  1. She thought she could extort NBC/Universal with a lawsuit she had no intention of filing? LMAO. Hopefully this is the last we ever see of that pea brain. What an embarrassment for whoever casted this fraud.
  2. Dr. Nicole is speaking nothing but the truth. And I say this as someone who likes Julia. I think she's been told by Alexia, and Marysol that she needs to secure her position on the show and thats why shes doing the most at the moment. The irony is, it isn't Guerdy she should be going after, it's womp-womp Larsa who I would absolutely not miss if she were to leave.
  3. @NothinButAttitude @Antoyne Totally agree. This was a glamorous, gossipy, chaotic premiere. Miami is back! Inject it into my veins. Or as Jody might say 'Snort it like the AC in my room with the code lock.' And I'm not sure Lisa wasn't doing a little AC herself this episode. RHOM is so breathtaking to look at. That shot of Lisa from the side walking in slo-mo through the restaurant was especially cinematic. Also, Kiki is one of the most beautiful (and funniest) women in RHs. How she did not get a mojito this season, i'll never know. I will always have a soft spot for Julia. I imagine she got close with Alexia and thats why she's been distant from Adriana. But Ii have no idea why Julia has decided to turn on Guerdy, who just went into remission and seems under stress and isolated. That hurt my heart to see. I always loved Team Newbies on RHOM and now they are breaking up. As great as this opener was, I really missed the grounded presence of Nicole. I hope she shows up many times this season. Couldn't care less about the Lisa-Larsa breakup, but it was entertaining in its ridiculousness.
  4. Monique coming back to RHOP is great! I wish Karen would be there to film with her because you know Gizelle and her acolytes will go after her hard. Gizelle has an irrational hatred of Monique... unless they reconciled after Mo's divorce and I didn't hear about it. With SLC, aren't they done or almost done with filming? I feel like we would have heard if Monica showed up. Kenya was careful not to wade into the Brit mess by name. She did a decent job with this vlog (and Gone With The Wind Fabulous remains a fantastic dance anthem). She did say RHOA needed to let people go who were better suited to Love & Hip Hop "or one of Diddy's parties."😆 She read my mind. When she talked about a potential cast, she mentioned Nene, herself (lol), Eva, Claudia, and even Viveca A. Fox. No mention of either Porsha or Cynthia.
  5. Keeping the show in LA is good news for the local TV industry, even though there are probably cost enticements to moving to a cheaper studio much further away. The Bells are staples in Los Angeles and probably would not have wanted the show far from the HW/EP. No doubt Sunset Las Palmas will be making room for Y&R as well. A winter move for that show, perhaps.
  6. I hope the Coven don't target and shut her down because i loved her on her Bravo show waaaaay back in the day.
  7. 'Brit Eady' is a fool for sitting on this a whole year thinking she was in the photos, and she wasn't. How many of her BJ pics are out there that she was initially confused? This is a quick money grab, but her TV career is over. This budget video vixen should never have been elevated to RHOA status. And Production/Bravo are fools for putting all their eggs in one basket. They bet on an unproven, scamming newbie in order to boot Kenya off the show. Short-term thinking on every level.
  8. The energy, the drama in just these tiny clips alone. Miami cannot start soon enough. This is really awful. Katie already has kids and cannot look after them. I hope she finds the right treatment that helps her deal with her psychological issues bc her addiction is likely tied up with those.
  9. I can only agree. Brit Eady (is that her real name? It's starting to sound a little 'Marlo Hampton'-esque to me) is not fit for purpose on this show. She is budget. You talked about Phelony Parks having a team of surgeons to knock her into shape, but so has this chick. Everything about her is contrived and inauthentic. Phaedra's VTs are not as good as I remembered them. She stays doing little onscreen but b!tching about these women 6 months later in the studio. The line about Angela looking old was particularly mean-spirited, considering her own age. Angela and Cynthia IMO have a youthful, upbeat spirit that comes off the screen. Drew did well. She was completely calm and collected, too. Kelli was her usual lapdog-for-hire self. Kelli goes wherever the wind blows.
  10. Super excited and they are going right in with Todd drama and Marcus drama. One small thing: who styled Queen Kiki for her VT like that??? They should be fired.
  11. She wishes! No-one forgot how she got exposed at S9 reunion.
  12. I've been missing Legend & Icon Countess Luann recently so I will check it out! Thanks! I heard about Dolores and RHORI, and I am more than OK with the decision to bring her on board. She's an anchor HW.
  13. Brit belongs on a low-budget, second-tier-cable-network show, not here. I have my doubts about Kelli also, but at least I like Kelli. Brit is practically an IG hologram. This is the cast member that production backed instead of Kenya? A fake pushing end-of-factory-line shapewear in a market already cornered by Spanx, SKIMS and tariffs? I'm putting it out there: Cynthia, Kenya and Nene need to return full-time next year. And given this brewing beef between Shamea and Porsha, I'm surprised that Kandi hasn't popped up as Shamea's FOH. She'd have lots to say on how Porsha blocked Shamea from joining RHOA earlier, I'm sure.
  14. @Taoboi @Antoyne There's something very comforting and entertaining about many 90s flicks. Point Break is still my favorite action movie of all time, and i can quote Clueless verbatim. It's such a comfort movie. And LOL funny. The reason Erin, Sai, etc, turned their nose up at Jessel's Clueless party was bc they were jealous of her being an audience favorite. They wanted to mask it behind being snooty about a party concept.
  15. I agree. It was an episode that let individual women and their stories breathe, and the central SL of Shamea-Porsha was allowed to percolate before heading towards another confrontation. I appreciated the realness of the 4th-wall conversation because that made a lot of sense in terms of why their friendship was where it is. It wasn't some contrived story to cover the fact that it was the show which drove them apart. Similarly, Angela and Charles seemed to be reacting to being filmed as much as talking about their issues. Couldn't agree more about Cynthia. She handled both Shamea and Porsha with affection and empathy. She brings the group together.
  16. First of all Bless you for name-checking Henry James in allusion to Ladies of London! That is exactly it! American heiresses mixing with British high society, only updated to the modern day. I would add that Henry James's close friend Edith Wharton also excelled in writing about the Gilded Age, with Americans feeling the pull of the 'old country,' and vice versa. I can vouch for there being many well-connected American ex-pats still living here. Most connected to financiers, but some now to tech. And the class system which all Brits reject and yet still, in some way, adhere to. I hope nuLOL preserves that because Bravo really captured the mix so well in seasons 2 and 3.
  17. IA with everyone that this was a truly entertaining episode. Angela, was the standout. What a find she is, talking about her marriage and the investment properties she can't sell. Contrast with Porsha who is so carefully curated with her image. A blind man could tell she set up that dinner with Ralph, ably abated by her lapdog Shamea. Angela got her revenge at that truly random Pampered event and her exposing both without getting her hands dirty was a masterclass. LVP would be proud. What I would give to see Nene with Angela. I don't know how the ratings are for RHOA, but Angela is giving this season drive IMO.
  18. I read that Page Six article looking for a sliver of hope that nuRHONY would return -- and found none. They are hoping to 'reconfigure' it? That means a total reboot without the cast. It sounds like Bravo (a) hates the current cast, and (b) has no clue what to do with any incarnation of RHONY. Also, the quotes by a 'Bravo insider' sounded very Andy Cohenesque.
  19. Before I die on this nuRHONY hill, I am going to check out the last season all over again. While I remember every minute of that astounding final episode, the rest of the season is a blur. (Rebecca Minkoff? Prankgate?). Nevertheless, I was pretty invested in nuRHONY last season and became even more invested when I realised how deeply Ubah was being gaslit by Brynn, and how damaged Brynn is. The stuff with Brynn is unresolved, and that's why I want another season -- to see where the rest of the cast go from here. It seems to have bonded them. I didn't realise WWHL guests had a strong reaction against nuRHONY. My thought was that the last episode + reunion might lead to nuRHONY's renewal, because that was when attention on it was at its peak. As you know, there was that scene in the final episode where the entire Production crew are lounging around their babygirl Brynn, and as the other women wake up and head into the kitchen, they are greeted with that. The message couldn't have been more clear. Ubah was sent away to a hotel like she was the danger. There was no doubt in my mind that Brynn was Production's pet. Good for Raquel and Sai who refused to be intimidated. Which is why I have argued that this Production crew (headed by you-know-who) need to be replaced. This morning, I started to watch the season all over again, and within the first MINUTE, we got the flash-forward to the cast filming their opening shots, a few days after the cast trip. And one of these very same producers, still in his vacation shorts, is snarling at Ubah for taking time in hair and make-up. "I'm trying to get everyone ready on time," he snaps. Ubah snaps back at him. She is so over the BS. For the record, Brynn hadn't even arrived yet as she was uber-late. I didn't clock it at the time, but it hits me now how Production operated.
  20. Thanks for clarifying. That is going to be confusing though. I hope LoL gets some marketing behind it because God knows Dubai rarely did.
  21. Re: Ladies of London. Like @NothinButAttitude, I heard this was going to be RHoLondon and that Stanbury was going to be moving back part time with Sergio. But I guess Bravo decided that LoL had the more proven track record. Marisa Harmer (who had the world's most annoying voice before Jamie Kerns Lima burst on the scene last week) won't be coming back, as she moved to LA. I hadn't realized that she and Matt divorced. Neither will Duchess Caroline who sold her London townhouse during Covid and moved to Copenhagen full-time with her children. I would love to see Sophie Stanbury again, and I will even hate-watch Juliet Angus (another annoying vocal-fry person) if it meant some cohesion between Stanbury and some of the newer cast. I'm actually surprised Stanbury is moving back to the UK given that the government has rescinded the nom-dom tax status and so the wealthy are fleeing to Dubai, among other locales. I am one of the few bummed about the apparent demise of nuRHONY! I would have liked to see how they rebuilt a third season. With that said, I also wanted the OGs to return to Bravo permanently, and my hope was under the banner of 'The Real Housewives of Palm Beach.' In addition to Bethenny, Jill, Ramona and Sonja, Luann has family down there (she and her mugshot absolutely need to be part of the show), Aviva has an apartment in Miami, and Tinsley's mother Dale lives right in Palm Beach. Given the Mar-a-Lago inference, and the fact that Palm Beach is very protective of its name and residents, though, I would absolutely call it RHONY: Snowbirds, an inspired title. This show needs to happen! Thanks, Cheap! This write-up is so detailed and INSANE. I'm sure more of this will spill out onto the show. What I got out of this is that Ralph has been living off of Drew and is likely expecting her to pay him alimony. At some point they will have to sell the house and move to smaller accommodation each. It boggles the mind how much they seem to have spent beyond their means. It's not as bad as PK and Dorit, but it ain't good, and she's the only one with some steady income.
  22. At the beginning of this episode, Kelli was wearing a strappy camisole top with what looked like cut-outs for the boobs to breathe. She was stuck behind a table, but I don't know what we would have seen had she sneezed. The entire cast have enviable figures for sure, but the pressure on some of those boob jobs must be painful.
  23. Oh, I noticed. At some point during the family scene, though, the 'family drama' took over, is all I meant.
  24. This in a nutshell. Relieved we got a break from Brit's 'Kenya trauma,' and I'm all for family scenes, but this one came across as very scripted. Grandma delivered her lines the best, but the sister screaming at the other sister on Facetime was a lot. Also, Brit had plastic surgery to look like a video vixen from the 2000s and now barely resembles her mom + siblings. I'm Team Angela, especially the way she dealt with Porsha, Shamea and Kelli one by one. I also think she has been asked to keep a central SL percolating for the rest of the season and she's like 'OK, I'll do my part.' I hesitate to mention this because it sounds judgmental. But it's about Brit and Kelli's dress sense. I like some of Brit's ensembles, but the outfits of both have become revealing to the point where Bravo may soon have to pixelate. Porsha, Drew, Angela and Shamea look buttoned up in comparison. Yes, I'm getting old.
  25. Colour me surprised-- I must have completely blanked that you weren't feeling Dubai S2 when it aired. I may disagree with some of what you've expressed, but ITA that Dubai never popped for me as a 'character'. The show was filming mostly in the cast's homes, which i think is part of the culture -- parties (and scandals) tend to be behind closed doors, and the rulers protect the image of the city closely. But it meant we didn't get a feel for the place.
