The most amazing thing happened on Days, today. Sami told EJ almost the whole truth of her deception blackmailing Lexie into her part of it. When EJ just sat there with an "out-of-body" look, I was almost jumping up and down for him to move on with it to see what reaction he would show. I was disappointed though because he came back the soother and further manipulating her. I'm not sold that he wants Sami for anything other than to use her, though. If he has a sl, this is the build up for it.

Oh, did Kayla twist my heart today. Loving Steve as I do and just being a remote viewer, she surely played out the emotions to live vicariously through. Wow, maybe that is why we love Steve so much. I'd just as soon skip over this Cincinnati part though and get to the real search of "finding Steve".

Loving Chelsea/Abby/Stephanie. I was reading Shayna Rose's bio and Jason47 has added a second paragraph giving a much more detailed history of her experience. Apparently she is a singer and I hope we get treated to her performing a song or two on the show. It's here only about five or six sections down the page.

The show was pretty good today. I'm glad Abby and Stephanie had a scene together, since they are cousins. Max is a flaming idiot for still wanting to be with Chelsea. He really must be in love to put up with her crap.

There needs to be some movement in the EJ/Sami relationship, but I must say I'm enjoying this somewhat more remoresful Sami. I think that since she's confessed the real root of her behavior---trying to turn everything back to 1993 before John and Marlena did the horizontal bop at Titan, and her insecurities when it comes to Carrie, I can feel a little bit for her. She still needs to grow up though, I wish the writers would let her. Carrie/Austin/Lucas was good and Austin Peck has really done a good job these last few weeks.

Kayla and Steve was just like a sad country song, but it was well-acted. Glad to see Caroline today too.

I think TPTB need to know that when they don't fill up airtime with the baby quad, it makes for better shows.

I agree. I am so tired of seeing Sami and EJ talking in every episode about her secret.

I don't understand why people say Days has no idea what to do about EJ when it is obvious he wants Sami and Days is building that up. He is reminding me more and more of Brandon only he is better. He only flirted around Kate because I think he wanted to be in the know about Sami's secret or if Kate was on to her. He is being supportive of her and pushing her to tell the truth because he wants her. Once the truth comes out, he will look good since he always stood by her and they will grow closer. I will agree that it has been boring with Sami/EJ but today they actually had movement so I liked them today. It is also a transition so I don't think we should go nuts. Days needs EJ-he is new blood and a new face. Sami needs to get the hell away from Carrie/Austin/Lucas so she can finally grow up because if she stays there it will be the same circle over and over. It is refreshing so EJ is necessary. He brings some a character of sophistication to the show. I think the transition has hindered him a bit and that is why we are all split in two factions about him. I guess many of us will have to agree to disagree on this at least until the new regime takes over

Loving Chelsea/Abby/Stephanie/Max-this story is finally cooking for me. I still would like another male in on this though.

Carrie and Austin are finally working for me again. It took awhile but finally they are clicking and kudos to CC on her performance the past few weeks.

The Steve/Kayla stuff was great. Nichols and Evans have been great and that ending was fantastic. The actress playing Della was better today. The Kayla/Caroline conversation was good too. I can't wait until this transition crap is over because if the cast do what it does with all this, especially Evans and Nichols, imagine what they can do once the new regime starts.

Great show today though.

I'm sorry, Della was BETTER today? My God, Deep Throat could not STOP with her suggestive dialogue. She totally wanted to go down on him right in the bar! She's a tramp and a slut and the writers device worked for me, "Days" producers. Kayla isn't just after his body and their trampy live-in lovers situation. Kayla is about substance, whereas Della's just a shallow !@#$%^&*] who would probably bend over for anyone she might have met when she met "Nick." KR I didn't particularly like Brandon but I liked the way he treated Sami and that is why I like Sami/EJ. Both Brandon and now EJ are liking her for who she is. They "get" her and they see why she does what she does. They don't always go into the holier then thou crap that Lucas and Austin dish to her. That is what was so good about LUMI in the beginning-Lucas treated her that way too. He understood her but in the last year Days took Lucas in a whole new direction and made him into another Austin. LUMI will never work for me until they make him the way he was prior to before he caught Sami in bed with Brandon. That is why I like Sami/EJ.

I can see why you hate him though-the [!@#$%^&*] was getting redundant but today it actually progressed like it should've last week. She finally told him everything and now they can move on from there which is good because it was getting draggy. The transition period sucks but the show really has not been that bad. I will give my props to Austin Peck too-he has been really good along with CC. Their magic is finally back for me.

Oh and I am watching the show again on Soapnet and they just showed a Carrie/Austin promo that really made me happy .

Great recap and excellent jabs at the writers for the lame lines. But yeah, I like that they took the effort to give her over-the-top, purely sexual dialogue to let us know she's not rootable.

Agree with the magic. A/C is where it's at. They do a good job at repressing the sexual tension. Half the time, I can SEE it between them and the fact that they are fighting. I just want them to rip each other's clothes off and kick LUMI to some curb where they can go at it, as well.

How the heck does EJ stink? He has given Sami good advice and now he is standing by her. Progression happened today and it shows he is there for her like hardly any other people have been. Hightlight for me today. Love EJ and Sami-chemistry is on fire.

At first I thought that EJ was ticked off by Sami's confession but he seemed proud of her tenacity, so what was he upset about? Did Carrie's refusal to have less than a perfect child, or raise child as her own that wasn't her biological offspring, hit a nerve or what?

I also wanted to dump a bucket of cold water on Della. If the H20 didn't melt her, it might at least cool her off!

I find Stephanie crushing on the man that she has always known to be her uncle to be weird. I want to like the character, and I do like her spunk and the fact that she knows her way around cars. However, they need to find a different guy for her, and never put her in that blue cellophane dress again. She looks much better in a jeans and T-shirt.
