Beverly Hills is PERFECT this season! I can't believe anyone has any complaints. It's like an old school housewives season, very New York meets Atlanta. They throw shade and bicker, but it's not serious. We get all the glamour we want and some fun scenes mixed in. I'm happy. This show has always gotten too dark and too serious. I'm glad everybody is trying to chill the hell out. I'm so over all that darkness.

Atlanta has been a bit a bit of a dud for me but now that Kandi and Phaedra are feuding you can tell it's gonna heat up. Kandi was delicious in her take down and the fallout is obviously going to be amazing. Phaedra is very calculated and is smart to use Porsha to do her dirty work. This is about to get very good. Still, next season that HAVE to revamp the cast. At the very least do like OC/BH/NYC and filter in at least one full time wife each year. They shouldnt have gotten rid of Claudia in retrospect. And if they are gonna be lazy, just go ahead and cast Marlo already. This is getting stale.

I thought panty-gate was so stupid.

Dorit was messy for gossiping about it; however, Erika needs to accept that the sh-t would've never occurred had she worn something more appropriate.

At the end of the day, I am sure they'll blame LVP for it.

How many f*cks does Erika give? A lot, apparently.

I love that Dorit is getting under everyone's skin. And I especially loved her shutting up Whineleen in the previews. Can that bitch ever mind her damn business?

Soapy and Sudsy continue to stay bothered by LVP no matter how much they pretend not to. Silly hags, haven't they learned to never come for the Queen?

You can really see LVP's return deal with the producers in this episode. She got to highlight her dog rescue charity donations, she and Ken got to do some dog grooming and LVP totally avoided the drama between Erika and Dorito. She walked in right at the end of the discussion and avoided all the drama. A totally harmless episode for LVP.

Dorito is a tacky bitch whose probably living in a rented house built, perhaps, precariously in the lesser hills of Beverly. I don't like how she handled things with Erika - again, why is Erika being blamed for PK looking up her skirt? PK is the douche, not Erika.

I actually enjoyed Affairleen this episode. When she was sitting with her legs wide open, gently imitating Erika I laughed out loud. That's the most relaxed she's been since she joined the show. Her blood pact with Lips endures (and good for them!). It was cool to see Mal Young on camera - he seems like a really relaxed, cool executive producer.

I also really enjoyed watching Lips sell her wares on QVC. That gruelling 24 hour selling day would test anyone...but there's Lips hustling away. Nobody can say she isn't a hard worker. I also appreciate that she's honest about money and how Harry Hamlin (note that's his name in her phone) took crappy jobs to support the family. Harry Hamlin is a gifted actor - he graduated from Yale drama school and was awarded a Fulbright scholarship - he is not a hack. But he's done plenty of hack work to keep a roof over everyone's heads, so it's nice to see how humble Lips is about their successes and failures.

Why is Kyle fangirling over having Alicia Silverstone do her pilot? Alicia hasnt been relevant since Clueless and that was before I was in HS

Rinna says Dorit looks a little bit exotic for BH. Where? She looks like an average blonde white woman. The stuff about Erica's vagina? Dorit, girl, this is not a storyline worth chasing

Id rather see more scenes of LVP with her animals, Erika/eileen backstage, and rinna doing a 24 hour QVC marathon...then stupid drama like pantygate.

I wish that the show had 2 versions of each episode...one of the women in their lives..and the other all the shade...and viewers could pick which they'd prefer.

Silver lining for next week..a Camille Grammar apperance.  I think Dorit is trying to model her pot stirring like Camille...but she aint no Camille

Ohhhh could be Erika!  I'm really loving her this season.  She's a smart cookie.  Kyle's expressions were hilarious when Erika would respond to Dorit last episode.

I forgot about Eden... I wonder when she shows up...

Btw, SURELY Lisa R. had a friend or someone monitor her girls in NYC.  I would NEVER let my teenage daughters roam NYC freely with no supervision, especially if I weren't even in the city with them at the same time.  I love Lisa R., but girl, c'mon.

I think it is Dorit or Rinna as both of them were caught in the trailer talking about mixing smoothies and Xanax. I'm skirting from the rest and saying Rinna as it'd be the only way I could see this becoming major. I think it is gonna be something that pisses off LVP & Kyle (and Kim) b/c Rinna led the pack in exposing Kim's habits when Rinna is probably deep-throating pills too.

    • Jill Farren Phelps was always very skilled at saying what she meant onscreen in the bluntest way possible, like whenever she wanted fans to support one character vs. the other (hence Megan McTavish groaning about having to write Kale Browne's Sam Rappaport into three days a week at OLTL). Perhaps you should consider doing the same. Historically your intent is always far more obvious than your efforts at coy embroidery anyway. You believe people are dismissing Phelps' accomplishments, and suggest misogyny and fan blinders allow people to too easily pigeonhole and dismiss her skill set. I think we all understand her varied skill set. We're saying it's not enough to make up for her deficiencies as a storyteller and creative. JFP was undoubtedly a skilled technical producer. As a solo storyteller, and de facto HW, she was a repeat and predictable failure. She was not the first or last EP (male or female) to think she was a writer. If you want us to stop taking your behavior personally when you suggest misogyny is at play in board opinions of JFP, perhaps you should consider spending the next 10+ years here not acting like you're the only one who gets it.

Melissa was here today & we went to Michael's Crafts & Ofc Depot. In Michael's there were two beautiful LITTLE girls who kept staring at me, so I gave them a littel wave & very quietly said HI & then did back. I told Melissa they were staring at me. She smiled & said "Purple. A lot of little girls love purple & you forget but you have purple hair. Seeing you their whole imaginations are transformed! Thinking "That lady has purple hair. That means I can have purple hair! They had no clue before seeing you that it was possible." I just laughed & laughed.
    • This opening scene is hilarious...it's like someone wrote out the script for Philip with one hand. And Rick...sniffing a scarf over and over. And in their next scene they are still sniffing the [!@#$%^&*] scarf as the camera stays all over Philip's bare chest and armpits as he keeps working out. Insane stuff.

Bay City better be ready, because I'm back!   At Vicky's apartment she is once again drowning in doubts and jealousy. Deep down she realizes that her dream wedding will be a farce and nothing can change that. Bridget tries to calm her down, but the heroine is determined to suffer. She is not hearing any positive thoughts. She doesn't believe Jamie will marry her. At the Cory Publishing building another farce is in process. Iris, once again pretending to be the angel of love and sisterhood... is telling Mac and Rachel some wonderful news. When Iris has good news, you really need to look out for yourself. That's when things are bad. So what are the news? Miss Devil has put Amanda up for an award! Mac is smiling from ear to ear, and Rachel is suspicious. Maybe that's the effect Iris is looking for. To once again accent on the fact that Rachel doubts and criticizes her daughter. Iris will do anything to destabilize their relationship. She is like a cancer. Back to Vicky! Jamie is at the door. Looking like a sad puppy, he has come with a surprise. No, he is not gonna leave her and her unborn... Not yet. He has bought her earrings. Sad face. How nice. NOT. Victoria, of course... manages to break one of them the moment she touches it. Bad premonition maybe? She was back in hysterics. It's not easy to trap a man into marriage. Then you have to live with someone that didn't want you in the first place.  We were introduced to a new character (to me at least she is new) - Cass's sister - Stacey. She is giving me "hidden skeletons in the closet"-vibes. Love a girl like that. Stunning actress. I like her. The highlight of the episode was the strange and creepy reveal of Evan the escort... hugging someone named Janice's grave. I remember she had an issue with Rachel... and Rachel killed her in self defense I think... It was hinted in prior episodes, but I lack the context and story. I just know that everyone at the Frame house was mad that Rachel killed the bish. But I also got the impression that this Janice was sick in the head. So Evan is now talking to her grave and telling her he is going to ruin Rachel's life basically. Oh, Evan... I liked you better as a sexy gigolo.  Overall - 10/10 - how can I rate it lower when I haven't watched in months!!!

    • Once again, Marlena and Kayla were used very effectively and I couldn’t be happier.  Marlena counseling Johnny and then Chanel was the best part of today. They’re really delving into the human emotion of this storyline and I think that’s a good thing. It feels so much mature than it was before. EJ’s fear about what could happen to Johnny if he doesn’t let go of his anger could lead to some really good storylines in the future.  I also really appreciate the way that Paula/Jeanne are mixing it up and having different characters interact with each other. It was nice to see Shawn and Johnny remember that they’re cousins and share a scene together. I liked the parallel that was drawn between the two of them, and what’s going on with their fathers. I did have mixed feelings about everything with Cat though. I enjoyed Chanel warning her about EJ, mostly because it played into the way that she was written today. But I wasn’t the biggest fan of the Chad/EJ scenes. The two of them discussing Chad’s potential feelings for Cat didn’t really keep my interest.  But above all, I feel that everyone is being used more effectively and that we’re getting a better understanding of everyone as well. And that was exactly what Days needed.
    • It's a wild story for sure, especially the final conclusion (and fireworks offcamera, like Victoria Wyndham tearing into Michael Logan).

    • I did some research and the story wrapped up with Eric,a caretaker responsible for Georgina's death who then  tried to do away with Laurie but a vision of Georgina spooked him and he smashed into a mirror, dying of glass wounds. So there was a supernatural element. I wonder if the Brody character in the credits was Eric Brody?
