Valerie Spencer, yes who had an affair with Dante, and sort-of dated Kristina when played by Lexi.  But Valerie is first cousins with Carly and Lulu.  
Valerie's mother Pat was older sister of Bobbie and Luke.

OH! Okay, thanks. I did not know how she is a Spencer & I was trying to make it work. 

Getting caught up on last week. The Tracy and BLQ scenes were so good. Jane Elliot and Amanda Setton are just wonderful scene partners together. The relationship they’ve built over the years for their characters is just so rich.

I'm going by clips so it's possible that the fan who did the editing made it look a different way than it was.

To clarify, they didn't really date.  They pretended to be on a date once or twice due to a an interest in fooling someone else at the event/restaurant/whatever.  It wasn't planned by them to be real.   I think one of them became sort of interested at some point ?

Okay, there was a kiss but there's talk about making someone jealous so I see it must have been Valerie being a VERY GOOD friend to Kristina. Thanks, all!!

It was overkill and the whole narrative Lois was too nice to the orphan kid when he was little, WHAT?

Like Emma said no one thinks Gio is a troublemaker that gets 14-year-old kids drunk for fun.

That being said, Lulu figured this Gio thing out in episode, but Brook Lynn never once questioned Lois and Gloria's attachment to a child that was the same age as the baby she gave up?  Ever?

I can actually buy Brook Lynn being so self-absorbed and incurious that she never thought to question why her mom and grandma were so attached to Gio.
