I hope they've just bought themselves enough time with Adam Huss to write nik back into the fold. I can't get over that one moment when they held on Genie's face for a full beat before they went to commercial. Just her left, no dialog, this look of abject horror! Grief stricken! WTG, Genie, when she brings it, it stays brought!. Otherwise, I just could not believe that Liz was telling Finn everything!

Just finished watching on Hulu. Man, the grief stricken look on Laura's face, when they took that beat before going to commercial, sometimes Genie just knocks me over! Everything with her & Spencer & her & Nik .... great good soapy family drama! I'm very interested in RH & MW & I find confidence in Ava Jerome but I don't know if Austin is written well enough to come up to where the bar is set. I can't believe Liz unburdened herself to Finn or that she wants to turn herself in. Yikes. I think Adam H. is "good enough" so that they've bought themselves time.

No, Paul Anthony Stewart would not have been screwing any of his Michelle actresses, you're right about that. I heard Laura Wright tell recently about how bad a crush she had on him when they were on LOVING & how she was pretty sure he returned the feelings & everyone tried to tell her but she just had to figure it out on her own. 🫵🫰🤣 And, the other thing people often point out about Paul besides the overlit, specific styles & colors of clothing for the women, is that he would start fighting & wouldn't even realize someone agreed with him & would keep fighting.

Fell through the cracks. I checked with Eddie & there's nothing to be done about it, of course.

None of that makes me mad. What I like most about Genie this go round is how she claims so many as family & how she tells them all off with regularity! They let Laura have dialog to tell people off where no one else gets to. I loved how she tore into Nik yesterday. And the day of all the crisis & babies being born all over as Mayor, frantic but authoritative. They didn't ask me but I think they should give up on Finn. They wrote him into an awful corner. I don't see them writing him out of it.
