Portia is sadly a mess, and not in a fun way. Love the actress, used to like the character, but they do her no favors.

I don't even understand why Britt's "employer" would even care about Rocco. Britt didn't until she returned.

And, well, Sarah Brown could act so there's no comparison with Kelly T.

What the hell is this writing for Britt. In what world does she have any right to be such a bitch about Rocco when she STOLE AN EMBRYO. Are we supposed to be rooting for her? I don’t remember her being this constantly bitchy at every waking moment before. Or maybe it was just because it was targeted at Sabrina so I didn’t care.

    She screamed at Curtis about having a drink with Jordan, but we just watched her have Doctor Office Sex with Isaiah!  She's nuts.

-- I didn't expect these Monica episodes to be wall-to-wall Monica, which would probably be too much. However, the mix of stuff they're including just feels off in a way I can't explain. It feels random and out of place to me.

-- From those previews, my guess is that Nathan has amnesia. I don't think he recognizes Nina. Seriously, does anyone want to see that???

KT has never been good at playing vulnerability for long. I've been saying it since 2013. If you try to let her play conventional drama she gets lost, vague/weak and is shallow and boring to watch. Her luckiest break was having major sexual heat with Steve a few years ago, and tbqh I think Steve had something to prove at the time given the stunningly rapid end of Jason and Sam.

It's insulting to me that people would think this in any way compares to Carly or Brenda or whoever else and their self-destructive behaviors. Britt has never had a fraction of that writing, those layers or those performances. That's why she's having such a rough ride with the audience, in addition to the show's Rocco angle being stunningly tone-deaf and unpopular. Like, it's starting to give Natalia a bit.

She can still act (and proved it when she came back after Lee's death) but I sadly just don't see it happening. She seems committed to the service. GH missed their chance. I'd recast and bring both her and in-limbo Christina (by a new name) back.

I also really like Brook Kerr as Portia and always have, especially at the hospital but the show clearly hates her and is tripling down on making her unbearable. Which is ridiculous since she is the best actor in that set of characters. She should be a growing tentpole there and instead she's being assassinated.

I could almost believe Carly respecting her as Carly got older, lost a child, regretted some of her choices as a mother, and then I know in the late '90s the show kept comparing Carly to Monica, but Sonny...nah.

To compare her to Carly or Brenda is ridiculous. Brenda was a spoiled brat as a teenager.  She wasn't perfect as an adult and often a chaos monster, but showed growth.  Carly had a lot of trauma and was a very hurt person.  Britt's just a jerk to be a jerk.

Having hot chem with Steve Burton isn't a reason to re-hire KT.  Steve Burton has proven he can have chemistry time and time again with love interests (LW's Carly aside).  We don't need to go backwards here.  Did anyone seriously miss Britt on the canvas?

I don't know, I don't want to use the word bored because I wouldn't bother to watch if that were the case, but just meh. The Monica stuff has been somewhat touching, but otherwise just meh. 

I did enjoy their reactions to Nathan. I didn't watch when he was on, but he's handsome.
