Yeah, they aren't getting rid of Nolan anytime soon, I would bet on that. TPTB have to know that he is incredibly popular. If Twitter and TWOP are any indication he's probably the most popular cast member.

I'm not pleased with the Emily/Nolan rift. I like them as friends and co-conspirators. She should be holding him close, not pushing him away and making another enemy. Real Emily has got to go. At least Sammy is smart enough to know she's a fraud.

The Walking Dead: Discussion Thread
I'm glad he did though. It was her mother and brother, even if we don't believe they were still human, she is new to that viewpoint. I thought it was pretty evil of Shane to kill those people on Hershel's land when he still believed they were only sick humans. Shane had no right, but he doesn't care. Rick respected Hershel's beliefs and his property rights, but it's clear to me that Shane will kill Hershel, if that's what it takes to stay on the farm. I felt really bad for Carol and Daryl. Daryl really believed that they would find Sophia and she would be ok. It's like he thinks his redemption was linked to bringing her back. Sad that he hates himself so much he turned on Carol when she suggested his life was worth something too.

She negotiated him down to $25,000 LMAO! He should have countered for 50K, But it kind of sounded like playing her mother was Charlotte's idea. Either way, it was slightly naive on Declan and Charlotte's part. Wow! Faux Amanda has some nerve. I can't believe Jack didn't know it wasn't really her. Sammy will.

I wonder if Laurie really did request SID because if so, that's too silly. I couldn't believe Dale called out Shane. Big mistake, imo. Is Dale in love with Andrea? That creeps me out. Wasn't he acting pretty fatherly towards she and April? I really hope Andrea does not see the walkers in the barn. Next week is the fall finale right? It looks like a really good episode.

HBO: Game of Thrones
The thing I like about that video is that you can tell the actors aren't "on" during some of the shots. There are a couple of nice shots of Jon Snow in case anyone in this thread is a fan of his.

HBO: Game of Thrones
Grr. That sucks. If it's any consolation the video is not earth shaking. It's not a proper promo. Just some production shots and the directors talking about how the "world" of the show is expanding and how they filmed in many different locations. That there are lots of new characters and they were worried people couldn't keep up with the complexity, but they have. That sort of thing.

HBO: Game of Thrones
Me too, but I bet this season has been a bitch to film and edit in the amount of time they have. I'm guessing they won't have an actual promo ready until "Luck" premiers at the end of January. Notice the actress who played Queen Anne on The Tudors was in a shot.

The Walking Dead: Discussion Thread
I have a feeling Lori will not have this baby, either by choice or circumstance. Daryl is proving himself to be a pretty decent guy. I wonder what the circumstances the Vet didn't want to talk about could be? What reason could he have for not wanting more people around? I had to laugh when T-Dog said, "Thank God we didn't do anything stupid, like shoot him". It took me a minute to realize Glen was screaming so much to entice the walker and not because he was genuinely that freaked out.

So, I'm wondering what you guys think about Emily/Daniel? Do you think she is really falling for him or is this all part of her con? I can't really tell, but I don't think she really is falling in love with him. I like to believe she is too tough to fall for the mark.

Revenge was up 11% to a 3.0 adults 18-49 rating, its second best performance of the season.

One thing I loved about this episode was that Nolan got a body guard. Hate it when shows have rich people threatened and they don't run out and get protection ASAP. I'm hoping Jack eventually forgives Nolan. I want them to be friends. Sure, it's Sociology 101 and Nolan probably made it through at least one year of college. Not that I think he's straight. I liked Declan a bit more tonight. I'm glad he stood up for his brother. Sure, it wasn't his best move, but I'm glad to see he cares about someone other than himself. The way he treated his Dad made me wonder.

I was hoping they'd show a little bit more of Nolan/Tyler too, but only because I think Nolan is cute. I hope he doesn't fall under Tyler's spell for real though. I can't wait to see what the real Emily is up to and what she wants.

The Walking Dead: Discussion Thread
I understand Shane's motives, but I still dislike him. I'm sure he's going to be feeling the guilt of what he did. I don't think he's pure evil, but he's the last one in the group that I'd want to have any real power over me. After what he did to Lori, I just think he's quickly come to understand that in the world of the walking dead, young, strong men are back to having the most power.

The Walking Dead: Discussion Thread
Shane really is a jackass. I think he wanted to leave live meat for the walkers, since it would get more of their attention with the thrashing and screaming. I was actually thinking (and hoping) that he had been bitten or scratched tonight when he was looking at the marks on his body. No such luck, of course! I think that little band of survivors is very lucky Rick came along. I think Shane is the type of person to take every advantage of being a leader. His attempted rape of Lori cemented that idea for me. Sure, part of me was rooting for him when he gave that wife beater a beat down, but I could still tell it was a bad sign. He enjoyed it a little too much.
