I loved her last night! She was soo much fun and entertaining

I also enjoyed the black duo with the guy with the crazy scary eyes

Gene Simmons daughter was not that good but I rooted for her to get through bc I liked her humble attitude and respected how she went about this

Arin Ray will be a contender!:

Dude is primed to take over as the next R&B/Pop young star. Usher......Chris Brown....Arin Ray.

Adonis and John (the OG's) were hilarious!

John: I messed up.

Adonis: You didn't mess up, man. You just had an echo to my effect.

John: THIS IS SPARTA!!

Adonis: I own a diner......

John: I'm a waiter.

Adonis: At my diner.

These guys are comedy gold!

Loved Demi's comments to them:

Demi: I've never heard that song so hood.

Demi: I'm going to say peace out, yo, it's a no.

Demi Lovato  She's so amazing.

Sophie Tweed-Simmons is pretty just like her mother (well a young Shannon Tweed without the horrible plastic surgery). Sophie has a decent voice and I want to see more of her and see.

Diamond is a future superstar. She's amazing now at 13, but she's going to be huge in a few years. Total star quality.

I love Cece's cocky attitude: "On a scale of 1-10, how confident am I? About 25" and "I'm going to bring the Cece Thunder." That "I Will Always Love You" face off was amazing. Kudos to both Cece and Paige. They sing against each other tomorrow but I hope it doesn't mean the judges will only choose one. Both of them better make it to the judges houses.

Jannell was great too but I thought the judges talking her sex appeal was a bit uncomfortable. I know she's 18 but she looks young than that.

I was expecting CeCe or Paige to get the boot after Simon said one of them sang the song "right"...WTF? Did I hear that wrong? LOL. I thought they both sounded good but I liked CeCe's rendition better. I'm not a fan of her attitude, though. She does not come across very likable at all. Bitch.

Diamond is my top fave. I love her!

rolleyes.gif at tonights ending. I thought both Paige & CeCe sounded AWFUL! Felt bad for Paige, though. Seeing CeCe show some emotion/tears was good but I still didn't find her the least bit likable. She basically lied on the stage about how the song was chosen. Just trifling! WHO is going to like her?!

LOL. Britney just seems so...odd on the show most of the time.

LMFAO at Britney flat out calling Sister C "annoying" laugh.png

What was the name of the song that Jeffrey Gutt sang? I've heard it a few times but never knew what it was. I thought he NAILED his performance, I wanted to hear more! I think he definitely could be one of the contestants to look out for!

Diamond was amazing again. I also really enjoyed Normani & Arin's performance. They were CUTE!

Ally Brooke is another one of my faves. I just like her

No clicking on the spoiler....so I'm going to guess...... Britney (girls), Demi (boys), Simon (the older peeps), LA (Groups). I think that's why LA was upset in the preview. I don't blame him because the groups are awful. LOL

    • Yes, Stacy does this both for early DAYS & early GH. I have written some for her, for DAYS.
    • Hahahha I think sleeping with almost all of your daughters's boyfriends and husbands and getting pregnant... definitely gives Brooke the right to top 1 place. Long live the whore of Beverly hills.

    • CurlyQGrl has DVDs of some episodes, that they can sell, but that doesn't matter. What is helpful: they describe the scenes on the tapes, so you can read that as recaps without ordering anything. Doesn't really give storylines, though, which is what you asked for.  Here's the links anyhow. full menu https://www.angelfire.com/tv/curlyqgrl/menu.html GH page https://www.angelfire.com/tv/curlyqgrl/gh/menu.html GH 1960s https://www.angelfire.com/tv/curlyqgrl/gh/eps/gheps1960s.htm
    • I would argue that Another World never played "everything" for laughs. Even when there were comedic scenes in some storylines there were other storylines that were not intended as comedy.  You give 1988 as the end point, and Mary was on the canvas from August 1986 to February 1989, so she must have overlapped with the despised laughs you are referring to at least half of the time she was there. I honestly can't recall any real comedy that Mary would have been part of. I don't think she was lighthearted about choosing between two husbands, MJ's prostitution, Kathleen's death, or even her son Scott dating her daughter Cheryl.  I would have said that the amount of comedy depended on the head writer and there was more comedy under Richard Culliton and Gary Tomlin in 1984 than subsequent headwriters. I guess there was an outbreak of more comedy when Cecile kidnapped Cass from his wedding in 1986, but in general the Sin Stalker wasn't presented as funny, Mitch's return wasn't funny, John's arrival wasn't funny, Reginald wasn't funny. The tone was serious even if the plots verged on the ludicrous. And maybe that's what you mean -- but I would make a distinction between intentional comedy and storylines I can't take seriously for other reasons.
    • I'm excited for us to get back to a full weeks worth of episodes and also us beginning to move into the episodes filmed once the show premiered. We're already starting to see changes in the lighting and the way certain characters are styled. Of course we know this week we have our first recast as well. After the big Eva reveal, I hope the show continues to move into a positive direction and that we see them starting to fix some of the things we've all had issues with.
    • It seems like they may have been going in one direction for Andre and then changed their mind. He had this player/bachelor thing going at first where he was messing with Dani, seemed to be feeling Eva, and then somehow smitten by bland Ashley of all people. I feel like Ashley was supposed to be the one that finally made him want to be with someone and settle. The way he talked her up in those earlier episodes was really confusing. The wonderful, amazing nurse Ashley and conveniently she's unattainable because she has a partner, but he can't stop thinking of her and takes these busted pics of her. It was a mess. However, it all seems to have been dropped. I honestly feel like Andre can go. That may be an unpopular opinion but I don't need his breathy final syllable to be content with BTG. It's always like "There's gotta be another wh-ahyy"
    • This is where McLaibey falls apart. It becomes clear that McTavish had not thought past Brent/Marion...so the energy drops and she starts throwing things at the wall (Blakes twins, Lonatrat.)   Fans HATED this funeral. Everyone is mad at everyone else, which is fine, the death of a beloved community figure would give people a reason to come together...(Quint and Nola could come together at least for  a bit to support each other, Nola and VAn could finally admit they kinda, sorta like each other) Its just an example of McTavish's mean writing.   I have a feeling they were going to make Dahlia Frank's kid but they chickened out. Making Tina a prostitute didn't help, they could have been lovers when they were young but felt society pressure to part. Marcus took over David's role (you can't have two young black men at that time...)   Get used to it...this will happen, the same storyline over and over until the end.
    • Does anyone happen to have a recording or any footage of Jennifer’s funeral?
    • It's such a shame that the conflict couldn't be resolved in a mature way between the two actors.. especially since Albee was a bigger asset for the show in terms of character and his popular will they/won't they pairing with Deborah Saxon. One of the things about Edge was that it was just as popular with male viewers as it was with women.  It's one of things I think the show forgot in the final year or two with the deemphasis on the male characters.
