  1. I'd love to see that happen, but I don't think NeNe's beef with Sheree has ended, the way it has with Kim. NeNe has made it very clear in the past that if she had her "druthers," she never would've helped Sheree get cast for the show. Sheree always came off as entitled and ungrateful. However, Sheree is dumb and broke enough to sign back up, and NeNe knows it'll just make herself look better.
  2. No I believe that was discussed here earlier, where there had been talk about plans to bring back some of the originals for the series finale, but some actors were asking too much money, so they completely shelved the idea. And one of the plans was to show Alison schnockered at the bar. In reality, I don't think the character is even mentioned, except for the very end when Peter & Amanda are contemplating names of their future children.
  3. I agree about Alison being "the heart" of the show for the first 2 seasons, slowly losing that title in Season 3 and gone by 4. I *hated* that they kept Alison bussing tables at Shooters for more than 1 episode. That should've been a very temporary gig at most. The Alison we knew and loved in seasons 1-3 was very goal-oriented in her career. After she quit D&D, she should've joined another agency. But because they probably felt there was no story to mine all on her own (plus they'd have to build another set), they just stashed her at Shooters and stuck her with Jake in a story that sucked the life out of both characters. I agree; you almost forgot either character was still there in season 5, especially once Billy moved on to painting princess Sam (painting storylines are The. Worst.)
  4. I think Marlo should be back with a stronger "Friend of" presence, but should NOT get a peach to hold. She's better left as someone who pops in, stirs [!@#$%^&*] up, and exits. As opposed to a full-fledged cast member where they have to be present at every event and coffee talk. She's a Faye. Let's keep her as a Faye. Not another Brandi...
  5. 3.6 million for ATL this past Sunday. 1.2 for NYC last night. Argh!!! Put them on Sunday! 200,000 viewers lost from the previous week because they realized Ramona wouldn't be on again teehee J/K
  6. My how things change. If we went back a couple hundred pages in this thread to the last time there was a 1-on-1 with NeNe, people were all excited and saying how good it's gonna be. I just hope she takes some accountability. Her delusions are getting right up there with Jill and Danielle.
  7. I agree Marcia Cross and Laura Leighton were the top 2, with Heather Locklear and Courtney Thorne-Smith close behind. I think Thorne-Smith did a great job with the crap stories she got in seasons 2 and 3. Alison was the main focus of the first season, and it was a well-rounded, fully-developed character. Then came the affair with Steve McMillan and her dependency on Billy (and alcohol) and then her crazy tyrant turn as president of D&D... by the time the explosion happened, people were more than happy to see her ass blown across the room like a rag doll. As silly as it sounds, one aspect that affected my like/dislike of Alison was Courtney's hair styles. Season 2's haircut was so off-putting! Didn't like it at all. But by season 4, when it was long, straight, and beautiful (just think of the shot of her turning in the season 4 opening credits) I LOVED her all over again, haha. BAD: GOOD! Brooke Langton as Sam was the worst. The absolute worst. (With an honorable mention to Katie Wright, who played the short-term role of Chelsea, Matt's niece in season 5. I never cared for that actress in anything she did. She's right up there with Tracy Middendorf for me) Speaking of bad hair, I CRINGED when Josie Bissett chopped off all her beautiful hair half-way through Season 4. That short, wet, slicked down look was AWFUL. I can't even find any shots of it on the internet, it was so hideous.
  8. I missed Ramona in this past episode. Surprise, surprise! If nothing else, wouldn't it have been interesting to see this play out where Ramona is NOT the source of the angst and thoughtless comments? Well, anyhow, *I* hope she's back next week. I love having LuAnn back, and seeing Aviva sweat over Carole and her "alliances". Her paranoia is reminding me of Danielle Staub and I LOVE it. Sonja is sad. But I'm loving laughing with at her. I would've made side comments during her burlesque show too, but that's the bitch in me. Next week looks great!
  9. Yes, it was basically a re-write that Matt had some sort of closeness with Amanda that she divulged her big secret (or at least, her big secret *that* season) about Eve and the killer cheerleader incident.
  10. That was so effing annoying of him! It's like, dude it's 1994, Ellen hasn't even come out yet. And he gets his panties all twisted because his soap opera actor boyfriend or miliary man isn't sprinkling fairy dust all over L.A. with him, proclaiming themselves as out & proud gay men.
  11. Michael & Taylor teaming up was definitely a highlight of season 6. If MP were on in present day, you just know that at some point, Michael would've let Matt give him a BJ or something in order to keep his silence.
  12. Wow. LOL. I haven't watched NYC yet, but I wish they would've given Sheree the same kind of treatment when she was living out of her car, or wherever her real home was.
  13. I liked Michael with Sydney too, but a large part because I knew Sydney was always head over heels in love with him, in spite of herself. That was basically all she ever wanted to make her happy and content. I often forget that they were actually together for a long period of time during the first half of Season 4. Michael & Kimberly circa season 3 were this awesome creepy power couple. I also loved them during their season 1 affair, and the tumultuous season 2. Jane was Michael's weakness, despite their nasty divorce. As early as his car accident, he wanted her back. The problem is, he could get bored. He liked the chase of getting Jane, but just couldn't keep it in his pants once he had her. Or she used him for kicks 'n giggles, which he rightly deserved. I would've liked to have seen Jane & Michael end up together when the series ended, but at the same time, it made sense to leave Michael as a free man, chasing booty all over the hospital.
  14. No police sirens here I like gabbing about the show and talking about "What If?" scenarios.
  15. I think that Rhonda would've worked if the show had remained a self-contained topical show like it was in the first half of season one. Once it got all soapy and salacious, she would've sank. Probably for the best. A better screen partner than the dude playing Terrence may've helped too. I would've loved if Jasmine Guy had stuck around, or came back like Jack Wagner did.
  16. I'm surprised Kandi would be a part of this ultimatum. Ugh, this chick isn't worth it. Let her go the way of Lisa and DeShawn. Gone and forgotten.
  17. I agree, there were no real friendships by the end, not the way Jo & Alison, Alison & Jane, Billy & Jake were during the golden era (Seasons 1-3, IMO). It was funny when they briefly made Jane & Amanda friends during Jane's blink-and-you-miss marriage to Michael, only to have Amanda revert to her true self shortly after. Dmarex, is that Ryan Phillippe in your avatar? :::swoon::: Season 6 isn't the type of season where I could pop it in and watch any ol' episode any time. 1 through 3, even the stand-alone episodes in the first half of season one, are ones I can get into, no matter where in the story they are at. I liked Vanessa Williams as Rhonda. It's a shame they could only find use for one "token" character on the show (i.e. Matt as "the gay one").
  18. Is that the "sex toy" they hinted at? Looks painful.
  19. Me too, Chic Cést La Vie! She's such a big part of the NYC brand. I wonder if Bravo would be open to airing an episode or 2 of NYC after Atlanta, particularly during the reunion episodes, to give viewers something to get interested in, knowing that ATL is winding down. Unfortunately, I don't think Bravo has confidence in NYC on Sundays and OC on Mondays to withhold the ratings momentum that ATL has gained. I wonder when the Jersey promos will begin. Here comes another semi-reboot! BH: This is one of those reunions where you're hoping for some sort of resolution or revelation, but nothing is actually happening. They easily could've condensed this into 2 parts (or less).
  20. Adrienne I think.
  21. I'm not sold on the new girl yet, but I'm sure I'll warm up to her once she becomes part of the drama, instead of just reacting to other people's tiffs and pretending like she cares. I love Carole. The only thing I will say is that her motive to be on a Real Housewives show is more apparent than anyone else. (I get it. It's not 2008 anymore, and they're not aspiring actors trying to get exposure on a reality show. 95% of all Housewives are trying to promote some shiny piece of crap to sell). She's selling books and good for her. But she doesn't seem like the type to usually sign up for this sort of thing. Again, I love her, and she's a great find and has become one of the favorites on this new NYC cast.
  22. I loved that reference! Carole clearly did her Housewives homework. Great dig. I hope Aviva has a painting party to put some color on those walls! Overall, a nice episode. Nothing too shocking or buzz-worthy, but I'm enjoying the build-up. Another 1.3 million viewers.
  23. I agree. It's a very fine line to cross. If you're saying that to someone you're not good pals with, it's just not going to go over well. And even then, there are remarks that should not be said, even if your intentions are completely innocent. My husband is black and we have friends of many different and mixed races, but I've known from experience that there are some things I as a white person just should not say, no matter who my partner is; I don't get a "free pass" to run my mouth.
  24. Hahahah Ain't that the truth.
  25. Re: WWHL. You could tell by her icy smile that Sheree was annoyed that they were taking so much time to talk to NeNe on the phone. (I can understand that. But what else do you ask Sheree? If her son is still sleeping on the floor?) She totally side-stepped a direct answer about the status of Chateau Sheree which was funny. NeNe was great on DWTS. This is the NeNe I love. The one that is fun, funny, and shows gratitude, not entitlement. She was nearly crying with joy after her first performance.
