Which puts her in competition with Erica Kane.

I know budgetwise we can't see him very often, and I'd rather he be in the background than killed off, but perhaps we could just hear footsteps going up the stairs as fast as possible every time another Jill/Nina/Katherine round is about to start.

But seriously - if Jill wants some money and she's so damn sue happy, she should sue each and every DNA lab!!! She'd get a huge settlement!

There was no need to kill Brad. I prefer him to Billy for Sharon's "third man" and he had great chemistry with Phyllis. They never had hate sex, which is too bad. I don't think the show is better without him.

That's too bad. They should give him a family now so they can come and cause trouble in a few years.

Why not change CK last name to Murphy? This way they can keep their precious CK as a new character & they can actually fraze out the Winters.

The main thing that ruined Brad was LML writing Don way beyond his range.

LOL! He made a damn good pool boy, didn't he?

Since he's playing basically the same character on B&B, I really don't know why after Sharon's last rejection he didn't just leave town, grow a goatee and become a little bit more of an !@#$%^&*].

DD is still a fine man. Brad could have a scandalous affair with Chloe or Amber. He also would have made a natural friend/ally for MJ and Adam (if they weren't so damn psycho).

The problem with B&B is the writing. They have a lot of gems in their cast but there is only so much they can do.

I'm glad he's gone. I never thought Don Diamont had the acting chops to be a long term character on Y&R. His depth of talent (Or lack thereof) always belonged on an ABC soap, IMO. He was nice to look at for a while, but during the baby Robert death scenes where he was supposed to be grieving, he just looked like he was trying to pass a brick out his ass. BTW, Dee Dee, I've been meaning to ask, who's that in your avatar? I should know who she is, but it's escaping me.

It's basically the same thing being repeated over and over and over and over again.

Half of this thread is dedicated to a mysterious phallus-worshipping cult, pornography and unabashed, gross flirting.

So then that sounds to me like an on topic discussion about the current Y&R.

Why is DD's lack of talent a problem? I never wanted Brad in a serious Robert-type story. I just wanted him as a love interest for Sharon or Phyllis.

I think when someone has been on a show 20 years, it's a little late to worry about lack of talent. Brad was beefcake, nothing more or less. He did do smug bastard well and he was great at getting under the skin of Nick, Victor and Jack. I miss him for that reason alone.
