It causes him to pull out a picture of Patty...Andrea Evans. Amber sees it and says "hey, what are you doing with a picture of my mom?" They put the pieces together that Patty=Tawny. Mary Jane walks by and is shocked -- gut punched -- to see her daughter and her brother together. The writers don't say anything explicitly, but when we see Mary Jane looking in horror at Amber and Paul together, it gives us a clue. And then Gloria comes to LA to run Spectra. Rick needs to STFU about Thomas working there. Gloria would fit in perfectly in L.A. and I think even a lot of posters here wouldn't mind glo leaving GC and going to the camptastic B&B. I am afraid, though, that Brad Bell will get "drunk" on the character the way Y&R's writers have; and before you know it, she's taking over (and stinking up) the joint there, too. Posted May 8, 2009 Members Share Posted May 8, 2009 Even if I could accept that Thomas "didn't really mean to hurt Rick" (which I don't...burning a house with someone in it seems to me to be the definition of wanting to hurt someone), I really don't think a kid who's had a month of therapy should be plunked down in the middle of a turf war between Ridge and Rick. And FWIW, I'd think Taylor, the accredited psychiatrist she is should be the first one to agree. I think Brooke's right----Taylor's only supporting this move to put a strain on Ridge and Brooke's relationship. And that I find reprehensible.
