I was waiting for BTG to start and saw how today ended with them. HELL NO.

See? I thought she was being subtle with her ugly cry. Moreso since she was complete steel right before with Hayley outside of the elevator. So seeing her break in the elevator worked for me. But I felt it was a subtly gradual shift from strong woman to crying mess and Karla did it well.

Speaking for myself, I think Karla has been doing great, but I feel she has not found her groove yet. Episode 1 was great. I found yesterday good, but I wasn't feel her like I did in Episode 1. And Episode 3 she...WAS...ON...FIRE. I felt that was the most layered she's been so far for me. So much more going on in her face. In her eyes. Beneath the surface. And some of the inflections she had at times gave it. And her Dani with Bill was a dance of sooo much going on. An unpredictable dance. And then there were the moments where she seem like she was going to snap. She was giving livewire and I was living.

Ikr. She was so nice and sweet with Ashley...and when she got home...the 180 took me out. Even with what was seen in the special. Same for Leslie today. Very good casting.

You know I fell over as soon as Devon and Nate finally had it out and said EVERYTHING I was saying for months. I lived. And I called the Elena thing right then and there. Such a waste. Yep. Pretty much.

Once I saw them appear yesterday, I was waiting for your reactions. I remember you said you liked them.

Well I am one of the few authors in my authors group that loves to do a synopsis. But seriously thank you. When I read it back, I was surprised as well. It really sounds great seeing it laid out like that. It does help that everyone is bringing their A game. And now off of the 2-21 episode, there's another reveal coming, too? Not sure how I feel about that one, but we will see how that plays out. Hmmm. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's my favorite story for them since Neil died. lol. I liked the IPO Takeover. But for me, it is the fact that it was just subtext for the rivalry between Devon and Nate and the fact that they took them forever to admit to each other's face that the REAL reason they had problems with each other was not even the fact Nate was new so Devon wasn't listening to him, but Devon was mad at him for stealing Elena away and Nate was spiteful for the loss of his hands (with Imani in his ear as Lady MacBeth). But that was down to how BJ and SD played that subtext regardless of the words coming out of their mouth. And okay, I give the writers credit for keeping the rift between them and Lily going and the tension between Devon and Nate going as long as organically possible. Very realistic. Then again...Maybe I should take that back!! Cuz they fumbled the ending of that storyline by Nate risking it all for Elena...only to fall for Victoria barely a month later. Not to mention Imani vanishing. And...lol.

How I feel as well. Perhaps overtake its lead in by say...end of summer at the earliest?

I saw that yesterday and it got me in my feels. Respect.
