I didn't see a thread and I understand why. But I decided to start one just force of habit. Today's show was just eh! Great seeing Barbara and Lucinda. But I hate they way they are using Lucinda in the storyline with Lily. Gwen coming clean to Will was so anti-climatic. I wished wished that Paul would stay dead! It would make my year.

On a side note: We are seeing more of Holden and Lily's daughters than Luke. As SOW put on there thumbs down, why are Faith and cant recall other daughters name(thats how much I care for the character  ) featured more than Luke. Has Luke gone back into the closet?

Gawd! I hate the writers for doing a 180 with Luke. Lily woke up from her coma and Luke was pushed to the sidelines. Idiot writers!

I had some personal issues today, so I was only able to watch like 5 minutes of the show, and decided against watching the rest of it on DVR as the 5 minutes I saw was nothing more than the same crap we have seen for the last 2 months, so I don't think I missed much of anything.

Luke needs a storyline, this is crazy fans, mags, and everywhere I visit call for Luke to get a storyline yet these morons in charge of ATWT refuse to do it, I guess they figure watching Paul die for the 10th time in 2 years is interesting to the fans or that Gwen's singing is interesting, or that this Jewel Heist is interesting. I will only be tuning in the next two days in the hopes of seeing Bob and Kim at there new year's party, maybe Luke will even show up, then again I thought he might be in the Snyder scene I saw today, but he was not even there so why should I even expect him to be present at this party

This show needs a total revamp and soon.

I had forgotten this was not the last time Paul was presumed dead. It just shows I am caring less and less about this once beloved character. Gone are the days I cared for Paul. I wish Andrew Kavovit or Scott Holyrod were playing Paul. Then maybe I would give a damn again! Sorry, but thats how I feel about Paul now.

Today was okay, I guess. I couldn't really watch some parts b/c they were bugging me.

I loved seeing Lucinda today. The scenes w/ her, Lily, and Holden were nice. What I don't understand, though, is why Faith has her own storyline! The storyline is sort of interesting, but I'd much rather see the airtime be used on other characters.

Hopefully Paul is really dead.

I guess the writers are trying to pair up Meg and Craig. If so, that's pretty disgusting IMO. Meg needs to stop dating such losers.

Also, are they even going to attempt a Dusty/Emily pairing?? That'd be just wrong!

Tomorrow looks like a good episode to skip out on though...at least from the previews alone.

I know longer care about him either, he has become nothing more than a Cartoon character to me, I think it is a combo of horrible writing for the character, the character being showed down our throats, or that RH is just not cutting it as Paul. I totally fail to see why JP loves this character so much.

Take away Paul and things are tolerable.

Heck, even Dusty/Emily/Meg were somewhat interesting today.

I love Roger Howarths version of Paul, I just wish they'd give him better stories. Ones where his evil schemes actually come off once in awhile. I could do without these death scenes though. They're totally pointless, imo.

I hate Katie so much right now. Last Friday when she grabbed Carly, I was really hoping Carly would punch her right in the face.

I agree the writing for Paul is horrible. And RH sucks as Paul. I wouldnt mind him being shoved down our throats if he were interesting. I remember Paul(Andrew Kavovit's version) was on all the time. I never got bored with him. He was an interesting character written well. Plus the actor was great in the role. He made mistakes but he had rooting value.

Well today 12-27 was another boring show, same characters, same story's, same dialoge, different show. Can we PLEASE get some new storylines that don't involve these people. Only good thing about today's show was seeing Susan(for 1 minute) and Bob and Kim(for one minute) other than that could have missed today's show and not missed a thing.

That pretty much sums up today's show in a nutshell.

It wasn't that bad. Not that I'm looking forward to months of seizures everytime Paul gets a premonition. LOL.

Real Carly slipped out of her CrackSimon addiction long enough to tell him they were doomed from the beginning.

Mikey made some real astute observations about Katie and her obsessions "filling in" her life without Simon. Too bad it took him the last six months to figure it out.

It was nice seeing Susan, Bob and Kim.

OH, and seeing Gwennie getting smack'd down? PRICELESS.

I will agree with that, it was fun to see that, and Gwennie deserves it so much.

So, everyone's out to kill Paul? The character has more lives than a cat. Too bad he couldn't have stayed dead though.

I was happy to see Gwen get knocked down a few pegs. She and Dusty are probably the most self-righteous characters on the show...it's like they can't do any wrong!!

And we couldn't have seen Kim and Bob for more than 1 minute? Hopefully they'll get 5 minutes of airtime at their party.

Ms Walsh I'm surprised to see Y&R in your daytime lineup.

I hope that Jean P. can turn this show around soon.

I've watched it on-and-off for a really long time. Also, it's easier when I'm home (as opposed to school) b/c we have SOAPnet, so I watch it there.

I don't comment here, though, b/c I'm not as familiar w/ the show as I am w/ B&B, ATWT, and GL.
