You know I agree. I wonder if cutting back on Langston's airtime is a cost saving move or a way to prevent KA from looking even worse as an actress. The actress who plays Langston has improved since she first came on the show. She is a very capable young actress and substantially better than KA. Langston should have been the one drawn to Schuyler. I could even see her paired with Scott Clifton a couple years from now. Again ABC is wasting a young talent for no reason. She will go the way of Elizabeth Henderson and Billy Miller and end up on Y&R as a big star one day or even better make it in prime time.

Starr... if I walked into my sexual predator father's darkened house to find an unkempt stranger standing there I wouldn't shake his hand and ask his advice on boys and men. I'd run and call the police. WHY IS SHE SO STUPID?!

OK I loved today show. The scenes between C.S and T.S.J. were great. How refreshing to have a younger actor opposite T.S.J. who can act. I have to say I even liked Lola today. I thought she played the spoiled vamp well. The only shame is that she and A Martinez are leaving the show. I think of what could be between Ray and Dorian and I melt they are so hot. Throw in Christmas at La Boulea with Lola and Langston with Marko and watch the fireworks. I thought both Wednesday and Thursdays episodes were really well done. Mind you, that’s probably because the focus of both shows, were around established well defined characters played by good actors. It just makes me think how good this show can be. It was also nice to see Vicki today, even if she did play second fiddle to Tea.

If they were smart, they would finally give the very popular Dorian/Langston duo a real story and give KA some fuckin' time off. Let Starr go to Savannah to visit Cassie and get her head cleared up. Absence would make my heart grow fonder. I think Kristen has chemistry with Scott Clifton, but the way the storyline has been done, up til now, has been alternately silly and forced or grotesque. At least now they have begun skewing the story negatively towards Starr's fixation on Schuyler. The question is whether their chemistry can be harnessed in something more positive and tasteful in terms of a slow romance in the future. It doesn't help that Starr as a character is always moved away from any adult or mature facets beyond the baseline surface and physical; she never develops any depth, never regains any of her old fire, and she is always just a bland teen ingenue, the way Brian Frons apparently likes her. Which I'll bet is why the pre-strike story with Starr as the bitch opposite Cole/Langston's forbidden lust was killed.

I don't agree about Shane, and I think both he and FF do an okay job when it comes to the cancer story. At this point, easy targets cause hallucinations. I always find the easy target boring, especially when they've improved - and I've always found Austin Williams fairly solid compared to Eddie Alderson. As I've said, Williams has stilted moments, whereas Eddie has stilted years. (And has only just improved.)

ITA with everything OLTL1, Dr. Curtis, and Vee said, everything but Vee's last paragraph.

I think the leukemia story could have been classic, good soap with better actors. I hope Carlivati is watching and will utilize his actors better next time and give them material that plays to their strengths.

I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING!!!! (I am glad someone here likes Stacey, and i think she is the only good thing about the Leukemia storyline. lol)

Loving Stacey and love, love l LOVE those two together. Their scenes today were my favorite.

There is potential, serious potential there!

Just watched Thursday's episode...some thoughts..

The guy who plays Zack reminds me of Roger Howarth's acting style..Not a bad thing, just an observation. I like him.

The Todd and Schueyler(sp?) scenes were the highlight for me. Loved the contrast between SC's semi-hammy acting style and TSJ's sinister/dangerous energy. Love whenever they have Trevor play opposite different actors/actresses.

I thought today was another great episode. Unlike the last 2 days, that focused more on core characters, todays show was more on the newbies, but I didn't mind. Crystal Hunt and Scott Clifton were great today. I liked there chemistry and there scenes. They were funny when he was telling her about Starr, cute when she was taking care of him after Todd punched him and little hot when they kissed at the end. It seems the writers are starting to flesh out the character of Stacy a little and it's making it a lot easier to tolerate her on my screen. I also liked that they had characters interact with characters outside of there own storylines today. Rex and Gigi with Jessica was refreshing because it wasn't the same scene of Rex/Gigi/Stacy that we've been watching for the last month! Mind you, it helped that Farah Fath wasn't trying so hard to play the emotional scenes because she was given lighter material today and that Kristen Alderson was used much less today than in months past. One thing that I alwasys liked about RC's OLTL is that he packs in a lot of characters into one episode but recenly it seemed the same stable of characters have dominated our screens. Today felt different to me and I get the feeling stories are starting to pick up agian. Almost as if it was sweeps period.
