Steinberg was too old to be Keemo.

No, that's not what I think obsessed is. Here's what I think obsessed is:

* Making incessant noise about a former cast member almost two years after she has left the show and faded into obscurity.

* Talking about the said actress as if she were Susan Flannery.

* Being so in love with the actress that you go out of your way to find fault with her successor.

* Belittling anyone who happens to prefer the successor.

* Constantly finding excuses to bring up the Colleen recast and weave your creepy AL love/TS hate into every discussion.

* Using the term "the fans" as if you speak for everyone, or at least the 'majority'.

THAT is what I call obsessed.

Trust me - I don't lose any sleep over whose names you mention or don't mention.

LML did know who Keemo was. He was mentioned at least twice during her tenure.

I mean critique is a part of the game and to each his own. I have no idea though why it is necessary to beat someone down over a minor flaw physically or otherwise. Not to be dramatic or anything because everyone is entitled to his or her opinion and , speaking for myself, I appreciate honesty but these threads could stand to be a bit more errr "enjoyable" without being at such a high expense of the people who contribute to keep something we all love going (including each other since apparently we invest time in watching and posting about these shows).

*Breaks out of speech mode**

I don't mean to come off with a lecture I'm just saying...

Ehh nevermind moving on...

Noticed a theme today. Katherine doesn't want anything to do with Gloria so there goes the Chancellors, The Abbotts seem to have officially cut ties with her completly all forced and non-forced now she's somehow getting pulled into the Newman orbit

IMO, MAB set herself up for public scrutiny and criticism when she took on the HW'ing job. Just because the show's doing better than most other soaps right now, that shouldn't stop some (myself included!) from pointing out what they feel to be flaws in the show's writing.

I'm sorry, but I am getting tired of this love-it-or-leave-it attitude on the part of several who frequent and post on these threads.

There is no love it or leave it attitude my post clearly says that everyone is entitled to their opinions and if that's what you took from it you misinterpreted, personally I welcome constructive criticisms of her work whether I agree or disagree

Keemo should really be in his 40's. I seem to recall when they wrote him in that Jack was about 17 to early 20's when he was in Vietnam. Could have even been before he went to College. He should certainly be older than Nick, although according to Wiki, when they were introduced in 1994, it was 20 years since Jack and Lawn had been together making him around 38. Steingberg would have been absolutely perfect because he really looked like he could be Jack's son and would have added layers to their scheming.

Why can't we have the best of both worlds, a new co-head writer to work with Sheffer, while MAB still maintains executive creative control to keep the show reigned in.

Didn't Sabrina's ghost make her presence known to Victoria at Halloween at Nick and Phyllis' (while Adam was in Jail) and tossed a rattle down the stairs? I think she's pissed at the statue that looks nothing like her, and is out for revenge.

And it took me all day, but I finally caught up!!
