Finally!  I have been waiting for years for the show to bring Joy back.  It would be nice to bring Nadia back with an aged Parker too.  But then I guess that makes half the teen scene related lol.  They should also retcon the original retcon and make Parker Phillip's son again or bring back Phillip/Mimi's son Pocket.

I’m dreading the writing for Nancy already. Somebody still owes Patrika Darbo an apology.

But it’ll be nice to see Joy onscreen after all this time. Days could always use some new blood.

I'm fine with Joy coming on.

But the show needs to bring in some Hortons.

Steve,Sandy etc could have children/grandchildren who come to Salem.

Days really messed up by ignoring the whole family beginning in the 80's.

Same. Even when I was regularly viewing, I looked forward to a Nancy visit where we saw Joy.

I highly doubt it. This show really doesn't care enough about him as a character to put him in a meaningful long term pairing. Maybe that might change with the new writers but I highly doubt that's the case at this point in time. Also the fact that she's immediately getting thrown into this god-awful Body & Soul storyline really doesn't bode well for her and I won't be surprised if she ends up being an interloper for Johnny and Chanel. Plus I think J.J. is staying for a very short time anyway and I don't think he's even sticking around long enough to get paired up with anybody. 

I think the only woman that's actually going to be with Alex long term is Stephanie since Ron seems really determined to make them a thing no matter what.

Just given the timing and the age of the character (not a high schooler), I predict that she'll be in a triangle with Johnny and Chanel, because that's such an original and groundbreaking idea for DAYS.

Ugh that retcon ruined one of Days best really shocking moments as we had Caroline Brady turn nasty wicked,  cackling to Stephanie about how she changed the paternity results for Parker, wanted no more Kiriakis‘ family members, and revealed she was  bitter that Victor was with Maggie instead of her. 
 

I’m surprised Pocket hasn’t ever resurfaced tbh.

Isn't the fall spoiler that Phillip is coming back to contest Victor's will for his son?

Or was that part of those fake spoilers that someone photoshopped from SOD last month?
