  1. Amen. Monica obliterated Lisa. Admittedly, I have never understood the appeal of Lisa or how she garnered the nickname ‘Fabulous Ice’ on this board because all I see is a self centred, dumb, whiney woman with a penchant for junk food and overpriced diamonds. She made an ass of herself at Whitney’s Tupperware style jewellery event. Monica is not afraid of her and she’s right that there are parallels between Monica’s mother and Lisa. Meredith did nothing this episode. Cute scene for Heather’s daughter and her prom date. Angie was very measured this episode and that fairness is a good trait in real life, but so hard to handle as a Housewife.
  2. Glad for Winsor - actors like him who are pushing 60, no real possibility of work, and need to have sufficient insurable earnings for the SAG/AFTRA health insurance.
  3. It's like the part was written for someone else and they had a last minute cancellation. Marie was so bad. The whole week was a wild flop. I binge watched it while cooking this weekend. I couldn't believe how low stakes it all felt. Fashion shows were the highest stakes events on B&B and this one just flopped.
  4. I agree - production was not playing on Robyn's side (thank goodness) and did not hesitate to highlight what a deluded clown she is. Otherwise, great to have Potomac back, but the episode was boring. I think Bravo will edit what they can, but given the Ultimate Girls Trips occur in a static setting over a week, there is likely little they can do to eliminate Ramona.
  5. Watched the episodes. Marie was atrociously bad.
  6. Pump it directly into my veins. I have missed our girls so much. And as I thought, Ramona has been edited out of it within an inch of her life.
  7. Predictions... RHUGT: Morocco will never air. RHUGT: RHONY Legacy, on the other hand, is going to air and it's going to be a success. I am willing to bet they are editing down Ramona's scenes right this second. MIAMI Great start to the season.
  8. I agree with both of you. What a boring episode. It only serves to reinforce to me that Kyle and Mauricio's 'marriage trouble' is scripted AF and is being done in post to try and salvage this season. It also explains the late in season drafting in of Denise and Camille. Crystal should not have returned. If a storyline has to involve another party it's an automatic fail. Rinna, however, is not the answer. She drove the show into the ground as a toxic mess. They need a return of LVP.
  9. SLC Another great episode. This show is firing on all cylinders this season. Heather was a supporting character this episode hosting events to spur interaction between the ladies and in both instances they succeeded. Lisa had little to do other than talk about how violent Colombia is. I'm surprised she didn't mention the cocaine given her cultural awareness. Meredith also had little to do. Nobody believes that car accident was potentially lethal. Nobody. She needs to give that one up. Angie's father is adorable and doing great for 86! Whitney will do anything to stay on this show. First, she's clearly playing with her marriage to Justin and creating strife in the name of long suffering housewife heroines everywhere having to plan multiple events (*snort laugh*), and then she humiliates herself by sitting down for dinner with Mary. Mary positively loathes Whitney, and is obviously a deranged, awful woman in her own right, but good lord Whitney, what did you think was going to happen sitting down with Mary? Mary has never, ever, pretended to like Whitney. Never. But suddenly Whitney claims they had a friendship worth saving? No. That scene was hilarious and cringe. Despite Mary being a total bitch who I would never want to encounter in real life, she's perfect for a scene like that and an accidental jester like Whitney. Monica...and Monica's mother...WHEW. At first, I wondered if Monica was gilding the lily when she was talking to Heather and the other ladies, mentioning that her mother took her car away and was throwing a tantrum. I have seen Monica's mother do a few social media posts this week to defend herself...and some of what she said seemed, on the surface, as potentially believable. But by the end of the episode, when Monica's thirsty mother starts the scene in tears, and then openly admits to leaving Monica in a trunk of a car so she could make out with a guy, asking Monica, incredulously, what else was she supposed to do...I was done. What an evil, despicable, pig bitch. Who here on SON wants to chip in and buy Monica a used car?
  10. What sad news. Way too young to go.
  11. Dame Joan must have passed on it because this project would have been ideal for her given she's friends with Donna Mills, Morgan Fairchild, and Linda Gray.
  12. 54 is way too young to go, regardless of how deep his struggles ran. RIP Matthew.
  13. Angela Lansbury would have loved that. Well done to Angela Rippon.
  14. One only need recall the epic Carolyn Hinsey Jossip post from many years ago to know what the industry thinks about SOD's demise.
  15. @NothinButAttitude And here I was about to say it's an honour to be mistaken for @Cat! BH A dull start to the season. I can see why Faye, Camille, and Denise were drafted in for late season cameos to spice things up. I can also see why there's a growing murmur that Kyle and Mauricio manufactured this storyline. It feels quite scripted. The tattoo discussion was just plain weird. Mauricio's teeth now top LVP for being the most startling new choppers on Bravo. The potential breakup coming down the pike that I think is very real is that of PK and Dorit. There is tension there and they've just released a statement about the current state of their marriage: https://people.com/rhobh-dorit-kemsley-paul-kemsley-deny-separation-8382813 Enjoyed the scenes with Garcelle and her sons who have grown up rapidly. Meanwhile, Erika's scenes felt very manufactured, especially those with her therapist. It seems to me that she knows she needs to turn around public opinion and the only way to do it is to admit that she's cold and lacks empathy but that she wants to change. Sutton's scenes with Jennifer Tilly were fun. Jennifer receives 30% of the net profits attributed to The Simpsons co-creator Sam Simon...so she can afford to live large. Crystal who?
  16. Yes, that first return was incredible. Kristen's romance with Brady, her sexual assault of Eric, Victor and Marlena blowing up the wedding, Kristen and Marlena's confrontation - it was an umbrella storyline that enhanced the show incredibly. And yes, it won Eileen her first Emmy.
  17. They were all terrible. Sutton and Crystal had the worst ones. Kyle not referencing 'this town' or 'in Beverly Hills' is shocking.
  18. That is prime Lifetime Christmas viewing. Look forward to it.
  19. What terrible news. 66 is far too young to die and I loved her playing Lady Susan Hussy in The Crown and The Duchess of Cornwall in The Windsors.
  20. Does he get an actual exit or another one to disappear with a throwaway exit line from another character?
  21. I hope it bears out to be true. Tamrat definitely said it out loud at the reunion and even one of Andy's fake audience questions at the reunion echoed the same sentiment. OC has struggled for years and was floundering with cast after cast. This year, it worked, and they'd be unwise to deviate from it.
  22. Stephanie appeared as herself on B&B about 15 years ago or so, attending a fashion show. This countess cameo was made for Dame Joan - Marie is a nice lady, but never believable as aristocratic Eurotrash.
  23. I liked Suzanne Somers a lot and her death is a reminder that time is marching on. She worked hard. She was not a snob. She stood up for herself. Her husband, Alan Hamel, must be devastated. They were true blue partners. As well, her only child, Bruce, was the light of her life. I remember her saying when he was born she looked at this baby and promised him she'd give him a good life. She succeeded so brilliantly. Rest in peace, Suzanne. May her memory be a blessing.
  24. Saw another one of those episodes that is darker and more sinister: Season 2, Episode 13, Trial By Error. Jessica is a jury foreperson and they work on determining the guilt of an accused. The ending is really good and show's Jessica's disgust.
  25. Totally agree it's a no-win situation, but wasn't it interesting that Lisa flipped out about not being invited over to Heather's house, or having Heather support her...yet it's obvious that neither woman is a friend to the other? The SLC group is one of the least likeable set - they all clearly dislike each other for the most part.
