I haven't been on here in a long time (see GH's Sonny in a Santa hat), and I'm two episodes behind, but I just have to say this: I have turned Team Kat ALL THE WAY! I was for Eva because I love underdogs, and especially those bullied by the rich, but a situation in my family has helped me see the light. Have you ever looked at a relative and thought that they are so insufferable that you have no idea how anyone likes them? That's what Kat is feeling. And, no one is listening to her when the offender is so obvious and blatant. She's the one that looks like the a-hole, and not the person that slept with her boyfriend and effed over her family. I don't blame Kat at all and I'm tired of everyone saying she needs to chill. I just HAD to get that off my chest. Thx.

In regards to Kat vs Eva... I'm on both of their sides and also not on their sides.. and that's what makes their feud so interesting to me. Usually a feud involves an antagonist and an innocent victim... but here, both are have positive and not so positive traits.

Kat is 100 % justified in not wanting to have a relationship with Eva. While her instincts about Eva turned out to be valid, her initial view of Eva was a classist view (just like her aunt Dani). And while I think Eva sleeping with Tomas was a really bad move, the fact that she's instantly forgiven Tomas knocks her down a few notches in my book. It takes two to cheat, and he did lie to Eva that he/Kat were broken up or else Eva wouldn't have gone there with him.

Eva is trying to make amends in her own way over her mistakes, but sometimes a leopard doesn't change their spots and/or change takes time. It also doesn't help that Ted keeps encouraging her to reach out to Kat, but she's an adult and she should know that Kat hates her and all she's doing is poking the bear.

One of my favorite re-sets has shifted the feud from being about Tomas to being about Ted, their father. I do think it's interesting that Nicole is still kind of on Eva's side and I wish the show would explore that a bit. And no, I do not want a baby switch and/or it to come out that Eva is really Nicole's child. A skilled writing team can make the dynamics work without going the standard switched at birth route.

Tomas/Kat haven't had any stakes in their coupling since Eva was taken out of their orbit... but I have a feeling his being given a promotion by Bill to buy his silence will possibly play a part down the road between the two.

Eva/Izaiah also haven't had any stakes in their coupling, but I have a feeling if he witnesses another fight between Kat/Eva.. he'll see Eva isn't quite the victim she makes herself out to be and he'll start to recall the warnings he got about her from Kat, Jacob, and Naomi.

Time will tell.

People don't have to get along and be a happy family just because they share blood. Kat and Eva would never give each other the time of day if they weren't related and shared DNA doesn't just change everything. I realized this in my family when I took a long, hard look and found that I would NEVER be friends with any of these people if it weren't for blood.

Huge agree.

Nicole is going to start ordering escorts at some point.

Vernon does entirely too much and it's annoying. Of course his clinginess to Anita has been evident for some time now this storyline has really brought it out.

Kat wasn't rude to Shanice, but her tone was still superior and somewhat judgemental. Meanwhile her boyfriend has practically blackmailed himself into being partner which is very low grade and she doesn't even know it.

Making Shanice pretty much a full time character now is one of my favorite things this show has done.

They knew they struck gold.

All of this. I'm TeamKat too. Blood doesn't mean you have to put up with toxic people.

I used to like Eva but she throws rocks and hides her hands all the time. She's not an underdog but a whiner who gives off "on sight" energy but wants to play victim. Although, the writers compromised Kat by making her take NoMas back in an hour after he cheated.

More capable writers could thread the needle as to why Nicole seems all up in Eva's behind but constantly dismisses her own daughter. Nicole comes off frigid most of the time. She doesn't have to be Dani but dang, lighten her up a bit.

During Vanessa and Kial's scene the other day, I thought for sure she was going to give him a business card for the escort service and not her realty business. I picture Nicole and Kial separately getting matched up through the escort service only to find out it is with each other under different "screen names".

I would love to see Kat and Shanice team up against Leslie. That could be fun.

I still don't want Dani anywhere near Bill. I'm team Andre. I just hope Andre doesn't do something stupid during this photoshoot trip that comes back to bite him.

I'm over Naomi. I've gone from really liking her character in the beginning to now finding her more annoying than Ashley.

Kat's instincts kicked in from day 1 when she found Eva snooping around Nicole's office. There is no correcting such first impression. Kat will forever know deep inside that the girl is UNTRUSTWORTHY. And that's the worst thing a person can be. That's even worse than evil.

Naomi is the worst. I don't know what Jacob sees in this shrew. And I'll be honest, I don't care anything about her current struggles. They lost me with the character. Now, it would be interesting if she secretly got pregnant and tried to abort because of the gene.

100%. But I don't think the writers remember this. Eva should be in the gray area, but acts as if she never did anything wrong.
