ABC:WTF? ABC actually did a network promo with the soaps?

Has anyone else seen the new ABC promos that feature all the shows on it's line up? Well they just released a new one that has some of the ABC Daytime folks in it!

Looks great IMO! Better then the crap CBS and other networks make.

That's awesome! ABC has ads throughout the new TV Guide this week, a group shot on two pages with Susan Lucci, Cameron Mathison, JPL, Farah Fath, Steve Burton and Maurice Benard. Plus they have a whole ad page "Here is where each day counts" or something like that.

Um LOVES it - nice to see Susan Lucci and RB/CM (even though no thanks to Rylee).

Loved seeing Brothers & Sisters and Pushing Daisies in there too!

This was a great move by ABC. Show your daytime shows that you care or that you believe they are just as important as the prime time ones. Or at least that they are part of the family and not the ugly step sister.

From morning to daytime to primetime to latenight, ABC cares about its lineup of shows...at least that's what it is saying.

ABC: Start Here for all your entertainment needs.

I knew I loved this network for a reason :)

This is great. So many times, they do these big elaborate promos where they celebrate their whole lineup of shows, yet they always exclude soaps. Whether the shows are good or bad, they should still put them in these types of promos in order to show that they do indeed support and acknowledge them. CBS Daytime has five of the most recognized titles in TV history yet I've never seen them include them in a whole network promo before.

WOW you mean ABC remembered they have soaps that air on their network and promoted them with the rest of their shows? I think the world has officially come to an end :o

I'm shocked that no faces from The View made it in! Thank you for acknowledging the soaps!

I could have done without seeing Steve Burton & Maurice Benard ugh (I see enough of them as it is).........But it was nice to see Susan Lucci (she is too fabulous for words).

And I would change Rylee and add in Angie & Jessie (the only couple who really brought anything to AMC this past year).

Woo hoo for them finally thinking of the soaps!

Loved that the fabulous SuLu (as I prefer to call her) was in the promo. She's too cool for words.

Hopefully we'll be seeing her on Dancing with the Stars!

^I know. And, I usually don't even watch. Yet, I'm psyched for this season because of Susan! :D

I just know she'll beat the living heck out of all the other contenders. :)
