My stepfather phoned and said his boss has a friend high up in the Oilers organization and the reason Pronger is leaving is because he's been having an affair. The wife told him they need to leave or she is getting a divorce.

Whoa! Pronger looks too nice to do something like that! Has this story made it to the Sun by any chance? I saw a copy yesterday with Pronger on the front page and was planning to read it during break but it was gone by then.

Edmonton should get a fair return for Pronger. I hope he doesn't go to Toronto.

Wow! an affair. This is in jest but this situation sounds very similar to the Nick/Sharon/Phyllis scenario on Y&R. Wow well I don't really want Pronger in Toronto.... cause we'd have to give up too much to get him and plus that's alot of money. It will be a hard contract to move.

I would just scream if Pronger ended up in Nashville! I know it wont happen, but just the thought excites me. Nashville does have money to spend this offseason, so ya never really know.

Nashville is very close to St. Louis which probably helps if he were to move back to St. Loius. I know I am grabbing for straws here, but the thought of Pronger to Nashville is intriguing. However, Nashville needs a big time D first. The Preds didnt even select a D in the their draft the other day and a good one is badly needed to get past the first round of the playoffs next year.
