I'm with Wendy: I won't believe this is happening until the prison doors close on Trump and his associates and they're each taking turns being Schillinger's new bitch.

Yeah, that's a bit of an old story now.  If he had a conscience, he would've released it ages ago but alas...

I think he's just trying to snatch some attention away from the "Roseanne" revival.  Besides, at this point, that kind of tape means nothing to Trump Nation.

I am SO over General Kelly.  He's proven himself to be as scummy as the rest.

I don't even know why folks placed their hopes in Gen. Kelly in the first place. Had he done anything in his history that would justify people placing their faith in him?

I think I might have been blindsided by the fact that he's a Gold Star dad (right?) and that military people, especially parents of fallen soldiers, haven't been too happy with Trump.  It never occurred to me that Kelly would politicize his own son's death and denigrate an AA congresswoman in order to prop up his boss.

If anything, H.R. Pufnstuf McMaster, who I still think is an absolute kook, looks to be more like what I had expected Kelly to be: namely, someone to call Trump out on his b.s.

Speaking of Generals,

and he's an Independent with "staunchly conservative views".

Despite that clever clapback that Time threw at Trump, the magazine is still slated to be acquired Koch brothers owned Meredith Corporation.

Also, speaking of clapbacks, I hear Susan Sarandon is getting dragged (but what else is new?) for some interview she did recently. I don't intend of reading it because Sarandon makes me tired.

Apparently it's another variation of "Hillary would have started wars."

I have no use for Time (I haven't since they pushed anti-gay material in their magazine via Michael Glatze) or CNN or other media outlets that some on the left are tripping over themselves to support because they delude themselves into thinking that this is some big message to Trump. CNN helped elect Trump, very very happily. They only got upset when they realized he wasn't going to do what they want. Even now they bait him on Twitter to get attention.

For all the talk of how much has changed, many out there are still stuck in 2016 mindsets, where they think if media outlets go boo or hiss toward Trump, that means it's awesome and kicks ass. It's all just a sideshow, often based on attention-seeking and validation. I saw that Eminem was pouting about Trump not paying him attention. That's what this is all about to many of these rich, out of touch voices. It's certainly not about helping anyone.

I've tried to venture onto Time's website a few times over the past few years and found it loaded with junkware, especially pop-ups and pop-under ads, which turned me off before I could even attempt to read the content.

It's a very cheaply made website. It's like Salon.

Time is one of those magazines that really is coasting from a long long ago reputation.
