Oh, and Lisa Connor, who wrote the script for today's episode has got to be fired soon. The dialogue was so clunky, contrived, forced, and unnatural. I think she made Adam call Ashley Victor's wife too, when did they get remarried?

This won't change. She's a Bell and even as we speak the actors are praising her. So she won't be going away anytime soon.

The same actors were praising Latham, and we saw what happened to her. You never know, with ratings threading back down, Sony and CBS might get more frustrated and stage a coup to overthrow her, and I can't say I wouldn't be against that happening. I'm tired of MAB's inconsistent and hollow writing.

I'm holding out hope this unqualified and polarizing writing regime will be fired and we'll get better replacements in their place.

People, regardless of how you feel about MAB, the only way she's ever going to be fired is if she and Bill Jr go through a VERY messy divorce.

And if this summer flops and the ratings go further down, I don't think CBS/Sony will be too pleased with her.

But the issue is not to only get rid of MAB and her team, but do get an appropriate and wonderful replacement... but what are the chances for that?

Since I don't know where to put this, I guess this thread is okay. I'm really excited about MTS getting a deal (if that's true)... and apparently, Vail Bloom's publicist claims she's still with the show (which still doesn't mean anything). I guess time will tell...

It's crappy script writing, in this case done by the horrible Lisa Connor. I guess Beth Milstein deserves some blame too, as she's responsible for editing this nonsense as the Script Editor. Do these people even care about turning out a quality product sometimes?

That's what I've been wondering about too. Don't EB and ED find it weird? It's not like they'll get fired if they change the text to Victor's fiancée.
