I was thinking more along the lines of "whacko" but clueless will do.

I don't know how many Republican congressmen/women or senators who remain in office since 1998, but everyone who's still around and who, back then, voted to impeach Bill Clinton, better vote to impeach Trump now, because what he has done is far worse than what Clinton did.
