Oh! P.s.: Did anybody catch Meghan and Jim walking into the Goat party, and Meghan waving like she was the Queen of England and Jim saying "Why are you waving at no one?"

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Preach. I cannot stand that Meghan is making me defend Brooks of all people, but her Crusade for Knowledge, Justice and the Truth via the bottom-feeding blogs of the internet is wack. This vile person will literally say and do anything to remain 'relevant' on this show, including inferring someone is faking their cancer while simultaneously throwing an actual cancer sufferer (now deceased) under the bus for not parenting correctly. I thought Alexis Bellino and Gretchen Rossi were bad but seriously, Miss Know-It-All needs to get gone. She is hideous. Seeing her husband Jim realize it with every passing second she opens her mouth is the only thing even vaguely entertaining. Tamra is so ratchet. And so is her layabout son. No wonder Eddie doesn't want to work his ass off to prop up that free-loader. I don't know what to think about Heather and Shannon at the moment tbh. This show is depressing at the moment. Only one storyline and it's all about cancer. It's not as bad as Season 4 RHoBH but it's up there.

So when is RHoA set to air? I am having RH withdrawal symptoms now that my RHoNY is finished for the year. And bring on RHoMelbourne. I can't wait to watch that glamourfest. Poor RHOC cannot carry the whole franchise on its frail shoulders. In some ways I enjoy how it lets it all hang out sometimes, but rn I cannot bear Meghan, Vicki & Brooks's cancer is the ONLY sl, Tamra is an increasingly desperate [!@#$%^&*]-stirrer, Shannon and David's marriage is clearly DOA and I have actually forgotten that Heather is still on this show. Am I missing anybody? Gretchen? Slade? DaytimeFan have you had a peak at the Dubrow's skincare line? Are the formulations any good?

Hey Matt, after searching YouTube I found the song and it is really rocky edge. I like it! Makes a change from the hip hop boy groups of kpop (not that I don't love hip hop). Red Velvet released their mv Dumb Dumb and I cannot get that beat out of my head. Their album The Red isn't bad either

WOW. What an epic concert that looked like. You know, if there was footage of the whole concert, I would have watched the whole thing! It looked so fan, and the fan chants and cheers gave me goosebumps! It looked huge and at the same time really intimate -- like the fans were close to the stage. Also, the way Beast seem to interact with fans as they perform makes it feel more intimate. They are less concerned with every footfall being inch-perfect than they are with the fans connecting to them and their songs. I love Junhyung's rapping skills. I also love Dongwoon's diamanté loafers. And while I am not always a huge fan of his, Hyunseung's voice sounded really great in the opener you posted. In EXO news... EXO have announced they will release a Japanese song in early November. Prepare for the Japanese debut! They are also going to play at the Tokyo Dome in early and mid-November (quite an achievement as you have to be invited to perform there). Comeback-wise, I am feeling ready for CL to drop her album because I really want to hear her work in English. And I admit Doctuh Peppuh has totally grown on me. I don't know what this is ^ but looks like Winner + iKON are in a teaser together and I am really ready to find out what it is about! One of my favorite girl groups is preparing a comeback for next week -- Red Velvet. Not sure what to make of the concept or the pics (hello Raggedy Ann) but the snippet of the song in the teaser sounds like it might be a BOP. Oh, and it's called Dumb Dumb. I am also listening to this song Supernova by CN BLUE at the moment. They are a more rocky pop group, but this song is in Japanese because they have so many fans there. It has an 80s rock vibe: And this is the teaser to their Korean mv to be released next week. It is much more kpoppy! I think they're hot - especially #3 Minhyuk

Lizzie's blog is also an oasis of calm, sane commentary. Bless her. Tamara Tattles posted this 'blind' item which I think would be obvious to the posters here who follow RHoA. http://tamaratattles.com/2015/09/02/blind-item-someones-attorney-is-working-overtime-to-save-their-job/#more-17239 Damn, Toyota. You in trouble girl.

IA, I feel like they are trying to brighten their parents' lives by being funny and pulling little pranks and dinner surprises, but I don't think they quite realize that they shouldn't have to carry the burden of their parents' marriage on their shoulders. I don't think Shannon and David Bedeor have quite realized that life lesson either. It was cool seeing Michael again. I remember when Vicki used to make him go to her cruise seminars on life insurance and he was all "Yep. See you by the pool!" Personally, I always love seeing Briana or Michael on the show.

Spot on, as usual. I CANNOT with that cowardly giraffe. She oozes insincerity, from her faux concern about Leanne and her stepchildren (if it's her attempt at appearing saintly for the cameras, it didn't work), to calling her husband over to Defend Her Honor. What honor? The honor of jumping to conclusions based on a 'psychic' with no references whom Tamra Barney met online? Jim Edmonds impressed me this episode, and this comes after last week when I equated him with that gross human fat deposit, Jim Bellino. He handled the situation like an adult. He came in to defend what his wife actually said without white-washing her role in the drama. He thoughtfully answered Shannon's question about what he would do if he were Vicki. Then he sat down for a drink and told his wife to never involve him in her fake drama again. It was gold because it was real. His dismissive attitude with Meghan (as much as I hate to see couples dismiss each other like that) is understandable now given Meghan's obvious messiness and obsession with fame and causing trouble on the show. He's not interested, he has other things to worry about. I'd be stunned if by this time last year these two weren't separated. Tamra's attitude this whole show really stunk. I loved her Cut Fitness 'sex tape' and Eddie really is a good sport. But she is still stirring things up -- and against her supposed BFF Vicki, too. I wonder what Vicki thinks after watching this episode in particular... Not least the way she agreed with Meghan after Meghan was all "Vicki's such a f*cking bitch!" (Honestly, Meghan has the maturity of a 14 years old). Let's not forget that Vicki is the one who sicced the psychic on everybody and kept discussing it not two seconds after giving Brooks a birthday cake. Tamra is back to her old covert tricks and I hope she gets called out on it. Lizzie is awesome. I wish she was a regular HW and not just a friend of because she looks like the only one able to put these hoes in their place. IA Shannon wants the impossible. David simply cannot give it to her. She either has to let go of the resentment forever or cut ties and move on.

Woah Phaedra. Those white pants were a mistake. I remember watching Phaedra's first season on RHOS recently (she was pregnant with Aiden) and she was so beautiful and fresh-faced. Her looks haven't really changed but she lost some of that bloom. I don't know how to explain it. Maybe it's because I find her sketchy and fake now that her looks do not resonate the same way for me.

It's too bad they didn't get a ratings jump because IMO this has been NYC's best season to date. It has been a mix of lifestyle aspirational, humor, drama, humor + drama (please see my sig), honesty (Bethenny's confrontation with her past, Carole and Dorinda in LOndon) and just plain watchable for me. I watched the three reunion episodes back-to-back and while it did get heated and a bit nasty at times, I love the way it ended with all the women (especially Bethenny and Ramona) coming to a real understanding of each other. In short, all RH shows should be this open and (relatively) untoxic. I even was cool with Carole by the end -- and IMO she has been a sneak and sh*t-stirrer all season. Even Andy seemed absolutely thrilled with the ladies and this season. I've never seen him so comfortable and present in a reunion. I personally wouldn't care if they dropped Kristen from the mix as she and her rehearsed lines to LuAnn were her weak-ass effort to remain relevant. However, I do like a big group as it somehow feels less claustrophobic and more real as the women move through cocktail parties and different cliques and friendships. Basically, I am hoping for another season with the same group of women, although it looks like Heather won't be rejoining. Too bad, as the evil in me sort of wanted to see her get a little comeuppance next season. At least she got called out on her BS dramatics during the Turks & Caicos trip.

Omg Matt, you love Exo! So do I. They are my favorite kpop group. Their back catalogue of songs is so good, I can't even. I'm still bummed Heart Attack never got a mv, it's such a strong song for me. And What is Love is such a perfect slow jam. (And I have a crazy crush on lead dancer Kai but that's beside the point). Their vocal line can be very strong too. And yasss I am on vacation right now but can't stop listening to Married to the Music over and over. Such a catchy hit. The live choreo to that song is epic and makes life worth living for me. Shinee have had an amazing cb this year. Dr Pepper is also growing on me... sigh. I love CL tho I really dislike Diplo. I need to listen to Beast and BtoB when I come back from vacation. And Hyuna! I haven't heard her new solo album yet. I have listened to GG's Lionheart and You Think. Lionheart is such an ear worm and while I didn't like their other song nearly as much, it is growing on me.

As someone whose mother suffered through (and survived -- touch wood) Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (via chemo), I have a hard time believing that Brooks lost all that weight just for a storyline on OC. I don't know how to explain it other than chemo aims to nuke everything in your insides. It can be a difficult, overwhelming treatment. I could be mistaken, but Brooks has that wary, exhausted look in his eye that I've seen before. RHOC was incredibly badly scripted yesterday. From Tamra talking about the psychic she trusts her life with (but never actually met in person) to him -- surprise -- showing up at the restaurant, to Brooks being invited over to Cut Fitness because Tamra got him a cake (please! As if she would ever!), to Brooks tripping over the "cancer I had/have" moment. I am hoping this is a situation where Brooks is not lying but the SL that everybody is in on is that there are rumors he may be. I *HOPE* it is NOT "Brooks, let's pretend you have cancer and keep the viewers guessing." Because that would be awful. I can't with Meghan. Period. The way she whined to Jim about how difficult it was with Haley to correct 18 years of parenting mistakes. Way to throw a mother dying of a terminal illness under the bus for the sole purpose of polishing your halo. #Hashtag is very pretty but her personality is so ugly to me. Everybody is disposable to her purposes of making herself look better. I see from Reality Tea that on social media she is trying to befriend Z-list coke-sniffers like Denise Richards. Good luck to you, babe. Honestly, Meghan isn't always the devil incarnate but the way she's using people to make herself look saintly is so... obvious. And she is condescending. It makes me take against her. Jim Edmonds is giving me Jim Bellino vibes and that's not a good thing. At least he isn't giving me Slade vibes. Slade was the kind of guy who dated Playboy bunny wannabes because he thought he could control them. His ugly Miss Piggy diatribes against Vicki illustrated the kind of latent anger and insecurity he holds against women who actually stand up for themselves. I don't know why I am mini-ranting against Slade today, I just felt like it lol.

Vicki and Brooks have split! Color me surprised. Hmmm. Hope this isn't connected to Brooks' cancer. http://www.realitytea.com/2015/08/16/vicki-gunvalson-brooks-ayers-split-pair-issue-joint-statement-regarding-break/ And Peter & Cynthia are facing eviction of Bar One which apparently has never reopened since they moved locations?? http://www.realitytea.com/2015/08/14/money-woes-cynthia-bailey-peter-thomas-bar-one-gets-eviction-notice/

They might as well give Petal Thomas [(c) RealityTea] a peach at this stage. And Apolline once he steps out of the state pen. Yay for that pot-stirring escort girl Marlo, tho! I personally cannot wait for her to show off her wardrobe (Battle of the Dresses -- Cynthia vs Marlo). RHoOC: LOL Tamra. Only you could equate pot-stirring with "honesty" and "laying things on the table." She basically stirred the pot with #HashtagCoolStepmom on the boat, then with Heather. Now #Hashtag proclaims that she "loves" Tamra and "has her back." #Hashtag has clearly decided that Shannon is the weakest link on this show and that Tamra is the one to align herself with. If only she knew that Shannon is actually pretty popular with OC viewers and that aligning herself with Tamra is like swimming with sharks. #Hashtag is such an awful HW, she actually makes Alexis look like an actual, complex human being instead of a walking posterbot for breast augmentation. lol can you tell I can't stand that Meghan creature?! I can't even feel sorry for her when, in the previews, her husband basically tells her he doesn't give a sh*t about her feelings as he licks bbq sauce off his fingers in a totally gross Jim Bellini way. Tamra making sure we all saw her Bible For Dummies.

I thought so too. The London trip was glory for me, not just because I live there, but because it dealt with an emotional subject very beautifully. Anybody who has ever lost a loved one can relate to the grief and even the odd quirks and gallows humor of being in such a situation. The episode never white-washed a thing and it really felt like closure/a celebration of what these women had once cherished with their husbands. I loved how well Doris (lol) and Carole bonded on a meaningful level. And I wondered if you caught Dorinda greeting Goddess Trinny! What I would give for Trinny to show up on RHoNY. Good luck with your nail line, Kristen, but time to make room for a true clotheshorse and an actually interesting diva. Bethenny is glory and if she decides not to continue RHoNY next season, it really just will not be the same without her. Ramona is back to her old tricks, I see. As Heather (who I have criticized in recent episodes) said, Ramona is bad-mannered, and that is not funny anymore, it is just rude. On another note, I'm glad Sonja's fashion show went well. And I'm glad she was invested in every detail, even though it threatened to ruin the show. It was nice to see the ladies pulling for her instead of cackling over her failure, but I did wonder just how many of them showed up to watch Sonja fall. The business people she surrounds herself with seem suspect at best, though. That business manager unable to give a straight answer to Heather and Bethenny... Lord JESUS. That is some smoke he is blowing up Sonja's ass. My worry is that Sonja tends to have her head turned by people who flatter her the most, and that's a recipe for getting ripped off.

Are you talking about Eddie? I am feeling a little underwhelmed by this Tahiti trip on OC. I don't want violent fights or nasty toxicity, but I just feel it's been particularly contrived. Before, I never felt that Vicki's need to whoop it up was a fakery, nor her friendships (or lack thereof). But on this trip it has felt forced and desperate. I didn't buy for one second that Vicki was drunk (and neither did Heather from the looks of things). Shannon is apparently part of Vicki's posse but their hugs and interaction have been awkward. I love Sophia Loren aka Lizzy, she brings a nice, fun dynamic to the group (and plus she is so [!@#$%^&*] gorgeous), but that pregnancy test bit was kinda mandated by production, it felt like. On the whole it's been a fun trip but a little lacklustre. Speaking of fakery, that Meghan creature better not be holding her breath for acting jobs in the future. Her attempt to squeeze out tears was SO painful. I believe she cares about her stepdaughter but I don't believe for one second that she is this bereft about that kid not being 'her's.' What a dumbass SL. She's such a whiney thing too: "Vicki and Tamra don't understand the DEEP LUV I HAVE FOR MAH STEPCHILDREN" Lord Jesus. Of course they understand. They are mothers. All the HWs are mothers. They understand what it means to love kids. They're just telling you to stop wasting their time with the crocodile tears and stop competing with your husband's dying ex-wife. One thing I will say about Meghan: her ass and legs are on point.

Don't worry. Actually not a whole lot has happened (it's summer after all) and it's good to take a vacation break from kpop imo. Ooooo you are in France! Hope you are enjoying yourself. I just came back from a few days in Paris. It was so hot on Monday! LOL welcome to my life. It has been over a year since I discovered it and I am still obsessed. I love the 90s RnB and hip hop sound the genre produces. Please let us know which groups you are enjoying right now.

I especially love Key's head being kicked across the room. LOL. What on earth have SHINee been smoking. What is cool about SHINee is that unlike a lot of SM artists (YG is a bit different and allows their idols more autonomy) they have a lot of say in the music and sound and concept. Jonghyun writes songs for just about everybody in SM (CHangmin of TVXQ does too), he and Taemin already had solo albums where they included their own material (you can really hear Taemin's sound in Odd Eye imo). I just think their sound is so cool and fun and retro but not too retro. Also I never ever paid attention to Minho much but OMG he is really kind of hot and charming in that mv! Speaking of Minos.... I miss Song Mino of Winner! I want to see some Winner! Here is Tao's solo effort. I don't know. I mean, it looks very pro, very SM-in-a-box. But I find it ungracious of him to dismiss his time with EXO as meaningless (apparently the lyrics to this song make reference to that). Quite apart from SM being a ruthless company which ties these kids to slave contracts, I thought he was close with some members of EXO, namely Kris (before he left), Sehun, Suho and Baekhyun. I also think that without the EXO training in singing, dancing and wushu, the TV opportunities and the EXO name, Tao would have found it near impossible to make a name for himself in entertainment. Oh, well. I guess it's done now. Hopefully SM will learn to treat their Chinese trainees better after this mess but I doubt they will change anything at all. By the way, do you remember Red Velvet? The girl group that did Happiness last year? Ice Cream Cake? I had a listen to their Ice Cream Cake mini album and they have some decent songs. I like Something Kinda Crazy (ICC is good too). August is going to see GD and TOP do a "duet" lol. Apparently August 5th (tomorrow! Well, tonight for us) is the release day, and it is going to be full hip hop). http://www.kpopstarz.com/articles/224474/20150728/gd-top-fantastic.htm In other news I am listening to Nicki Minaj and Pink Print and strongly considering posting on the Minaj thread. I already lurk, lol. Don't worry, kpop is still my obsession!

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
That's how I felt about last week's NY episode. It was badly needed 'calm after the storm,' but other than liking what Bethenny was saying about Luann being mad at Carole and Heather because they were hoping to find her in an embarrassing situation, warming to Heather, Carole and Kristen just being normal, and liking Dorinda and Carole's conversation about their first husbands... I got nothing. Still have to catch up on OC last week and yesterday's epi. ETA: I just realize OC is on tonight (US time). My bad.

Oh gosh wow. Her poor family. May she RIP. And I know she was struggling with a terminal illness but she looked good on OC to the point where I thought there was a chance she could beat this. Honestly, it makes me so sad to see cancer claim peoples lives.

Well I'll wait to hear what this album of Tao's sounds like but it's hard for me to believe that it wasn't in the works before he departed EXO... OMG that Beast song Gotta Go to Work is hilarious. That is called "making the most of a tiny mv budget" ! I love Dujun leaping over the turnstiles. I think with Super Junior, one of them is doing his military service, hence why they are only 9.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Oh have fun at Pride! It will be an even bigger blast this year, I'm sure! And yeah, I know how it is with work. I caught up on 3 episodes of RHonY and 2 of OC just this past weekend. LuAnn's speech was epic. And back in NY she really called Heather and Carole out on the way she felt they were LOOKING to catch her in the act (when it was Ramona Singer's ONS all along, not hers!).
