Someone on Twitter posted a summary of an interview with Bryan Datillo (I'm assuming it's from one of the mags), and I guess even BD said this Lucas stuff is out of character, so... yeah. Not really a big spoiler so I'll just post it here. The little girl who plays Charlotte announced that the role has been recast. I wonder if they're aging her up.

It was weird seeing characters be so smart today. Steve was just like, "Marlena took your key card? Well obviously she wants to see Jan." Like damn. I'm sick of Jan but she had me laughing today with how she was asking Marlena if she took up smoking. Those scenes with Kate and Philip at the end were good. I was actually feeling some sympathy for him. I hate what they're doing to him. Surely there were other ways to get Brady and Chloe together. Tripp and Allie are so boring lol of course they got matching bracelets.

The quickie off-screen marriage is probably a plot point so Allie can get jealous yet again. Pretty sure the show wants us rooting for Chanel/Allie.

I can't remember the last time a soap made me cry, but the Liam stuff got to me. I don't even care about Brasha! But jeez. Mike appearing to take the baby to heaven did me in. Sofia Mattsson was wonderful. A shame that they cut the Liz/Britt scene. I really don't care about Curtis's dad. I am looking forward to Scout and Drew bonding more. I felt so bad every time she was like "I wanna go home" lol.

Gotta say that I'm glad we ended up having Blake Berris in the movie instead of Brandon. Nick/Gabi was probably my favorite part. Though Brandon would've been excellent in the Santa scenes... 🎅

I liked it! It was silly and obviously not canon but it was fun seeing the actors play something different. I'm glad that this isn't really how they write Nicole, EJ, or Sami, lol. The women all looked amazing in the movie. Sami looked adorable in her Brady pub apron. Chanel and Gabi looked fabulous as always. Nicole looked freaking stunning! Etc etc. Will and Sonny talking about visiting Salem better not be a tease! Nicole's ending was a surprise for me and I liked it. I didn't know we'd be seeing GV. I actually really liked the Nick/Gabi stuff and I liked Gabi way more in this movie than I do on the actual show. Eric Martsolf and Eileen still have chemistry. Y'all know my thirsty ass LOVED the stripping. On one hand it was cringe, but the guys all looked really good. Weeeeird that Johnny and EJ are stripping together, LOL! They both looked damn good though. 😅 Eric Martsolf is theeee best stripper! 😂

I like Chase and Brooklyn and do want them to get together (since they won't give me my fantasy pairing of Chase/Liz, ha). But man, they should've been banging in that steam room today! Chase being so shy when his towel fell off was adorable. Brooklyn seemed to love the view, lol. But man, Brooklyn was WAY overdressed the whole episode and it was ridiculous. She really wore a winter coat into the steam room and complained about how hot it was, then she was fanning herself with the coat while still wearing it. They made it a point to have her leave her purse outside but not the coat. Right. Once she finally took off the winter jacket, there was a blazer underneath of course. She's like a Russian nesting doll. Just endless layers of jackets. My god, let the woman take some of her clothes off in the damn steam room! Amanda Setton looks great. Enough with these blazers! Eventually she'll bang Chase for real and the blazer will stay on during sex. I don't care about Curtis and his Hat Daddy. We really didn't need Carly/Olivia, Alexis/Harmony, or Stella/Portia today. I wish they'd stop with the Jason flashbacks. Don't let Burton get any more money out of this show! (I'm assuming he gets paid for flashbacks, lol.) The scenes with Sonny and Sasha in the NICU were actually quite nice. Sofia Mattsson is doing good work. I'm glad that Liz is finally getting airtime again (all five days this week!) but she and Finn are dry as hell together lol

I haven't seen the movie yet but EM is the definition of DILF. That man is 50 and fiiiine.

I just watched today's episode and he was SO bad in those scenes with MarDevil, lol. No wonder they kept the gag in his mouth most of the episode. I still like him though. 😂

Michael desperately needs to be recast, especially if they're going to try to sell him as some kind of tough guy who can go toe-to-toe with the likes of Selina Wu. Give me a break. Duell is just bland and does not have the range to play any of this. He's about as threatening as a butter knife. He also is yet to generate heat with any of his love interests. The writing is also doing Michael no favors. I didn't think he could get more insufferable but here we are. He's a whiny little momma's boy. Willow is also insufferable, though her coat is fabulous. She's being a bitch to Brooklyn for no reason. The baby stuff has absolutely nothing to do with Willow, yet she keeps going on about how she needs time to process what Brooklyn did. Why? LOL at Brooklyn calling Willow out on her hypocrisy. Thank you! Brad and Aunt Selina together... love it. Britt and Brad reuniting was cute, I just love their friendship. Britt is finally not being mopey over Jason. Why doesn't Selina want Britt around Brad? Is she afraid that Britt is going to be a bad influence and get him thrown back in prison? Also, they really didn't need to put Britt in those heels today, she's tall enough already lol. HELLO Chase! I'm glad that they brought up his parents today and that they don't know about the baby. Ohhh to be Brooklyn and get locked in a steam room with him. Brooklyn is complaining about how hot it is in there while she's wearing a blazer AND a parka. Liz and Finn being so distracted over their lackluster kiss made me roll my eyes. I hate the writing for them. These characters are in their 40s and 50s and they're acting like this is their first crush. LOL at them finally addressing Liz's grief over Franco several months after he died. The girls looked cute in their yoga outfits. They mentioned Neil today. Are they ever going to bring up to Alexis that Cyrus probably had him killed rather than him actually being a druggie? It was good to see all the Davis girls together.
