I mean they haven't trampled her character enough?

You know, the first time I read that sentence, I thought it said: I mean they haven't tramped her character enough?.

Is it me, or does EVERY FREAKIN' TIME Scott Holmes show up in ANY storyline, it's always to say "Emily, I've had it. I'm suing for full custody of Daniel"

I feel like this is the thirtieth or fortieth time in the last ten years I've seen that scene.

I WOULD take the threat seriously, except we've heard it OVER and OVER and OVER again, and it never amounts to anything. EVER.

I loved those scenes too, but the second it went to that, I was just terribly bored. Been there, done that, and I don't really give a damn where the Invisible Child ends up. Does it really matter in the end? No. It doesn't.

Can I just say, "Amen"? I can? Thank you. :)

ITA, brimike. The only way, in fact, I'd take this more seriously is if Emily were to brush aside Tom's threats, and then be shocked when this time, he actually follows through with it!

And here's my problem.

While we never saw an actual trial, Tom did get full custody after the baby switch / Paul shooting / Dusty kidnapping incident. And he was pretty strict as far as Emily having any contact with Daniel. In fact, he basically sent Daniel to boarding school without consulting Emily at all and giving her about five minutes notice that he was doing it and to say goodbye.

But yeah, it is pretty nonsensical given Daniel's barely on canvas. I mean he's at camp now right? And then he'll be back to boarding school in the fall no doubt.

It is true that Tom has full custody of Daniel, but it was Daniel who insisted on going to boarding school. He wanted to get as far away from Emily as he could because she was so embarrassing as a mother.

People need to stop hating on Casey. If I were him, I'd probably tap Emily's ass too.

Just sayin.....

Casey better have himself checked for STD's, hard to tell where Emiloon has been

The Margo/Casey/Emily story is why I tune into ATWT. I was TOTALLY against Casey/Emily until I gave it a chance. Go Casey! Tap that cougar baby!

Ryan I tried to get you into these two when they first started. We should replay your reaction to that on ITZ when I first told you they were hot. HAHA. I know you well and I knew you'd love them.

But see, this just proves my point!

So Tom's threat now is... what? "I want SOLE custody instead of mostly-sole-with-you-getting-some-even-though-he-left-the-country-because-he-doesn't-want-to-see-you-anyway" custody?!

Yeah. I'm shakin'.

It's not shocking. Amongst all the negativity there is some good.

I've said it before, I'll say it again.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Yeah....uh, Nelson's smoking something. I admired the effort, but those scenes were far from riveting, IMO. I thought Margo had regressed into one of her infamous fugue states.
