  1. Susan was so perfect for this.
  2. +1 to all of this. It was an OK episode. The most interesting part was Sutton's dinner with her cosmopolitan friends and Erika drunk off her ass..."Murse is in...the purse" made me laugh. Flopmarie holding Crystal's hand and then saying "I don't want her to have a hypertensive crisis and stroke out" was so cringe. No wonder she works in anesthesia, she has zero bedside manner. There's nothing to like about her.
  3. The Daytime Emmys continue to destroy themselves from within. The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences is a laughing stock. The Television Academy, who administer the primetime Emmy awards, has its sh*t together. This year's 75th annual primetime Emmys was one of the best awards shows in the last 3 decades.
  4. I found the premier satisfying. Looking forward to how it develops. Rachel is not missed by me at all.
  5. Very happy to see LK back in the Contract list.
  6. DAYS fans, of which I am one, are the most die hard. How many "The Plan to Save DAYS" have we lived through? I'd say GH fans are second.
  7. Yes, that write up is spot on about Wendy and the status of the show as a whole. There is no way Bravo can be unaware of this consensus about how bad the show is. Assuming she has any family and close friends. Given her 'sparkling' personality...I have my doubts. This. Karen is the only one with decent individual scenes. Bravo forgets that these shows were originally shot as following the women individually, and they'd intersect organically so their group scenes were not common. Production has gotten lazy and now just throws as many group scenes together to create the potential for drama.
  8. Wait, is that serious? Nneka's party is about the women helping her unpack?
  9. RHOP The flop season continues to circle the drain. I keep waiting for the announcement that this season is done...it's painful to get through these episodes. This episode highlighted why a reboot is needed and why several cast members must be fired, namely Robyn, Nneka, Mia, Wendy, and Candiace and/or Gizelle. When Gizelle turned down the trip to Surry County, it demonstrated why she should likely be fired because she refuses to film with Candiace. The same can be said of Candiace because she's got several cast members who refuse to film with her. When Mia was so butt hurt about not being invited in the first round and turned down Karen's mass invite, that showed that she needs to be fired. Her trip to the salt room with Robyn was a useless, stupid waste of screen time and a further example of how she's bringing nothing to the show, and neither is Juan's Roommate given she says she and Juan have no problems. When Nneka was showing Gizelle around her barren house, mocking Karen, as the light switches and plugs in her kitchen literally didn't have covers on them, that showed that she's a poser with no organic ties to the cast who needs to be fired. Also, they need to stop trying to make Charisse happen because she's never going to happen. When Wendy refused to play ball with Nneka's invitation to her house filling party that showed why she needs to be fired because she won't move on. Let's not even go into this ridiculous "talk show storyline" that I cannot abide. At least Happy Eddie is involving himself in a real business. I could watch him farm marijuana on Karen's Surry County property! When Ashley said that she's launching an activewear brand called GnA (a direct ripoff of the Aritzia brand TnA by the way) with the tasteless Gizelle, I had to roll my eyes. Same tired storyline cribbed off of She by Sheree that goes nowhere. The only saving grace for Ashley is she's such a treacherous piece of crap that she changes like a chameleon and understands the need to move on and keep the show moving. Karen is literally the only enjoyable element of this show. Her lunch scene with Ray and her scenes showing the land she's bought are a part of her life. They're light and breezy and she keeps it humorous. It's clear the only cast members who are willing to play ball are Karen, Ashley and, at times, Gizelle. The others are so entrenched in their hatred of so many cast members that the dynamic is destroyed.
  10. Kathy shows up looking like a star, always. I wonder if she's there to hold Vyle's hand and reconcile publicly, while hurling Mauricio under the bus? Such a shame about now filming for RHUGT - I wonder where this leaves Lu and Sonja and other OG's who Bravo appeared to like doing business with, even after their show rebooted. I get the impression there is belt tightening at NBCU across its platforms.
  11. That season will never air. Sigh. I hope they get filming a new Girls Trip soon. What's interesting is Caroline didn't sue Brandi personally, but Bravo and the production company. Erika really doesn't get it. She still thinks of herself as a victim on par with the actual victims of Tom Girardi. I actually have some sympathy for her position and can almost understand why she's fighting the litigation...but it's such a PR nightmare in doing so. Flopmarie's antics at that dinner were lame AF and it's a credit to Crystal that she didn't lunge across the table and strangle Flopmarie with that hideous bow shaped pendant necklace she was wearing. She's just such unspeakably bad casting. Vyle is trying to distance herself from Flopmarie, now claiming they'd only met once before she joined the show. Lord help us she must be a one and done.
  12. Monica’s interview in The Cut highlights why she’s been canned: she continues to talk about production and blame them and get into detail about allegedly happened behind the scenes. Bravo simply can’t handle someone like that who won’t tow the company line. Heather appeared on WWHL after the reunion finale because it’s the signal from Bravo that all is forgiven. Her new face looks amazing by the way.
  13. I saw the same...but time and again Monica failed to save herself. She played her cards especially wrong when she implicated production in knowing about the Instagram account from her casting interview. Andy was clearly mad that she brought that up and did what he could to dismiss it. But do I believe that happened? Yes, I do. I think production did have knowledge about Monica's activities. Do I also believe that production withheld this information from the rest of the cast, knowing that when/if it was revealed it would be explosive? Absolutely. What we're seeing is a major lack of trust between production and cast. That usually doesn't end well for either side. From what I observed, Andy spent a lot of time giving Heather the floor to admit what she did and mea culpa for it...which I think she accomplished. I think Andy conveniently blamed everything on Jen Shah, about "this person" who lingers over them. I fully expect Bravo to give Monica some kind of holding deal so she can remain "On Pause" and probably get a season of The Traitors out of her. This is why I can't abide Monica. She is a very poor liar and cannot help but exaggerate and lie, lie, lie some more, even when it doesn't serve her and actually made her look more desperate and psycho. I don't feel any sympathy for her at all. She's a bad person and revels in it.
  14. Whenever the show needed to get an episode “right” it’s Janice Ferri Esser who was tasked with the script. Nobody captured the voice of Jill and Kay like she did. Truly talented and so sad for the show to lose her voice.
  15. Can someone give me a rundown of what’s good/bad/wrong with the current HW team? I don’t watch GH anymore but tuned in for the weeks dealing with Bobbie’s death and found the episodes compelling and very well done.
  16. I came online to post exactly the same comment. I keep wondering when the finale episode is because this season sucks and is a total flop. I just want the show to be over because it's a chore to watch it. The only enjoyable cast member is Karen and Gizelle when she's in a scene with Karen where she's being nice. The rest of them are so foul and it's depressing and there's no juice to this season. Ashley, Robyn, Candiace, Wendy, Nneka and Mia do not have any viable storylines of their own. Robyn and Candiace feuding has no legs. Wendy and this daytime talk show is one of the more farcical things I have seen on Housewives. Mia and Nneka are just, there. Ashley hemming and hawing about signing divorce papers from Michael is just plain stupid.
  17. Wow. Flopmarie truly digs that hole deeper with her own words. She is so blatantly wrong about her title, education, and technical abilities. You are so right @Cat about Kyle and Mauricio. They can’t stand each other.
  18. The Instagram post infographic is even better than the Twitter post:
  19. Flopmarie is the worst casting for a Housewife I've ever seen, including that awful season of RHoNJ involving the twins and Amber Marchese and her awful husband. Flopmarie is a literal idiot who is so grating and confident in her stupidity.
  20. Indeed - there is no show without Karen. I think the gravity of the event at the end will be more important next episode, which appears to be more interesting.
  21. RHOP The flop season continues. I have nothing to say about the episode other than that because not much happened other than Robyn and Juan going to a cooking class and Gizelle accidentally getting kicked in her va-jay-jay.
  22. 98 is a great life but this is such sad news. All the love to Susan Seaforth Hayes - may Bill's memory be a blessing.
  23. I thought that's what it reminded me of and compared it on YouTube - what a great choice by Kristina Wagner to deliver the line like that. The 'champ' scene with Lucas and Kristina's line were so poignant.
  24. Just finished today's episode. It's true you had to suspend disbelief but it was worth it. It was a worthy tribute for Jackie Zeman and Bobbie Spencer. This episode should be submitted for the show's best drama series Emmy reel. Nobody would stand a chance against them.
