I liked Taylor, so if this is true, I'm sad to see her go. Ugh to Tad & Krystal possibly getting back together.

Maybe they'll put Tad and Krystal back together and then write them out before the move? Don't MEK and BE both have cycles up late in the year? I tend to doubt Frons would let BE go, but what story is there for Tad & Krystal together?

They should have made her Liza or Julie Chandler. However the Miltary stuff could have worked if it had been handled right. It seemed like TPTB were to scared of affending anybody to make the story work.

Just say no to Tad&KWAK! The baby they will end up stealing will thank u for it!

MEK was pretty gungho for Tad and Liza, wonder how he feels about Tad and KWAK 2.0? IMO the Tad/KWAK pairing does neither character any favors.

Yeah, it seems like they just lost interest in Taylor, and *perhaps* some of her criticism in that interview helped along that loss of interest, but I'm more inclined to believe that this is just soaps doing what they always do. But if she does in fact leave AMC, I can totally see her popping up on OLTL somewhere down the line in some sort of short-term recurring/dayplayer role (lawyer, social worker, psychiatrist...).

Well Pratt did say in SOD that he found Taylor's storyline(about the military) "boring" which was funny cause he's the idiot who wrote it.

I think the day of Tad with any love interest is gone. I don't know how someone as sexually powerful as MEK was early in his run can become so sexless, but I really think he is one of the most sexless characters on daytime.

The marketing for Beth Ehlers was a fiasco from the minute of her arrival, and they never did anything to make viewers warm to her, aside from the story with Brot, which she apparently didn't like. I think this is it for her and soaps.

It didn't help that he let himself go physically. Of course, no way would ABC let a female actress get away with kind of weight gain.

He's in better shape now. But I agree, Tad has become blah. How do you reinvigorate his character?

Beth Ehlers Leaving AMC

Looks like Tad's bad luck with the ladies is destined to continue: Beth Ehlers, who joined AMC as Taylor in July 2008 after a high-profile exit from the role of Harley on GL, will be leaving Pine Valley; Taylor will be off the canvas by the time the show wraps up taping in New York in December in preparation for its move to L.A. in January.

I am really sorry that AMC let Beth go. I hope that she finds acting work elsewhere and has some type of business opportunities on the side to support herself and her boys.
