My first day of classes has been a success! I love all of my professors so far. My Natural Science professor even let us out an hour and a half early.

I spent twenty minutes on the phone this morning trying to get something done. And its really frustrating when the person you talk to barely speaks english. They even asked how old I was cause they said I sounded like a child.

It got worse this afternoon. Some guy kept insulting me, called me a heretic, nub, noob, etc. and I really didn't appreciate it. Finally stood up to myself, and apparently people who let some things that happen on the internet affect them do not have a real grasp of it.

While I love customer service, it still amazes me just how nasty folks have to be just to get what they want. Mind that today I just had to transfer phone calls to various departments, but one lady grated on my nerves so much that I told her she was talking to the wrong person and that I was not in the mood for her rudeness. Transferred her snarky little butt over to the department she needed and I guess she said something smart because the person hung up on her...which prompted her to come right back to my phone where she suddenly had the 'niceness disease' and didn't make one snarky comment when I put her back to the same department.

Mmmm hmm...she was all like, "Can you put me through so and so please?" When at first when she got on the phone, she was going off dogging out the company etc, and doing all those "I better get this and i better get that"
