December 9, 200817 yr Member Yep, Christian Bales is very hot. I do feel a bit lecherous because I have been a fan since he did "Empire of the Sun" at age 12.
December 9, 200817 yr Member I don't know what is worse - fluctuating ratings or stagnate ratings. These are not only bad but boring.
December 9, 200817 yr Member I don't know what is worse - fluctuating ratings or stagnate ratings. These are not only bad but boring. I think stagnant ratings are far worse. Fluctuating ratings at least indicate that people are willing to tune in when they hear something good might be happening or they're still curious just to see what's happening. Stagnant ratings mean that the loyal few who are hanging on are the only ones watching and those that left aren't even interested enough to peek in like they used to.
December 9, 200817 yr Member I think stopping the bleeding is the first order of the day. Eliminate the continued dips. They seem to have stabilized slightly higher (2.1 vs. 2.0). If they hold that day after day, that's a good thing.
December 9, 200817 yr Member Total viewers always go up during holiday weeks. We won't really have a statistically valid, reliable week until the end of January. Nothing really counts until then.
December 10, 200817 yr Author Administrator The Y&R repeat had better ratings than most soaps. LOL Nice to see Y&R hit 5.3 million viewers on Wednesday. Total viewers always go up during holiday weeks. We won't really have a statistically valid, reliable week until the end of January. Nothing really counts until then. Some soaps went down for last year's Thanksgiving week.
