I don't think that would work. There'd be too many plot holes in that rewrite. We saw Renee die onscreen. Plus, it would sell out how intelligent Renee was. She actually was able to tell the difference between the real person and their evil doppleganger. That's a rarity in Salem 😂😂

They totally screwed up with Summer lol from what I remember, Maggie got pregnant and gave Summer up before Mickey even showed up at her farm, so I guess she was the oldest. Daniel, I don't even remember how old he's supposed to be.

So age wise, someone like Rebecca Budig would have been good for the role.

Some people said a while back that maybe they should've cast Melissa Archer as Sarah and now I'm inclined to agree lol

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad the character of Sarah was brought back. She was almost a blank slate and there was still a lot they could have done with her. Maybe they should have cast an older actress, and they definitely could have handled her re-introduction better

I guess. It probably would've worked had they not rewritten the story, but I just always felt that Donna's greatest fear (John being Vicky and Marley's father) possibly being true was a much more believable reason to finally drive her over the edge.
