I am SO behind this idea. You can still get all your action scenes you want out of Burton without the burden of him just being a damn Hitman that everyone in town just accepts like it’s a normal 9-5 profession.

Agree with all of this. It’s actually wild because when MJ was in the role, Ted and Nicole truly seemed so so in love that I genuinely couldn’t imagine her saying, screw the 20+ years of wedded bliss post affair. As we’ve discussed the writing definitely shifted with the recast but even still I remember just how head over heels for each other they were. I just can’t imagine her being so steadfast in her anger to never even consider giving it a shot.

Jason with the Q’s is exactly where he belongs. Sprinkle in some Sonny and Carly because you absolutely have to, the Q sphere needs to be his main hub. It just works after all these years.

I didn’t grow up on the old soaps so it’s cool to hear some of the classic elements are right up my alley as a viewer now. Hopefully they keep it up mixed with the modern flare like you mentioned.

Omg Ronnie cutting loose today was EVERYTHING! Erika had me cracking me up. Did I miss someone spike Ronnie’s drink or did she just want to get drunk? I’m fine either way 😂 Loved how Michael handled Dante today. RG has this darkness about the way he portrays Michael and I liked Dante verbalizing this shift since his return. Any day Willow and Drew lose is a good day for me. Poor Portia, of course Jordan figured out she’s pregnant already lol.

I was such a fan of RC when he originally came to GH because he did the impossible and made Sonny practically irrelevant. I don’t even remember fan complaints at the time quite the opposite but someone obviously stepped in and he fell in line and Sonny was the star of the show again, Maurice remembering his lines be damned.

So once again they’re treating the audience like idiots. I hate that other parts of the show really work for me because these are the kind of the things that made me drop the show for years.

I’m sure the show will write Lulu and Dante completely in the wrong at being upset their stupid dumbass of a kid is at “family dinner” with the people that literally stole him. Wasn’t Frank at the helm of the show for this story in the first place? Did Britt or Obrecht even pine away for Rocco in the last decade he’s been back with his actual parents let alone the extra years due to SORAS? This “family dinner” would be enough for me as Lulu to say screw the truce with Brook Lyn and slap her again 😂

I’ve even checked other parts of the web and they’re confused why not only they’re treating her like some second mom to Rocco but why literally every line out of her mouth is just being a bitch to every single character no matter who.

I don’t even know if the show thinks about their future beyond the current renewal and most of their vets seem to still be in good health, so why change a thing. It’s maddening.

It was so off putting that it became pure camp to me 😂 and it’s like you know what? Dani’s crazy ass would be besties with an accent changing weirdo 😂

I was starting a show on AppleTv just now and I recognized a verrrry familiar voice during a preview for a new show and lo behold there’s Peter Bergman! I’ve always wanted to see what we could do not as Jack so I’m excited.
