She will not, however, be returning to her former role of Crystal Galore whom she played in the summer of 2004. Longtime Fan Favorite O - U - T !
Unfortunately for fans, Steve Blackwood who has played fan favorite, Bart, Stefano's henchman, on and off since the late nineties, is no longer with the show. Bart met a fiery end on Tuesday, April 18th when Stefano had to sacrifice Bart in order to save himself. The show regretfully does not have any plans to have the character return and wishes the actor the best.
NORTHROP OUT!?! MELVIN IN!?!
It is now confirmed that Wayne Northrop (Stefano, above.) is one of the six actors leaving the show during the extended sweeps period this May. The show kicked off its own special May Sweeps period on Friday, April 14th, but it is using the 28th as a kick-off to the official Sweeps period. The show will mark the milestone of episode #100 on April 28th with a special two-hour episode! One hour will debut in the day as normal, and the other will air at night.
