I thought it was a great episode. Everything looked great and the songs really served the story.

Was this Quinn's last episode? It looked awful like a farewell to me given what she said on the episode

Sebastian has taken a turn toward evil. I guess they had to come up with something to write Darren Criss out. His duet with Santana was pretty decent. I love Santana though in just about any setting. Speaking of, Darren Criss did a good job with the dancing and physical stuff on his song.

It did feel very final, likely because she will be wallpaper to the finn, rachel & kurt w/ special guest blaine show.

Tuesdays episode was one of their better, as far as characters go. The musical numbers were awful tho, aside from Quinn's simi-decent one and Blaines opening number.

This was the best episode ever I think. The whole Karofsky saga was really sad and I really expected him to die. His entire two year story has come to a perfect conclusion I think. But the end...Glee is now Dallas!!! Quinn is the new Pam Ewing, I loved it. It has been serialized all along in a season one Knots Landingish kind of way, but now it is full blown soap. The only false note was Sebastian's sudden turnaround. I loved that flashback to Sebastian and Karofsky, but he turned too easily I think.

Is it me or does the show kind of see blinding somebody as no big deal at all? That's the main reason why all the focus on bullying has always confused me - the villains are always sanctified and treated as good people (Santana, Karofsky, Sebastien, etc.).

How so?

Santana, Karofsky, and Sebastien are not treated as good people. They just are not treated as bad people. The one thing I will give Glee is the layers they give the characters. All three of them have shown a range of emotions and actions from good to evil.

The Quinn thing - shes my favorite and im not that upset/worried. Like... i feel like there is more to it than that. Like either its a fake out somehow or wont be as bad it was made to seem.

This was by far one of the best episodes of the series though.

    • I agree with all of this except I loved Leslie with Jacob. It was the old Leslie to me. She was so soft in her scenes with NuTed on Friday, I preferred the return to form.
    • Charmed and Party of Five didn't do too good with the diverse concept...  I doubt 7th Heaven will either. Perhaps maybe do a diverse show about a female minister and her husband and call it something other than 7th Heaven.  I know it's going out on a limb to actually come up with something different and to title it differently.
    • The writers need to reign in Vanessa' character... I can see the actress is trying to reign in the character.. but the writing isn't helping her in her quest. Dani has been going on and on and on about being insecure since the end of her marriage for 55 episodes.. and I'm sick of it.  She's in bed with a younger attractive man and she won't shut up about her insecurities.  I want to tell Andre that the sex isn't worth being tied to this emotional vampire.  No wonder Bill cheated on her (and I do sometimes side with the cheater). I'm really hoping Derek/Ashley are breaking up soon because she's been a total witch and he can do so much better.  Have him in another scene with Hayley or even a 1:1 with Shanice.     I think that's a Danielle Paige quirk.  Her novels are all about symbolism, and she did say that Claire Labine mentored her at Guiding Light.
    • The wonderful Sarah Buxton returns as Morgan DeWitt tomorrow in the S18 YouTube episodes. Shame she didn’t get a longer stint.

    • Tbf, just about...if not all the episodes...involving RC and DP have a character fixated on something. Cat. Photo album. This time...tatts.
    • Not to harp on, and I don't know if it's always been there and I just noticed it today, but why the hell does Ashley have her microwave on top of the fridge? What sense does that make? Irrationally, It made her more intolerable than she already was in this episode.
    • Yes, to all of it. You really brought up many of the points I thought of during the episode and forgot in my own post. The photo should have been Eva and Ted together.  The calling off work was really stupid for a fight over some scratches that didn't even end in some ultimatum fight. If anything that's when you do go go work to get your mind off of it. It was just really stupid.  And great point about the cleaning products and lack of product placement. Huge missed opportunity.  Cady needs to let that accent go. It's cringe.  Overall, it was a bad episode and I haven't felt this strongly about an episode yet.
    • Steak and a tomato salad, with some Italian bread.
    • This could be a mid-season replacement. Happy for Shemar.
