TMZ has confirmed Britney Spears is back in rehab.

We're told the singer is hoping three times is a charm. The emergency custody hearing that Kevin Federline wanted has been cancelled because of the new development. There will be no custody hearing today.

Sources tell TMZ Federline is concerned for Spears' welfare and wants her to get the help she is now seeking.

I am shocked! She obviously needs help and doesn't want to be Britney Spears anymore.....this is crazy.....

Wednesday night, a desperate Britney was photographed outside the home where her ex, Kevin Federline. The photos reveal a furious Britney dressed in white shorts and a hooded sweatshirt repeatedly striking an SUV with an umbrella.

After reportedly spending 45 minutes outside his residence (KFed refused to let her in the house), Britney’s mom picked her up and eventually brought her to the rehab facility.

I was listening to the radio today and its rumored that the reason she shaved her head is bc Kevin threatened her with a hair follicle test in order to get custody of their kids. They got into an argument and said something along the lines of "you cant pass a hair follicle test" (for drugs). So she went and shaved her head and today she checked back into rehab

Looking at those pictures just make me more sad than ever ofr her. Her life has just fallen apart all around her.....
