Speaking of Andrea, she has a small interview in People this week(Elizabeth Smart is on the cover). She talks about why she left, why she came back and a little about her daughter Kylie. Good interview :)

I'm really enjoying having both Andrea and Susan back. Loving both Tina and Marty

Langston and Markko are love. Loved how they came in-Markko chasing her with a water gun

I think this should happen, but absolutely no kissing or sex and the second her memory comes back she needs to hate him more than ever and do something to make him pay. It's really too bad that Todd raped Marty because I think SH and TSJ are going to have major chemistry, but I will be very unhappy if the show ever tries to put them together.

I thought SH and RH had major chemistry and wanted them together back in the mid 90s.

I'm loving Tina and her little dog, "David Vickers". I don't know how this Sara is going to be with her though. We'll see. She must take after Cord and not her mother.

I liked the teens today and Marty/Todd. eeeeeeee!! One Life is going to be good this summer. I hope the ratings continue to rise.

Quick question have Trevor St. John and Susan Haskell ever played opposite each other on OLTL?

Yes twice. Marty returned in 2004 for his rape trial when Blair accused him of that and in 2005, I beleive as a nightmare when Margeret kidnapped him

That last scene was so eerie, Keyes carrying Marty outside the penthouse. I felt like I was watching a scary movie.

I agree. If there was any satifsfaction I got out the ending of the show yesterday (I was disappointed the show wasn't loaded with tons of cliffhangers), it that scene. It was a very cinematic scene. GL should take notes.

Keys is such an adorable, yet sexy character.

Friday's show wasn't as great as I expected, but still very good; including some great lines. I'm enjoying Tina, and I'm also enjoying seeing a rift grow between Cole and Starr about the baby.

The characters, Todd and John are only tolerable for me when they're in scenes together.

Andrea Evans = Love. I loved how she kept saying "BULLETS WERE FLYING!"

I enjoy Cole so.much.more. when he's not being Starr's bitch. When he started talking about the rollercoasters with Langston and Markko, I felt like he could be a fun character, but he immediately fell back into the Starr's bitch territory. Her getting pregnant was the worst thing that could happen to him.

And, I swear, if they dumb down Langston and Markko to make Starr and Cole look more mature/responsible, I'm gonna make some bullets fly myself.

It's not Starr's fault that Cole is dull. If anything she is trying to help him stay young and have fun by giving up the baby for adoption. She knows they aren't ready to be parents and realizes the responsibility they would have but he either doesn't or refuses to face it. I really feel for her because I understand that she is conflicted over doing what she feels is right or doing something that she feels could hurt him because he doesn't have a family.

On a side note I really doubt that they are going to dumb down Markko and Langston if anything they will come out looking great in comparison. Larkko has always been on the opposite spectrum of sole they are the alternative teen couple which is why they work so well. Hopefully they'll get a good s/l of their own soon.

I couldn't agree more. I found the show today to be dull but I love it when John and Todd are in scenes together. TSJ and ME work great off of each other and they make each other tolerable somehow, although i have to admit that i also find John tolereable with Blair but that's probably because KDP has chemistry with everyone.

I disagree about ME and TSJ working well together. It's obvious to me that they're having fun. That much I'll admit. But is that what the audience is supposed to be getting from their scenes? I never see any real hostility or conflict, and that's what I would expect from them. McBain always acts like Todd is an annoyance more than a genuine threat. As if raping Marty, and attempting to kill Margaret on more than one occasion, kidnapping Spencer and torturing him (and countless other acts of violence) were momentary lapses of mere naughtiness on Todd's part. McBain treats Todd much the way Blair does at times. When he rushed back to the penthouse yesterday to rescue the supposed love of his life and found only Todd, I half expected him to respond much the way Blair would "Oh Tawd!".

Although to be honest, this is one area where I fault Carlivati as well. The scenes may well be written to play off the natural friendship vibe TSJ and ME have. It just doesn't work for the characters or story IMO. They come off as two friendly rivals on a football team. CoCaptains and teammates who each want to be the Star.

Markko & Langston need a good social interest story.

Yeah, I think Markko deserves to be the center of a story. Langston had a nice story with her parents' death and the foster system, maybe Markko could have a story centered around Angel Square or something.

I'd love that! I know so little about Markko except he's cool, he's Langston's boyfriend and Cole's best friend, and works at the diner.

Well I could not care less about Markko and Langston. The only thing I enjoy about Langston is her bond with Dorian and Blair. For some reason, she reminds me (in appearance) of a minor character named Ginger who was on back in the summer of 2005.

I agree. I'd say that a teen pregnancy story would work better on them than on Cole and Starr, but Langston and Markko aren't dumb enough to put themselves into that predicament anyway.

Given that I like Cole a lot more when he's not around Starr (back when he and Langston were planning Starr's party; any scenes with Nora or John; hell, the scene where he turned down playing basketball with his friends), I'd say that Starr plays a big part in making him dull. All IMO, of course.

My feelings about Starr are largely mixed, but I reeeally reaaaaaaally don't like the character much at all. She's very whiny and self-centered, I think, and has to have things her way. She'd love to give the baby to Marcie because then she and Cole could pretend like the whole thing never happened and she can go back to being the girl who has everything: a big house, a whipped boyfriend, a nice car, and a best friend who does way too much for her. BUT, if she gives the baby to Marcie and Cole really gets upset about it, she risks losing her hot, cool football boyfriend, thus being single and probably losing her cool club membership.

She's just all types of shallow, dense, superficial, spoiled, and ME!ME!ME! and it makes her a very, very unattractive character. Let me know when you have real problems, bitch.*

*Okay yes, your father pushing you down steps is a real problem. And yes, being pregnant is a real problem. But you're still being all sorts of spoiled and bratty, so while your storylines may be of a more mature variety, you, Starr, are not.

I'm not a big fan of Starr (at all, I find KA grating at times) but if that were her agenda she would have had an abortion. Then the whole thing would have been done and over with in about a week and she could have really pretended the whole thing never happened. Being pregnant and giving birth whether she keeps the child is hardly the easy way out here. And Starr could probably find a new guy in about 5 seconds, so I don't think she really cares about losing Cole just because he plays football. I won't address hot or cool because I don't see Cole as either of those, at all. Come to think of it, does he even play football anymore? I thought he was off the team for taking steroids.
