Oh man I hate David Heyward.

And Krystle whatever happens to you - you damn well deserve it.

Tad was being nice to you. He gave you a second chance and then you go and choose David over your own daughter.

Oh forgot to say that I have enjoyed this episode better than any all week.

It is a shame that Ryan, Zach, and Kendall have been so overexposed the last few years that a day without them can be so great. It is just a nice breather. Oh man if we could 2 days in a row without seeing either one of them.

Oh man that scene with Tad and Krystal was so raw. They have made some bad turns with Tad's character the last few years, but Michael E. Knight has not lost any of his acting skills. Man he was great in that scene.

And so much for Krystal's friendship with Angie. Angie went to bat for you Krystal and has lost almost everything - her job - and you don't even care.

What a sad bitch you are.

So is Amanda going to have that abortion and that'll make up for the whole Erica/Josh mess?? Just to prove that there's no right wing agenda behind the scenes or something??

The younger set on AMC aren't exactly teens, they're in their 30s, but I still find Tad, Jesse, Angie, David, et al infinitely more watchable.

See what I mean about David? He never loses and never gets punished and he drugs, uses, and manipulates women which I find contemptable. Again Angie looks like a fool  This character needs to be killed off, IMO.

On the other hand I feel like the real Tad is back and better than ever. :D

I still enjoy David, but he does need to get caught eventually. As I just posted in Wednesday's thread, I hope it's when he sues JR for custody of Little A that Jake figures out why David paid Amanda off and convinces her to testify against him.

Angie did look like a total fool today. It was painful to watch her rant against Jesse.

I loved the Tad/Krystal scenes. I felt so bad for him that he couldn't get her to see reason.

It was great to see Opal again today, too.

I also loved Taylor and Colby standing up for Brot at ConFusion.

Wow - this is the first episode is FOREVER that didn't include Zach, Bianca, Reese, Ryan, Aiden, Greenlee or Kendall. Seriously!

Loved Angie going off on David and Jesse. Sooooo funny when Angie put her hand in David's face and gave that 'FU' look as she walked away and he was still talking. :D

Love more Opal.

If Pratt is smart and wants to write a story that will have people cheering, he'll have Angie be the one to bring David down.

I would love it if:

  • Angie's vendetta against David causes friction between J&A and Frankie
  • Angie gets a new set of allies: Jake, Jack, Adam, Livia, Opal, Natalia and Brot in varying degrees
  • Jesse and Tad bond over this in a number of really well-written scenes

I guess what I'm saying is that I'd love it if this became an umbrella story where Angie wins, but one that had nothing to Ryan, Zach or the other airhogs.

Yeah...I know...an umbrella story driven by a black woman over the age of 35 is the last thing Frons will allow.

And I couldn't be happier, I loved her from the beginning. She's a great addition to the cast.
    • Mona... quit being a 'pick me'.  You're nothing to the Duprees except the help.  Now when you find out what Silk Press Sheila did to Laura than you can go off on her... until then.. stay quiet. I prefer the Joey/Vanessa scenes because they aren't the Duprees. Am I supposed to root for the Duprees?  I don't tend to root for, nor sympathize with those that come from privilege.  I'll always root for the underdog.
    • Sheila in that Bill/Liam scene was utterly pointless and ruined the moment completely. Bell needs to cut his losses with KB, he clearly has NO idea what to do with Sheila    LMFAO
    • I liked that realism, too.  (DanaLeslie/Lulu/whoever  is still shifty enough to have paid someone to learn those details over the years, though)

date: Monday, May 12 | Sara A. Bibel, Jazmen Darnell Brown | Anthony Pascarelli Teddy Boy. Teddy Bear. DEADBEAT! Now we know where Deadbeat gets it from. Vanessa in a random two-second spotting with Deadbeat? Oh, okay then! Dana is selling herself to Nicole right now. Oh, look who it is... Anita showing up to support Dani in her demure confrontation with Deadbeat2. Mona is not playing with Eva; from "backstabbing heifer" to "girl bye", she is not playing with her. At all. Joey is fully playing Vanessa, and she's so easily falling for it. C'mon, honey, don't do that. Shanice is going to be a comfort board for Douglas when he takes her advice and helps him heal himself. Mona going off on Dana just like she deserves. Mama Dupree went off: "Handle your business!" Could Eva and Randy be potentially paired for a one-night stand? That could be an interesting twist. Damn Mona with the continued burns, this time for Dana: "Hell was made for people like you, Leslie. Enjoy the burn." Anita questioning her own decisions and instincts feels really natural and real. It's a nice change of pace from the other matriarchs we've seen established in American daytime. Now the true Dana/Ted scenes are coming out. Anita warning Eva that she'll never be a part of the Dupree family shows the claws are fully out. Teddy fully calling Dana "demented" and "psychotic" is going to cause some problems, won't it? Notes: I fully need Maurice Johnson (Ted) gone yesterday; his performances are just not selling to me. Love seeing Tamara Tunie (Anita) beginning to get her teeth into the meat of the scripts. It's about time. Karan Kendrick (Mona) delivered today!!! She's such a breath of fresh air.
    • Oh yeah Leslie is Sheila Carter levels of delulu    Damnit, Ambyr Michell you gutted me with that quivering lip
    • Damn, Anita doesn't play, that was pretty vicious.  I hope Eva gets her redemption.

I doubted the tests but i liked that htey had Nicole as a doctor mention that the test also had genetic markers that matched Teds that Leslie really wouldnt have been able to fake. I think most people thought the test only said 99.999% chance match but its more detailed than that
    • I love Jon Lindstrom on GH...  but I don't enjoy him as Joey, at all.  Joey is a dud character.   And I don't feel any Joey/Vanessa heat at all.  I can see that the actors are trying to show it but it doesn't come off as believable to me. And it's obvious that Joey is using Vanessa and doesn't care a bit about her.
