1. LOL.... I've just returns to SOC myself. My real life has been enough for me. As for that dude - he's got a better sense of humour than most. Much of what he says is to get my goat specifically. It's a game we play. Actually we get along very well personally. And at the end of the day he's still pissing in the wind because LuNacy is the couple. Word has it GF is not coming back because she's demanding more money than they want to give her. Who's to know. But now it's up in the air whether we'll see EWCBO or not. The cuddliness of LuNacy makes me less concerned about that every day - and the LnLers more desperate to read more into JJ's return than is there. Oh well.... LuNacy still rules. Q-mania... well we've got Edward, Monica and Tracy. Then we have Luke and possibly Lulu and Ethan (who's apparently getting more story and a tighter bond with Lucky, so I'm thinking the rumour of NP leaving are premature). We might see Michael, though I doubt it. Alice is there... I think those folks are enough to cause a manic holiday for half an hour or so. Valentine is supposed to appear after Thanksgiving is over.
2. Of all the Halloween Costumes I've seen of late, this by far is the cutest thing ever. This is Star's son Colin...
3. I read it was in the works. I'm sure they were waiting for the switchover of Luckys and loosing Claudia and Rebecca. I just want to see how Tracy places. Luke will probably stay at the end, but is she second last finally?
4. I wonder why they were there too, Lainey. Aside from that fact that TG is part of every Sweeps and almost every kick-off episode, they really do stick out because they are not a part of any of the main stories being told. But I'm sure there is something more to it. Tracy getting drunk? Well she didn't want to be there and doesn't think those people are worth her time. Free booze and a sideshow! Besides we haven't seen her drunk in ages and it was sweet to watch the way Luke cared for her. Even some LnL hardliners acknowledged that one. And Luke doesn't hate Carly anymore, he just doesn't have much to do with her. At the end of the day, however, she's a Damsel in Distress and she's a Spencer - both of which will get Luke to kick into action. After the fact he might claim he did it for Bobbie and Lulu, but in his own way he does care about his niece. Thanks for the screencap, Hooked. Sometimes I get to wondering who else on the planet could ever get away with calling Tracy "Baby"?
5.

I don't know.... I think Tracy's response was pretty normal. Considering Tracy has mob experience and this is mob central, so a hostage was taken.... that's different from every other season how exactly? She couldn't do anything about it except provide money, which Luke will take anyway. Besides, I don't think anything much would flap Tracy - aside from one of her own being the hostage. THEN Mama would fly into a rage!
6. Friday, October 30th Well, Sonny finished his speech and Claws grabbed Carly. The only time we saw LuNacy is when the guns got drawn and the two jumped off of their bar stool, Luke quickly pulling Tracy behind him to protect her with his body. Tracy yells at Claudia to let Carly go. Luke calls in some favours to find the car with the hostage "my niece". Drunk Tracy wants to go home but Luke thinks they should stay around. The Mayor offers to take her home - much to Luke's dismay. Dante then tells everyone they have to stay and Luke asks who died and made him the Chief of Police. LOL Luke tries to get Tracy to drink black coffee and keep and eye on Lulu while he gets out of there. Tracy says sure, if he can keep from getting himself shot by either Claudia or the police. He calls her "Baby", gives her a kiss on the head and leaves. Tracy pushes aside the coffee and grabs her champaigne flute. Lulu later is with Maxie and Tracy and can't believe any of this. Tracy says why not, she's a "Wack Job". Tracy is alternating between the champaigne and coffee. TraLu and Maxie are sitting at the table. Lulu brought Tracy some more coffee but Tracy only want the champaigne. Lulu pulls the flute away (cute as they both take turns grabbing the flute) and Tracy wonders if someone is dead yet (missed the name). Lulu cautions not to upset Sonny because he's not got any sense of humour. Maxie goes off to text Spin that they are fine. Tracy notices Lulu staring at Dante and she calls Lulu on it. Lulu says no, it's Carly she's worried about. Tracy assures Lulu that Luke is out there and he's going to use his considerable and questionable resources to find her. Lulu just hopes it's enough. Everyone is free to go and Lulu has to pull a drunk Tracy out of there, with Maxie's help.
7. Ah... so we weren't really sure if those scenes were supposed to happen anyway. Oh well, while nothing really great to write home about, today was pretty good - and Sonny threw some major props in the direction of LuNacy. But I'm wondering why Sonny said that about Luke/Tracy and why they were even at the party. I know the surface is that Luke is Sonny's friend from way back and Tracy is the "loyal wife" as opposed to Claudia. But I'm more interested in what's behind GUZA placing them there. These whole sweeps are about the mobbies and primarily Dante's identity, Michael's shooting and Claudia's betrayal. Everyone else in the room - Olivia, Robin, Patrick, Carly, Alexis, Mike, Dante, Jason, etc - were directly tied into those stories. LuNacy had nothing to do with them. I'm wondering if there's more AND I'm wondering why they are using LuNacy's mutual loyalty and love as an example. Time will tell, but Guza rarely does these disconnects during sweeps. There was a reason LuNacy was there and I can't put my finger on it.
8. Thursday, October 29th LuNacy are at the party, and I don't think scenes were cut because Tracy asks why he's upset and he says she doesn't want to know - he doesn't even want to know. So we haven't missed anything. Luke is very touchy, coming in with his arm around her and resting on her shoulder. Later Tracy has her arm through Lukes and they are talking about Mayor Flub (who shows up at the party, wtf?) and Luke's observation that he's a corrupt official. Tracy notices that Luke is more glum than usual and he tells her he's worried about Lucky and this third go with Liz because it's love but it's also illusion/delusion. They also are seen watching as Claudia arrives and the cake is brought to her. Someone is singing Happy Birthday but I'm not sure who since most are watching somberly without opening their mouths. Drunk Tracy and Luke give their best wishes to Sonny/Claudia and Sonny thanks them for coming. Tracy tells Claudia she can't worm her way into society with money and Luke moves her away. Sonny then tells Claudia it's awful when someone is telling the truth - and Claudia goes from being amused by Tracy to surprised by Sonny. Sonny gives a speech to the people who've helped him so much. He starts out thanking Luke who helped start him out in PC, and he appreciates that. Sonny says he knows Tracy has not really liked their connection but she's only looking out for Luke. She's a loyal wife and that's a beautiful thing to have. Luke nods his acknowledgement of the truth of Sonny's words. Sonny goes on to speak to Scrubs about Michael, Alexis about Kristina, Mike about forgiveness, Jason about loyalty and finally Claudia about how he can ever repay her. And yes, Sonny knows that Claudia is now responsible for Michael's shooting. BTW, those at the party... Tracy, Luke Mike Carly (although she's not supposed to be), Michael (not supposed to be and the reason Carly is there), Jax Alexis, Kristina (also not supposed to be), Mayor Flub Lulu, Dante, Maxie Olivia arrives to warn Dante Johnny is on his way to warn Claudia (Molly and Morgan rescued him) Sam, Jason Patrick, Robin Max, Milo I think those are the significant characters there.
9. You guys can enjoy. I really liked JJ as "teenager Lucky", but he's just not working as "grown man" Lucky. And it's not about GV, JJ is just not fitting the picture for me. I'm not sure what has been cut and what hasn't, but I think the party starts Friday and this is only Thursday... who knows, I'm becoming almost immune to the possibly cut LuNacy scenes. We only have an insider to say they were there, and who's to know if it was even a legitimate scoop. They're together, their rings are on, they are relatively happy.... I'm good. EDIT A new JJ interview is good, regardless of how I personally feel about him taking back the role. He waxes poetic about TG/GF and being their son way back when. Interviewer also asked if he's worked with the "Amazing Jane Elliot" yet. JJ's response was that he's met her and she's sweet. So I'd say no, he hasn't done any Lucky/Tracy one-on-ones yet. I'm impressed that the interviewer remembered Tracy is part of this whole deal - so many just focus on TG/GF/JJ and forget there are any other Spencers out there.
10. Wednesday, October 28th We had Luke today talking with Lucky, and he's on his way home so I suspect the LuNacy stuff is tomorrow. And I've got to say, GV's Lucky was a moralistic idiot, but JJ's looks like a petulant child! Honestly, I don't know how I'm supposed to take him seriously as a mid-30's with life behind him, 'cause he still looks like someone who barely finished High School and can't grow a full beard yet. Two days down and my opinion on this matter has not changed a bit.
11. Positivity, Hooked..... "Q-mania" hardly sounds like a death episode. Cute that she Twitters. I don't follow it all the time, but you get some fun behind the scenes from the stars that post there.
12. Then that least NP as the last three names mentioned. I hope he gets a reprive - I like the Spencermaines of Luke/Tracy/Ethan/Lulu. Lucky is totally dead for me now. BTW - Seriously, I want the number for Prospect. I've got to call. You have it handy Hooked?
13. I was looking for Luke but didn't see him there. They will replay that bit tomorrow, I'm sure. I can't wait to see what LuNacy has to say about everything. Three brothers and two women are a bad combination no matter how you cut it. GF isn't coming back - and the fact that she's even said her agent is holding out for a contract told me that. TPTB don't want her for that - they want her around when one of the Spencer kids need something and that's it. Luke has Tracy, Lulu's not in crisis, but the boys are. Even the whole Ethan "issue" was dealt with in a 5 second conversation between Leslie and Luke, and as you pointed out the pictures Luck-less was talking about today included Tracy at Luke's side. If she does make an appearance it will be brief and it will be all about Lucky. Afterall he's "her" son. Lulu is definiately Luke's child.
14. Happy Sweet 16th, TQ. Hope it was a great day. Today... Tuesday, October 27th JJ is back and I want to tell you what the Diva had to say..... "Ewwww, Gross!!! Who's that? Where's the real Lucky? That guy's a poser." It's disgusting, I warn you now. It looks like Liz picked up a 13 year old for kicks. They even had Lucky calling Laura for advice about Liz.... seriously, they are ending this character big time. The new direction they have for Lucky is "out the door". I missed the first 15 minutes of the show. Tracy still PO'd at the boy, comes to the Star (same night btw) and tells Luke she's not going to play the happy wife. Luke says it would be easier to argue if he knew what she was talking about. Tracy informs him that Bernie called the Q's to invite them to the party for Claws. Luke isn't impressed that Bernie had the Q number (me - hello, Jason? He'd have the number). Ethan goes off on Nicholas and Luke has to break them up, then Tracy offers everyone at the Star a free drink as they both tell Ethan to cool it. Later Luke tells Ethan that he's not going to let Ethan stir up problems between Spencers/Cassidines. Ethan say it's not about the fued but Luke explains that he's got family now and they are all pulled in. Tracy sarcastically says that sounded really grown up, and they exchanged a cute smile and acknowledgement. Then Luke holds out his hand for Tracy (me - she might not be giving nookie, but she's sure taking his hand every chance she gets) and she goes to him. Luke tells her to sit on Ethan while he explains to Nicholas that LuNacy are neutral in this one. Tracy agrees. End of show was Niz kissing, so I imagine Luke sees them tomorrow. What's the number for Prospect Street? I have to call and tell them about their folly.
15. LOL the hair's not that bad. That's Jane - "roll out of bed, through the shower and let's get on with the day". I think it's hilarious compared to MW and KeMo who still have to "do" themselves up for manual labour. Look on the bright side - she wasn't in one of those hideous baseball caps! AND.... nice to see JE at a fan event - any fan event. When was the last time that happened? EDIT Just read about Star's baby, Colin. Here's the latest pic. He's being moved into a real infant crib, and he's surpassed the 4 lbs mark. Star and her husband are expecting to take him home soon - just don't know what "soon" means. Sounds like that family are doing well.
16. I don't know about that, Hooked. I think she's quite pathetic honestly, and I don't think TPTB wants her self-indulgent self anywhere near the set. From just reading her statements in interviews and other sources about her, I get the strong sense that the LauraFF/LnL fans are the only group that wants her back. TG and TPTB certainly aren't making noise about it. And each time she's returned the writers have taken pains to point out that Luke has moved on. I do think she lies for convenience and is still trying to make a career (at least in the press) out of the character, but that's about it.
17. I just think it was hilarious that she was openly talking about "nookie". You have to laugh at all those who think Tracy is Luke's lapdog - if anything it's the other way around. The boy is constantly jumping through hoops to find his way into her lap.
18. Thursday, October 22nd Luke and Tracy start the show. Apparently that kiss still wasn't a home-run. Luke is still trying to get back into Tracy's good graces. She responds by saying if he wants "nookie" he has to work harder. Then they are distracted by Ethan/Rebecca/Nicholas. LuNacy is not amused by this little trio so Tracy takes a protesting Rebecca off in one direction while Luke tells Ethan to be careful of Nicholas. If Ethan is going to go up against Nicholas, he's going to bring Lulu/Lucky into it and it will get messy. Meanwhile Tracy's accountant calls her and she leaves the main part of the HS. Lulu comes to the HS at Tracy's request and Tracy tells Lulu she's worried that Lulu will be forced into the middle of a feud between Nicholas/Ethan over Rebecca. Later Lulu introduces Domte to "The Great Luke Spencer?", and Luke looks at Domte with great suspicion (of course Lukey will put all of this together). Tracy was in the background talking with other patrons.
19. Tuesday, Oct. 12. I came in a little late. Tracy was with Luke as he toasted Lucky and Elizabeth, welcoming her back into the family and also acknowledging Ethan as a Spencer. Bitty conversations (as Tracy leaves his side to make room for others) Bobbie/Luke talk about him stepping up as a father to Ethan, which is strange but good. Leslie/Luke talk about her taking pictures of everything for Laura and how Luke did tell Laura all about Ethan. Later Lulu/Ethan talk about how the house is Laura's and Luke hated it - he's not the domestic type and didn't want to settle down with the house etc. Luke/Liz about how she doesn't look that happy about Lucky's announcement. Luke tells Liz he used to dream about running away from the house and also thought Lucky would suffocate in that house. Now he's thinking it's not Lucky who will suffocate but Liz. Tracy had nothing to say so far as I can tell. But she looked amused by Luke.
20. Yup, Tracy is standing just to the right of Luke, clasping her hands together in her typical pose. Ethan is there as well. In fact the only immediate family not present are Lulu and Nicholas, from what I can see. The scene went by so quickly that I had to watch it a couple of times to make sure. So I guess that guarantees Tracy on tomorrow (as much as one can have guarantees about these things). Gotta say the best LuNacy line I've heard for ages was at Helena's bedside today. "Oh I don't know, Spanky's pretty savvy. If she smells a rat I start setting traps." Love it! So LuNacy!
21. Monday, October 19th Tracy is in Hells' hospital room giving her face as Helena says she can't understand why Luke stays married to such a shrew as Tracy. Luke appears at the door and Tracy turns to him saying "Husband, go buy the hardware store and get a wooden stake - we need one." (pointing at Helena). Helena then tells Tracy she's way off, but Luke says not to underestimate his wife because she's usually on the mark. Helena then tells Luke he needs her and Luke says he doesn't need her for anything. Tracy then tells Hells that she's arranged for Hells to get released that very day. Luke seriously turns to Tracy and asks if she's really going to kick a seriously sick woman out of the hospital to crawl on the streets. Tracy says she is, to which Luke responds "Nice!" Helena continues on the track about Valentin, but Luke cuts her off saying he's done his research and yes while Valentin existed, Helena had him killed years ago. Hells says perhaps he was hiding but the body in the ground isn't Valentine and he's the one that was poisoning her. Luke doesn't buy it. Then he holds out his hand to Tracy, who takes it as a help out of the chair and the two leave together not believing a word that Helena said. Surprise engagement party for Liz at the Amityville Horror (Bobbie, Leslie, Audry, Luke, and Cake). No one moved around so I couldn't see if Tracy was outside of the shot.
22. LOL, you can tell Luke/LuNacy is back in town. You know, I'm actually okay with how Tracy has been shown of late. Tony gets his summers, Jane gets her summers, I get my summer and then come fall we're off to the races. I'll try to watch today to see what happens.
23. I'm not sure if it's comical or pathetic the way the LauraFF/LnL hardliners keep twisting themselves in knots. But at any rate your assessment is certainly clogging SOC at the moment. JJ hasn't even aired and you'd think he was the Second Coming. Guza hasn't been interested in Liz forever so why the assumption that he will be now just because the Sainted One has returned, I don't know. I'm racking up the "I told you so's" over there like a farmer picks crops - not that I'm reminding anyone there. None of this is going to come of as the rumours/speculation have it and then we'll have the cries of "we've been lied to", when the only thing officially EVER said was that JJ was returning to the role. Nothing else has been said and yet you'd think the projected story-lines for the next 3 years were laid open for fans perusal. About the lack of Tracy in spoilers, I'm not concerned. This is SOW after all with only 4/5 lines, not SOD. But more importantly Tracy is rarely in their spoilers. Guza might not be interested in writing a Tracy POV story, but he certainly does include her. On the block today is supposed to be Luke talking to Lex about the Cassa-familia. TQ-S might be around a bit. If she is and I'm home, I'll let you know.
24. Lordy, how long has GF been singing this song? You'd think she'd be embarrassed by now. "I really want to be there but they don't want me". Since 2006 anyway. Yes Tracy gets a lot of time with Luke's past returning, but I'd like her to move beyond that shtick. No matter how many times Luke picks Tracy, some fans and Tracy herself will always believe the next time he'll pick Laura again. The whole thing has gotten quite old actually.
25. Nex I agree. That will be really interesting and tell us a lot about where the character of Lucky will be going, and for how long. If they continue the way they have, then JJ is definitely there to wrap up the character. If they write him better, that will be a huge slap in the face for GV. How I would love to be a fly on some walls at Prospect. The insider was correct unfortunately - no LuNacy follow-up. Blah....
