Members DRW50
The only difference will be if enough people vote in the 2018 midterms, but I do feel like we're near or already past the point of no return in these horrible and sick statements that we all have to be outraged by. How many in the world now believe we are no better than he is? The only Republican I've seen criticize him is Mia Love, and I have to wonder if that's more down to her being in a seat that can go to a Democrat.
Members dragonflies
I truly think Trump is trying to make every other country out there hate America's guts(I know some already do)

Members Khan
Honestly, I feel like I'm stuck in a DALLAS end-of-season cliffhanger. Except, in this case, there's no Bobby Ewing, and definitely no shower. Edited January 12, 2018 by Khan
Members Juliajms
Good for him. One of the scariest things about Trump's administration is how few people are taking a stand against him. There are some, but far too many people are going along to get along with this would be fascist. All my life I've been hearing that we must learn from history, but so many just haven't. It's terrifying. The biggest disappointment to me is former history professor Ben Sasse. He knows how dangerous 45 and his ilk are and he still stays silent.

Members dragonflies
I'd pay premiums for medicaid if I had too, as long as they weren't too high. What the hell are disabled people and those in nursing homes supposed to do?
Members Juliajms
No one should have to. These greedy f*ckers. I need them to get the boot in in November.
Members Wendy
Alas, it's freaking Kentucky. They'd vote for a dust ball if it had (R) next to it. See the despicable Mitch "Turtle" McConnell and Rand Paul as proof.

Members DRW50
I know, but Republicans put party first 99% of the time.
Members DramatistDreamer
Do you know any Haitians?? I do, I grew up with them. Haitians/Haitian-Americans are fiercely proud of their heritage. I don't care what political persuasion they are, that never changes. No matter what station in life, never have I met a Haitian who wasn't willing to defend their identity. I haven't agreed with Love on many many things but I don't doubt that she is very protective of her Haitian roots.
