, their obsession with LVP actually keeps her on the show.

LVP has outgrown this franchise. Like @DaytimeFan said, she is better off focusing on VPR, which pulls in the ratings and demos. She can be the tough, strategic boss lady and nobody is bothered by it. On RHOBH, wealthy, over-privileged women attack her for her cunning and strategy; they cultivate their victimhood as a weapon against her. It is deathly boring. And no offense, but 18 episodes of LVP adopting poodles is boring, too. I'd rather see her in her natural work habitat.

I think for the future of RHOBH, they need to either come up with a new gimmick, or have LVP focus just on VPR.  On that show, she can be the sarcastic boss that is wise and all knowing in a supporting role (where she observes the conflict without having to start it).  Sadly, than Kyle's already big head would get bigger cause than she'd be the OG of BH, when story was played out the moment her sister Kim left the show.  It's odd to me that Kim's absence was felt more on the show than the other previous housewives departures.... when you take out the source of conflict, what do you have to replace it with?

As @DaytimeFan and @j swift said, no she probably wouldn't. She is old school and moves in rarefied circles now. The Rothschilds are definitely not into that lol. A girl can dream, though! I always hoped that Kathy appearing on the show in past seasons, coupled with Andy and Bravo rolling out a charm offensive (Kim still loves Andy, apparently), might sway Little Kathy.

I need Potomac & Dallas to get higher ratings as they've both had (or have in current sense for Dallas) fire seasons. I find them refreshing to all the other shows.

In regards to LVP (again), I just think it is pathetic that these broads are once again banding together in an attempt to take down LVP. Why? It's gonna result in the same outcome as it did in s4 and s6--the women LVP can't stand getting phased out eventually.

Bravo will move heaven and earth to ensure LVP stays on the show as they know this show is on thin ice with the audience.

Kyle will come crawling back, as she hates fan backlash, and knows if LVP leave BH, it is officially over for her on TV.

Rinna, Dorit, and Erika will be phased out before or after the next season a la Kim, Adrienne, YoLyme, and Brandi.

These heifers NEVER learn...

Yeah, I was very surprised as well.

Also, there’s a virtual tie between the shows rated No. 3 through No. 9. I’m actually most surprised at how poorly Top Chef and the MDL shows perform relative to the other series. I know TC isn’t as relevant now that Food Network has stolen a lot of their thunder, but still.

    • I think even if Marland had wanted to write more for Sara/Adam, his hands would have been tied as Robert Milli was one of the actors dumped by P&G due to his age.  From the bits and pieces I've seen of that period, Sara does have a key role in the Carrie plot, and Marland briefly gave her son Tim a more important part. I'm not sure if they just gave up on Tim once Kevin Bacon left or if they never really cared. I did not even know for many years that there was an actor in the part after Kevin...and then not one, but two. The Spauldingfield video on Tim doesn't even show the last actor (Nigel Reed), which kind of says it all. Anyway, I do get the sense Marland has some use for Sara, or for Millette. It's only after he goes that she is dumped. Of course he didn't ever hire her for his other shows, so maybe I'm wrong. (then again he never hired Geraldine Court either and he seemed very fond of her) Ann is an odd character to me as she is a proto-Lillian in being defined by pining for a Bauer brother and being involved in the death of one of their wives. I do wonder what else they could have done with her. She was friends with Diane, wasn't she? They could have had Diane manipulate her against Mike, I suppose.
    • Yassss....come on Maurice and Brandon...give us nothing!!! Wow, their need to develop their craft shone like a blinding light this episode. Brandon in his Martin and Smitty scenes sounded like he was reading and the facial expressions were giving Disney Channel. He did much better against Maurice in the Martin v Ted scenes. Now, Teddd-dyy (Dana's voice) was just flat. I watched the episode just now after reading the comment on here that Maurice needs to stop swaying, and now I can't unsee it. Has it really been this bad all along?  Ambyr carries. I don't need to say anymore. I am kind of excited to see this Kat/Tomas/Eva stuff play out.  Bill is such a dick to Dani. Like that's the mother of your children that you cheated on with your daughter's best friend but you look to take those low blows. Lord! When he said that thing about it being obvious he didn't care about Dani anymore since he was the one that walked out...that was cold. I even felt for Dani. Bill definitely is all over the spectrum. You can see a villain possibly surfacing, but you also see this great father. The elder Duprees move a little funny. I'm wondering what that is all about. Are they just overly protective matriarch and patriarch because they think it's what's best for their family, or are they afraid their secrets will come out or there's something more sinister there. Why would Vernon want to keep that information from Martin?  I hope something interesting comes out of this June stuff, but as of right now, I'm not too invested. It's not helping my interest on Naomi or Jacob either. However, tge actress playing Naomi has comes a long way from day one.
    • None of the males are taking their shirts off every week, so we know they have some degree of acting skill.

    • What can I say?  I did my best.
    • Thank you for sharing. I guess Nancy was catatonic most of her time on the show, so I guess the gasps make sense, lol. I had heard Cathy and Dick DeCoit were supposed to be on the show longer, but Trish Stewart leaving changed all that.
    • @Rmodelboy Thanks for posting that On-set pic of June. She looks great, you just might be right about her being Hayley sibling.

    • Claybon said Samantha and Tyrell were initially 6 and 7, but aged up for technical reasons, first aged up to 10 or 11, and then finally to 16 and 17. Is that the first time soap children have been SORASed twice before ever airing?
