lol...so I guess Carly and Skye are an official feud on the show. Carly just declared Skye her enemy and that she will make her, her next project by making her pay. I hated that Carly put her hands on Skye. Skye should have back smacked her. Im loving the rivalry, but hate that they are propping Carly here. Skye can rip her apart and chew her out and she should

Luke just said he hit the jackpot when he married Tracy in more ways than one. I love that they are actually written as a loving couple now and its not one sided on her part

The Quartermaines were the only thing worth watching today, IMO except for Carly/Skye bitchfest, part 56146165. I really wanted Skye to know the hair out of Carly's head. And I love how Skye basically called Jax the fool he is. Monica looked like she could have died when Tracy told her that her and Alan's favorite position was the "oppsie woopsie"

Oh HAP-HAP-HAPPY DAY!!!

RiSky just warms my heart! <sigh> LOVE IT!

The Q's are hysterical! They truly were the highlight for me today, besides Skye/Ric.

I loved the scene with Ric and Scotty! "Don't be rattling my skeletons and I won't rattle your skeletons." I want more!

Skye - 1 Carly - ZIPPO! Bwahahaha! I loved it!

Carly/Sonny - Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Lucky truly needs to buy a clue! He needs to take notes from Skye!

Forgot to mention Luke and Tracy - their scene had me tearing - I loved it! They truly have found somethin' special with TG and JE! KUDOS!!

Carly was showing no class ranting and yelling as usual and Skye didnt feel like putting up with her crap so she walked away and Carly went and grabbed her by the arm and continued her shrieking. I REALLY want Skye to just deck her one of these days bc she's too much of a nasty shrew

I am mad! ABSOLUTELY MAD! The writers, whether it be Guza himself or Elizabeth Korte, seem to be giving Laura Wright all the blows to a scene in the recent Skye/Laura Wright's Character feuds. Like I said, ever since that day Robin Christopher handed Laura Wright her ass on a platter, the scenes have been HEAVY handed with Carly shrieking, threatening, insulting, and Skye having NO comebacks whatsoever.

Robin Christopher worked wonders with the little bit she was given today. Laura Wright's all shaking her hair and gnashing her teeth and ghetto rolling her head right off her neck... and Skye just laughed it off and rolled her eyes. I'm glad Skye did keep her cool, because the character does have to stay focused, but I miss the days when Skye used to rip her rivals a new one and not even miss a beat (I LOVED the sparring sessions between Skye and Brenda back in 2002). But since all things have to be done the Wright way, those days are pretty much long gone.

God have mercy! I laughed so hard during the Quartermaine scenes. "Whoopsie Daisy". Priceless. I really hope Alan sticks around.

I love the Carly/Skye feud, i hope Skye takes Carly down, but i guess TIIC won't allow it.

Scotty is back in PCPD business, great. Bring it on!

I love the Carly/Skye feud and I hope Carly takes Skye down, slaps the self-righteous b-i-t-c-h and knock her pretty a-s-s down. Skye has really pissed me off, backing Lorenzo over Alan, whom she always swore she loved as a father. Helping the terrorists Lorenzo & Mr. Craig is right up there with her burning Cindy's house down (on AMC) and switching the dna test of Maddie Grey (also on AMC) as the worst things she's ever done.

I love Skye. I hate how they're letting Carly seem to be getting the upperhand. Ugh.

Skye needs to go back to AMC or OLTL. I hate her on GH :(

Loved Tracy and Luke! And it only deepens between them ... can you imagine the triangle should Laura ever come back?

She's totally out of her element on GH. Robin Christopher and Skye have a certain quality about them that just doesn't work with the fabric of this show. She has an elegance and eloquence that lends itself to AMC and OLTL... and doesn't mix well with the misogynistic, violent, dark overtones of GH.

Also, everyone hates her and she has no real connections with Alan and AJ being dead, so what is the point? This was a bad move on JFP/McTavish's part having Skye be on GH permanently.

    • -- Tamara Tunie was good today, but can we hold back on handing out Emmys? I'm not seeing that yet. -- So Anita has Barbara's entire letter committed to memory, yet it took her DECADES to reach out to Tracy and Sharon? Uh....ok. I don't get the impression that THE DUPREES spent a lot of time thinking about the little people. -- We again heard "Articulettes Strong," this time in the letter. Make it stop already. -- I'll wait and see on this "Anita's Sin" story. My bottom line is that it's unfair to point blame when someone takes his/her own life. -- I thought Tomas looked fine af in that suit today, and that the fit was perfect. -- Why is Basic Ashley kissing her boyfriend while at work in the hospital? I find that inappropriate and ridiculous. Ashley still doesn't act like someone in love. -- The 3-way conversation among Ashley, Derek, and Andre was awkward as hell. -- Hayley was embarrassing for taking her pregnancy test to Dani's. Dani is embarrassing to harp on it. These two need to stay away from each other. -- Dani treats Andre like crap. What he sees in her beyond the physical, I have no idea. No way is either of these two in love. -- Also clueless? Bill and Hayley for thinking Naomi would love hearing about the pregnancy.
    • Susan Lucci was on bereavement vacation because her on screen mom had recently passed away so she was off canvas when this tornado occurred.
    • Thanks @YRfan23 Wow I didn’t realize the cast has gotten that tiny either which is absolutely pitiful.    Surprised that Budig is still on as Taylor barely watched any lol tbh but nonr of the recent daily recaps ever mention her anymore I figured she was out the door soon.
    • I love the yellow bumpers with the crew lol. That's Donna Lewis as the music at the beginning! I haven't heard her in ages. R.J. and Tea were so hot and so underrated. I remember seeing the bit with the Buchanan men promising to show Max a good time in his bedroom and it's still hysterical.
    • I think a lot would've gotten over it the same way they got over the Trina recast, especially since it became swiftly clear NAC is never coming back. The key issue, we agree, is Frank. As long as Trina is onscreen he's not touching that. As for Nikolas, honestly I'd kill him off. Adam Huss has done a wonderful job in a very difficult situation but I don't think he has leading man power for a soap opera (not because he's gay, but he's very intense and I don't think it translates to potential lighter or romantic material; his flirting with Ava briefly was strange) and I was holding out for Tyler to recover and return someday. I am not interested in Nikolas #5 or 6.
    • AlwaysAMC - Your posts are a crack up; they make me laugh.  Thanks.  I especially like how detailed you get enthused about something, and how you curtly and flippantly you reject that which you find subpar.  LOL.   What's great about Annie is her increasing rooting value as time goes on.   I often wanted Annie to be victorious.  Watros infuses her with an energy and a vulnerability that really works, even at times when neither should. Soap viewers often remember and talk about the Big Moments, which is fine, but what I also find really interesting is the 1-2 week time frame that follows the Big Moment.  Later, there are scenes between Annie and Rick involving a trip to the hospital (no way am I telling you why and what happens - hopefully no one does) that I think are as well done as the Big Moment.  Astonishing stuff. Oh..and to reiterate...I ain't telling you sh*t.  You'll just have to suffer!  Ain't anticipation grand?  LOL.
    • @alwaysAMC Glad you made it to the soft rock theme. I share your disgust for the Gilly story, as many viewers did. Gilly was never a big character, but she was a part of why the early '90s feel real and different for GL, and she deserved a much better exit. This was also the last worthwhile role Amelia Marshall had on daytime (I don't even know if Passions fans would disagree). This was also Petronia Paley's only major chance at story and as someone who always appreciated her work, I'm sorry it did not go better for her. And I liked Charles Ewing a great deal on Loving, so I was even more unhappy with how they treated Griffin. It's a deeply offensive role, in many ways.  As for slapping, you may enjoy this, if you are able to find anything onscreen underneath all the ham. It really goes into hysteria in the second clip. As a bonus, you also get a quick glimpse of why the Billy and Mindy recasts were not accepted by viewers. One positive I will say about this clip is that it's one of the few times I remember the show making clear that Roger was able to defend himself if he had to do so.

    • ER Season 15 (first-ish time) BUFFY Season 3 (First time)
    • Probably less than a NBC or ABC soap. There were occasionally slaps. Women slapped men. And parents occasionally slapped their children. There was a period when Mindy and Roxie would fight. But slaps between women were few and far between. The only one between women I can really recall is Vanessa slapping Nadine. There was once where Bea Reardon almost slapped Vanessa, but she didn't. There are probably more, but in general, I always thought CBS soaps (aside from B&B, which used to love Stephanie slapping Brooke) shied away slapping, sort of the way they limited "hell"s and "damn"s to so many per week.

My favorite moments are with Erika and then Robin and Tim Stickney around 7/8 minutes. There are also little yellow bumper moments with the crew, which I enjoy more than the real ones.  There's also a music video at the end to I Will Survive, with Linda Dano and JFP having a cameo (they certainly do know how to survive). Also a fun bit with a frazzled crew member showing cards with the names of every EP she presumably worked for at the show (or maybe just every EP, period).
