It's not my fault if you cannot accept that many others think Bierdz is a crap actor.

But I don't expect you to call him out on his bad acting either, since clearly you have a bias for this storyline and this actor. So go on, continue on with your agenda and personal attacks on other posters who think otherwise.

Subtlety in acting? LMFAO! Hilarious.

Bierdz is as subtle as a heart attack, as someone wise once said.

I was quite curious about how condescending and flippant he seemed on Friday's five second shot. I read that as him being over his family's petty squabbles and utterly self-righteous but I don't think that's a bad thing. I suppose it ruins the character to see him be a total a--, but we don't know how he'll act when his son arrives. Seeing him as an adult may bring on the remorse. Understanding the full ramifications of his actions may alter his behavior as well. Whatever happens, we'll have to see.

I just don't think his delivery on Friday should easily be thrown away as bad acting. And I'm not a fan of the guy LOL.

Also he has acted over the last twenty years. Nothing big but he was on "Law & Order."

Which joke?

BTW, the cat was the best thing of the whole week!

I sent you a PM, judge for yourself his performance in Monday's episode.

I don't mind if Phillip III's an assh*ole or whatever (though they already ruined that character with this re-write), it's Thom's acting technique that sucks, especially when the three other actors invovled are so good. He plays everything the same way, his face is is the same express throughout the entire episode, and he delivers everything in a Ronn Moss-style delivery. It's coming off as if he thinks he's doing some soap opera spoof for a sketch comedy show. but, judge for yourself, that's just me, and I can't speak for other people.

Oh man, I have to say y&rworldTurner's right. But I don't think he's like Moss. He's like Morrow LMAO.

Wow, what a way for MAB and 'em to fall flat on their face. I wonder how he'll do the big explanation scene though...

I agree, we'll just have to see. I know from watching him EVERY DAY back in the day... not just on youtube clips and guest appearances here and there... that he IS good. I still stand by my asessment that love of a character can make one overlook things, and hatred of a character's actions can make fans pick the actor apart. Haiduk is another perfect example. In the wedding dress scene, it was obvious that they were trying to re-create Stern under that veil, and considering it was Stern playing Patty when she married Jack, that made sense. But everyone loved Haiduk and her performances so much that nobody seems to care about the GLARING inconsistency that although Victor gave her plastic surgery to look different, Haiduk has a voice that's about half an octave lower, and is about 6 inches taller than Lilibet Stern.

LOL! Tell us what you think when you finish watching it all. Though of course, you can't give too much away since it isn't Monday yet.

C'mon dude let's be real. They're no longer teenagers. In today's society the whole first time notion is pretty much dead. People just want to f-ck. It would be silly to have Mac/Billy have some romantic love making scene (which I'm sure TPTB Will soon realize and do), especially after Mac has been with JT. They aren't virgins, so let's strap a condom on and go.

Mac hasn't been written as a character who just wants to get laid, at least not most versions of the character. This story is supposed to be about love lost and found, soulmates, fate tried to tear them apart then brought them back together, love makes Billy a wonderful person, all the rest. For that to work then I think their first time has to be more than just rutting.

I am watching Monday's episode right now. I am shocked and sad.

Morrow isn't that bad. Moss would at least try. Akward, arrogant and embarassing.

^^^^I don't think anyone can dispute that Miller can act, however, for them to score someone who reminds people so much of Peter Bergman, who exudes chem w/ everyone (other than that CF whom they are insistent on pushing on us even though they are dull as doornails together)--the boy just shines. Unfortunately, they have turned his character into such a cad but I guess considering the overall state of the show, he's the least of our worries...

Billy Miller is a good actor, although I think he has a way to go in the emotional moments, and I don't think he has a deep enough connection with most of his co-stars (this was one reason the rivalry with Cane fell flat). It seemed like everyone loved him so much at AMC or heard such good things about him there that there was an automatic assumption he was going to be a huge success on Y&R. Instead Billy is sinking into the same mire he seems to sink into no matter who plays him.

I'm watching it right now, and I sorta of agree angry.gif ... Another side note, how great would it be if Drucilla were there for the Cane reveal?! I am STILL not over her...

Sorry Toups, in advance LOL.

When Devon walked in and saw Lily, asking her what's wrong, that reminded me of that scene a few weeks ago between Stafford and Morrow. When Stafford responded to a nonexistent cue from Morrow, supposedly a decision. There was supposed to be finality in his expression, but there was nothing. Yet, Stafford played off of this like the pro she is.

The same thing happened again. Devon responded to a little-existent cue and Lily looked like a her goldfish died. WTF?!?! Was the red blanket Neil wrapped her in supposed to show how frail she is? Supposed to make us feel sorry for the beaten-upon little girl? Instead, I cracked up when Devon went over to her and hugged her. I guess I'm a bad person. There were moments when she seemed to be crying as if she were back in grade school and ashamed and embarrassed because she crapped on herself in front of her entire class. I'm really sick of her. I think NuAbby would've done better. I think Eva would've done better, yo!

Can CK just leave Genoa City, go to Italy and make pretty paintings because she's sick of all the liars in her life?

Thom Bierdz reminds me of Ron Moss...

Maybe when he's done on Y&R he can go to B&B to play Ridge's long lost brother Donn..... ;)
