I didn’t get into soaps until the 2000’s so I unfortunately got to see her and LC really destroy their faces after every break from The show. It was actually sad.

It would explain why she’s been taking a lot of breaks from the show here and there and then when she comes back, she’s not really seeming like herself. It doesn’t help that we are supposed to believe Sharon (the character) is supposedly healthy and back on her meds lol..

Refreshing to see different characters and sets.

I'm surprised Josh didn't decide to kill off Noah to provide more drama.

It worked for Heather, Chance, Cole and Damian, right?

I hate the whole "Let's wrap up Noah's entire head in gauze for a few weeks so we can explain his new face" thing. Of course, the new face will be handsome and sexy. No one on soaps is ever ugly after recovery from a horrific accident.

Josh Griffith didn't explain how Daniel Goddard morphed into Billy Flynn, and he doesn't have to explain this.

It's an especially odd choice with Noah as I'm not sure there is one actor hugely identifiable enough with the role to where they need the explanation.

I wonder if they may be winking at GH for having Rory Gibson debut as Michael without any of the "new face due to severe burns" writing even though they'd had Michael severely burned.

I completely agree. The "new face" angle is completely unnecessary and makes this plot even more unbelievable.  How many different times has Noah been recast?  None of the previous recasts required a new facial surgery Noah. Why play this angle now?  This head-writer must be a total idiot.

I'm hesitant to make remarks about the appearance of any actor.  So, I'll just say this -- I believe Noah's immediate family has already experienced more than enough facial surgery.  No need to take poor Noah down the same road.  It's redundant.

Isn't that the truth. In the absolute worst way.

-- Yes, it's a relief seeing different sets,  but sadly, that makes the horrid writing even more obvious.

-- So much -- SOOOOO much -- is still offscreen that it makes me crazy. Everything about Noah's accident, offscreen. Everything that happened to Mariah, offscreen. Noah's partner Allie, offscreen.

-- Performances aside, it's hard to feel much for a sad Sharon and Nick when Noah's been offscreen for 2 1/2 years.

-- It's impossible to feel much for Mariah or Tessa when we get a depressed monosyllabic Mariah who refuses to explain ANYTHING. We're supposed to care about these two...why???

I was starting a show on AppleTv just now and I recognized a verrrry familiar voice during a preview for a new show and lo behold there’s Peter Bergman! I’ve always wanted to see what we could do not as Jack so I’m excited.

Very excited for that Victoria Rowell interview. I wish she could be back on soaps. She would be perfect on Beyond The Gates. I’ve given up hope we’d ever have her on Y&R again

Yeah the Noah storyline makes no sense. All the previous actors had very different looks and none of them looked even slightly similar. We really dont need an explanation for why Noah looks different. Please, we have a new Noah every couple years, we’re pretty used to it now.
