  1. OLTL had interesting background music too during the Paul Rauch era. This was one of it's suspenseful background tunes which supported this particular scene with FakeBo, Tina, and Didi perfectly.
  2. I think the month of May is when we see ALL of these plots concluding and/or adding more layers for continuation. I hope they don’t have Nicole pulling some form of a "Betty Broderick" type move when she learns of her husband and every single one of his lies. The calm, cool, and collected psychiatrist loses it in a moment of shock and betrayal to which she never expected. Dani, sordidly, would feel even more vindicated wouldn't she? I think we'll learn about Martin's nightmares during this time as well. Will Tyrell's bullying result in him taking his abuser out for May Sweeps? Like pop, like son so to speak? The casino stuff will result in something I think. Someone or perhaps more than one individual will die in that plot. Maybe Randy dies trying to save Doug somehow? He really seems to care about him too! Anita the cougar for May Sweeps? I haven't forgotten her rather interesting interaction with Elon, the younger sexy bald Chief of Police. When will we see Ted at his private practice along with the friend/business partner who works with him running it? Me thinks that aspect has probably been dropped or somehow changed. Remember Andre Hamilton? So far, the show has acknowledged him only as Andre Richardson, unless something is still coming on that front.
  3. I think this decision is definitely in the category of "taking the character in a new direction." Probably made to be a real bad ass with at least a touch of villainy.
  4. And here's the follow up. See how that works? I think Nicole asked this of Hayley, but I digress.
  5. Complex? You're being generous. The audience is sure to hate NuTed, the way they already wanted to.
  6. Just say my name stupid. But what I say still stands. You and several others here are less than clever. Tragically less.
  7. Ted has singlehandedly been ruined as a character after today. What are these showrunners doing? Smh.
  8. Dr. Ted fans are sure as hell not going to like him as a character now. DUSTY!
  9. From TurtleneckTed to TrashTed. It's all so clear now. Shameful! Looking worse than Bill now. Unbelievable!
  10. Oh my. I guess this explains why Ted is being made to look like a thug in the form of the new dude. Trashy!
  11. I don't even think that the fans of OG Teddy Bear care about Keith's acting experience. It's various other things as to why they prefer the OG.
  12. DOREEN! HOT DAMN! BRING HER ON AS SOMEONE. She doesn't even have to be a Dupree. Leslie's grandmother maybe?
  13. And I'll say it again. It is what it is. Maurice is just taking advantage of it being what it is. I don't blame him one single bit. Obviously, the showrunners didn't owe him anything and he doesn't owe them or his replacement anything in return. It cuts both ways.
  14. He had better surprise and deliver. Like seriously. Because the hatred is high. They'll probably end up having to search for a Ted #3 if he isn't well-received.
  15. Be that as it may, I still don't blame him for not wanting to play nice about it.
  16. Maurice Johnson was sent to the curb like a trash bag, and now he's expected to behave as a "good sport" about it? He supported this entity like no other, and was rewarded with a replacement. I don't blame his behavior at all.
  17. Don't go my dude. Class, charisma, and a commanding presence. That's you.
  18. Anger is a great motivator, but I certainly digress. I think people orchestrating petitions are more about telling showrunners OK we supported your product and made it a success. Tell us now, why did you stupidly and arrogantly throw it away?
  19. I'm selling nothing and you look stupid. I'm talking about potentially impending new characters. What the hell are you talking about?
  20. And yet you and a select few offer nothing except to dispel what someone else says. EVERY SINGLE TIME Trifling!
  21. Got any other suggestions? Because the wife and the brother are coming for sure.
  22. I'm at it again. 😆 Renee Elise Goldsberry as Darlene Hawthorne. Denzell Dandridge as Luke Hawthorne.
  23. It is what it is and it's not the first time fans hated on a newcomer after their favorite was dismissed.
  24. I wonder if it was a mistake to begin with to allow the announcement of MJ's departure to come out so soon. We still have another full month of seeing him on screen. This will make fans feel even more some type of way knowing he will no longer be around after that. It's possible the fans will warm up to the new guy with time, but at this rate, I certainly don't see it happening right away. Obviously, new guy is going to have to bring it, whether that's fair or not.
  25. As expected, there has been a petition started on MJ's behalf. These usually don't work, but I can't help but admire the love and dogged determination. The new guy is going to have to do a lot of ducking because there will probably be a lot of tomatoes being thrown at him. 😲
