You get all your possessions back post prison when you leave as long as they are not like drugs, weapons, or evidence. They just lock that up when you are in the slammer and put it in a box or something. I get that if a woman is pulled over and sent to jail, she’d likely have her purse with her, especially one that capacious. But Theresa took a plea deal, so she knew she was going to be incarcerated. Why wouldn’t she just leave her purse at home if she was going to be locked up for six months?
