HAHA i was just waiting for that reply when I mentioned it ;)

"I remember the OPP story line being horribly penned as well, and missing so many connects in terms of character motivation- that it turned out rather sick IMO. The gassing and burning of ethnic citizens- it was done in poor taste and was unnerving. "

Everytime Higley tried to touch an issue it was done in the worse possible taste (the Jess/Tess kiddie porn being the most blatant example). Thank god it's not her penning the Marty/Todd storyline, at any rate.

Oh if only she got her hands on that one....I remember when Higley was penning the autism story for DOOL- I wanted to unzip and crawl out of my skin. Her interest in social story lines is sick and reminds me of some house wife wanting to send money to those children starving in Africa- she's obviously thinking- but so emotionally detached.

If she penned Marty and Todd- they would be married right now with Todd longingly looking at Blair.

GH really screwed up when they had three Iraq war vets and didnt tell a story about Post tramautic stress. I am not a fan of Brody's but I think that they can write a story where we see him get treatment and ultimately redeem him. OLTL used to tell a ton of socially relevant stories all the time. This would be the perfect story to tell right now. I too would be disappointed if they kill Brody or he wanders up in Llanfair's attic to look for his skiis and we never see him again.

But I don't want him with Bree Williamson. An Adrianna recast or Melissa Fumero is she comes back

I didn't think I would be to sit and watch what they're doing to Brody, but somehow I'm slowly being pulled in. The build up so far is great. It has me one edge everyday.

I gotta confess, the Dorian/Ray story is very intreguing. It's a story that really has me wondering "How is this going to end?"

Don't care for Gigi/Rex but I'm loving the Broady side of this storyline. I hope Brody isn't gone after all is said and done.

Loved the Charlie and Michael scenes, and I sure want to see Charlie fight like hell to get his woman back.

Really enjoyed the stuff with Ray, Dorian and Langston, very good stuff there.

Could get behind the repairing of Clint and Dallas.

Honestly a watchable show today. No Todd/Marty. No Tess.

Enjoyed today though nothign really stood out. A few WTF moments--if they'r ehiding, why would SHane camp in a clearing RIGHT behind the Llantano Mountain sign?? And I really don't think ANY judge, no matter how into blood ties, would hand over the guardianship of a girl to her uncle who had been incarcerated for years, barely knew her mother, and had only known her girl for about 2 days (shouldn't someone have brought that up??)

I thought she tried- Susan H. wouldn't return and she had to replace her with CC. I think the baby will be conceived during November sweeps.

Eric- It could've have been worst than ATWT-Roger Howarth playing Todd-light with visions about Meg's whereabouts.
