I'm happy to see the vindictive Liza coming out. at Annie being paranoid about who was in the room with Adam.

Why did Krystal need Angie to tell her about how manipulative Liza can be from her highschool days? Krystal fought with her over Tad back in 2004. Krystal saw first hand just how territorial and dirty she gets when it comes to him

Besides, the last thing we need is another reminder of how young JL is in comparison to Darnell and Debbi.

Hillary's no dummy. She left the country! She got wind of what Tad does to people when they keep him from his children.

Debbi Morgan looks better than Jamie Lunar so it doesn't bother me. Both Debbi and Darnell look younger than their age and Lunar looks older.

I'm kinda glad Tad had a mood swing as far as Hill is concerned. All of that flowery "Hillary was the sweetest thing you could ever meet, the nicest person ever, the reason why the sun shines on Pine Valley, every time she smiles, an Angel gets its wings" talk with Damon the other day had me cringing. I got tired of them running that crap with Dixie.

I hate when they ruin characters who arent on the show. This Hillary stuff is ridiculous. She pretty much wants nothing to do with her son, leaves him to fend for himself, and doesnt care about his well being, all bc she is too much of a coward to face Tad bc her lie's been exposed? She is coming across as a witch

Me neither. Angie has always been about roughly 15 years younger than Debbi, hasn't she--which puts her around the same age as Luner? (Just like Brooke is about ten years younger than Julia B?)

You'll get over it.

I dunno I wouldn't say Hill's been"ruined" by any means--they can still always pull out the "evil husband" etc card as soaps love to do (and they've hinted at). If anything, this her taking off thing has been used to cause friction between Liza and Tad....

I messed up taping it yesterday so I had to watch last night on SoapNet, which is why I'm late responding. I loved this episode!

Erica & Jack still have such fantastic chemistry and I enjoy how he's trying to be supportive of her even though she's going after his daughter. Greenlee calling Erica out on trying to dig info out of Ryan made me laugh.

Annie's definitely going off the deep end now that she's convinced Adam is cheating with Brooke. I like how this story has been set up with Annie having good reason to be suspicious. Now let's hope the fireworks start soon!

Poor Liza seems flummoxed about Damon being Tad's son. I almost expected her to just blurt it out to Colby. I loved Angie filling in Krystal on Liza's past because it's an important part of who the character is and it was omitted under Pratt.

I'm with Eric on Hillary; she's clearly keeping her distance from Damon due to her husband's attitude toward him. I know I'm a broken record, but Hillary needs to come back to explain why she abandoned her son and if Carmen Thomas returns for an eventual reunion with Tad, this could be a great storyline!

When will Liza learn that Tad doesnt want her? She's been throwing herself at him off and on for nearly 30 years and every decade it never changes. Back in the 80s, when they were first together, he cheated on her with her mother. In the 90s, he cheated with her but he really loved and wanted Dixie. Back in the 00s, he dropped her for Krystal. Now in 2010, she's getting jealous of him and Krystal again. Tad marries other women. He has kids with other women, but Liza is just good sex for him. He never commits to her and she's never his top choice. More like second best and she makes herself miserable obsessing over a man who constantly hurts her. She does it to herself bc after 30 years, she should have learned her lesson by now.

The heart wants what the heart wants. Not to mention, they have history and a very, um, complicated "friendship" going on. It's not as simple as just saying "he's not into me and that's that." Intellectually, Liza may get that, but emotionally it's difficult as hell! Especially with Tad's propensity to insert himself into her life and private matters. How many ways did that hypocrite interfere with Liza's marriage to Adam? How many times -- during both the 1994-96 and 1999-2002 marriages to Dixie -- did he make it seem like Liza came, if not first, a reeeeeally close second to Dixie? So there are a LOT of emotions entangled here... not to mention that lingering hope of "maybe this time..."

Unfortunately, I think Tad has to really hurt her -- intentionally or unintentionally -- for her to start making moves away from this longing she has for Tad. He would, I dunno, have to get Colby pregnant or something!

I'd love to see Carmen Thomas return but if she can't/won't, I like a previous suggestion of Lisa Peluso as Hilary. If not her, I think Noelle Beck could do good things with the role.

I think Carmen said in a recent interview with the PVB that she'd return if asked, especially since the show is in her "own backyard" now. She's even been watching lately to be in the loop just in case she gets the call. Or something like that.
