From the Episode #104, June 9. Naomi calls Dani "Mom". She says Jacob was at Uptown and "he looks so lost, Mom". I saw this clip and wondered if I heard right, but checked Paramount plus and the closed captioning confirms.
Or is Naomi saying "man" as in "oh, man", but it sounds like "mom" and closed captioning was wrong?

Oh yee of little faith. AA's true talent is displaying his lack of acting talent whenever the occasion calls for it.

I'm wondering if he's doing all this on purpose as a way to show how Tomas shuts down during intense and serious sitauations are a way to cope? Nah... giving the actor too much credit.

I had the same thought this episode, but I will say it was actually amusing for me. I chuckled a few times as he delievered his lines with all his dryness.

Like at least the Derek actor seemed to improve throughout his tenure. AA still feels like this is his first day on the planet as a human.

When the show premiered, I thought Tomas was so hot. Weirdly, though (for me), I liked him better in clothes than shirtless or in a tank.

Now? His personality -- the lack of -- has allowed me to stop seeing him as any kind of eye candy. I just can't care about him at all.

Watching him act the same way during a tornado as he does when talking about a deposition is actually hilarious 😂
