If there's someone I agree with fully, whether that person should be Republican, Democrat or even Green (even thought that's just like not voting at all) I'll vote for them. Right now I think I'm centre: fiscally conservative, but I like the idea of social services, safety nets and "liberal, anti-American values" as the right would say. Members Ms. Walsh Posted February 19, 2007 Members Share Posted February 19, 2007 That's why I voted Far Left too because I'm somewhat Socialist, somewhat Marxist (I'm not a Communist though, so please don't blacklist me ) I'm sure that Socialism is more acceptable in The Netherlands (as in most of Europe.) I am in favor of a fiscally conservative government which certainly does NOT mean Republican!!! They may have been fiscally conservative historically but are anything but that now.
