Maybe that's why it feels a bit boring..... Back in the 1990s and early 2000s, when I was following tennis more closely, there was a lot more of that. Or at least it felt that way. It didn't feel like Sampras and Agassi were the best of friends. Sampras and Rafter had a few incidents as well. I always got the impression that Graf and Sanchez-Vicario weren't on the best of terms either. And of course Martina Hingis vs almost everyone.....
